I then saw why an appointment was needed as they only had 3 tubs. Everything was extremely clean and all the equipment worked well, as well as the water pressure and temperature staying consistent (we been to other places in the past that practically froze or almost burnt out dogs). So next time, we will follow the policy and make an appointment as this has got to be one of the nicest self-bathing places we have ever been to. Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

WHAT A GREAT PLACE FOR DOGS!…read more I have nothing but good things to say about Dogs All Day. Whether it's daycare or grooming for my two boy dogs, or boarding when I travel, it's always a pleasure dealing with them. The staff is fun and friendly and they really do treat my dogs as if they were their own. And my guys clearly love going there. They get excited in the car before I open the tailgate and almost ignore me when they get out and can't wait to get inside.

I've been taking my dog here for a little over a year now and they have been good. I just picked…read morehim up today and realized my dog and I are not getting what I paid for. When I dropped him off I asked for a schnauzer cut, close to the leather on the ears, to leave his tail long, and about an inch on the body. Then when I went to pick him up they had me pay before I saw my dog (which involves leaving a tip, hard to do before I see him), then they brought me the wrong dog, then when they did bring him up he wasn't on his leash and nearly ran out the door. By the time I really saw him I was already outside and he looks so bad. They did not leave his beard (making him look like a rat dog) and they left his ears way too long. Not to mention he had to pee like a gallon before we got in the car and he dropped the biggest poop when we got home, which tells me he did not get let out. Maybe they were having a bad day or their groomer changed again, but I am surprised and feel very ripped off. I will be finding a new groomer.

I came for self serve dog wash, the receptionist took about 10 minutes ringing me up. I don't care to give you my number, email, etc. just want to wash my dog. The dog wash area was so gross. Drain clogged, dryer was so loud and didn't really dry my dog, shampoo and conditioner extremely watered down and didn't lather whatsoever. Finally, I left with a wet dog and just finished the job at home. One and done for sure.

A friend recommended Lucky Dog Pet Grooming and we are so glad we gave them a try! Our dog is a Husky/Pyrenees mix which means lots of hair and attitude. Lucky Dog listened to my concerns when I made the appointment, answered all of my questions, and assured me that they would handle him with care. When we dropped the dog off for his appointment, the woman at the front desk was super friendly and took her time to confirm the services we wanted done. We got a call about an hour and a half later and picked up the dog looking amazing! They gave him a bath and deshedding treatment, an outline trim, a sanitary trim, thoroughly blow dried and brushed him out, brushed his teeth, trimmed his nails, and gave him a cute little spooky bandana! And all for a super reasonable price. I am so glad we have Lucky Dog a shot and couldn't recommend them enough!
