Instead of fixing the issue, I was not provided any solutions, just a "you should cancel because our stock was wrong." No ship to home, no call when it is available, just a "you're out of luck" response. I don't think it's unreasonable to be treated more than just another number here to buy something. But instead, I just get brushed off to the side like I'm trash.

Eventually, I did discuss it with the owner, Rex, who assured me that I would be treated better. He even put me in direct contact with a manager there to deal with... so I gave it a second chance and purchased the rifle. As a 'thank you' and a 'sorry you were treated that way', they gave me and my friend (who also bought a rifle) some give cards for range time. Each card was supposed to have two trips. When I went in and tried to use my card, they rang up the range etc, and then kept the card. So I tried to explain that it was for two range visits and explained to the manager what happened previously. He even remembered what happened, and acknowledged that I was given the extras, but doubled down and said "no, you're only getting one trip to range time" and basically dared me to report to Rex. So I tried. I notified Rex via text message that I was again treated terribly,. He was away on vacation and told me that he would address it when he got back. I never heard from him. The other reviews are right. It is a nice place and clean ranges.... BUT... the customer service can be the worst you've ever seen, and the prices are high. Now I can see paying higher prices for a nice place with excellent customer service... but customer service can be as important as the product you buy... and if you're getting service as bad as this place gives... then you're paying way too high a price. I've seen Rex respond to reviews, and in those responses he states that he wishes they would reach out to mgmnt first before posting bad reviews.... but what about when you reach out to the owner (Rex) directly and he doesn't respond? Well, then, the review is warranted. I tried to give it a second chance, but when you're treated badly... and then the second chance is just as bad or worse... what then?

This incident happened awhile ago but i still won't come back even after the owner or someone…read morehigher up got involved. i was recommended this place by a close family friend and when my friend and i came to shoot on a Tuesday we were welcomed with great customer service along with talking too one of the employee about his time in the army since i'm also military. Before entering the range the employee told us basic range safety rules and standards and then gave us the all clear. While on the range a range officer was behind us the whole time watching us and talking with us occasionally very nice guy btw. after shooting my shotgun and also renting some rifles to shoot we packed up and thanked both employees while leaving. Fast forward a week my dad wanted to go shoot my new shotgun so we go back and this time an extremely rude employee was helping us inside the building (I can't remember his name because this happened a while ago) i ignored it thinking nothing of it. once my dad and I get on the range i take two shots and this guy comes screaming at me saying i can't shoot my shotgun because of my ammo. i apologize to the employee saying "hey sorry i was here last week and no one told me anything up until now i'll buy the correct shells." he approached my dad and i extremely aggressive and rudely replies "oh yea i remember you and ur friend from last week ur lucky i didn't say anything. also our ammo here is pretty expensive so i don't know if you can afford it or not." after he made that comment i immediately packed up and left because i didn't feel comfortable with this guy just staring at me even after i apologized along with just approaching my dad and i extremely aggressive. Later that day i called them and asked to speak to someone in a leadership position and firstly apologized about the misunderstanding and how i wasn't told about the ammo rule the first time i showed up. whoever was talking too me was extremely understanding and apologized for that guys behavior he said i'm more then welcomed back but unfortunately after that incident i tell people to steer clear of this business. i understand it's a range so rules are important but having employees with loaded weapons act aggressive towards you is a huge no go for me even after stepping away from my shotgun and trying to apologize even after telling this employee the last time i was here i was told nothing about the ammo rule.

Everyone is so friendly, professional, welcoming, I felt comfortable.. and there have been a few ranges we have checked out here in San Antonio are I didn't feel was the right place for me. Prices are great! $15 for person. My son got a free day because of his work. It's a simple process.. scan a barcode answer some questions. They have guns you can rent, they do training classes, safety classes and even fingerprinting for your Conceal Carry. Great supplies, hats, shirts, ammo, all kinds of gun parts, ammo boxes, etc. you can rent lanes or bays. They also have an area for bows. At the front of the property there is a cool little pond with a covered area and picnic tables. Perfect for if you want to take the family but not everyone wants to go to the range they can just sit and have a picnic!! It was a cool day overall.. the area where range is thankfully is covered with big fans to help with the heat. What really made me respect this place is that every lane has a picture of a serviceman/ woman that has passed - their picture and story. Memorial for each... that shows enormous amount of respect ! They definitely gained a new customer!

I took my viking sewing machine to this place for repairs. All I needed was my upper tension to be…read morechecked out. I am a 72 yr old retired Military woman. I do a lot of sewing now . My machine has kept for a month and a half and still would be there if I hadn't picked it up. I went to pick it up a couple of weeks ago and was told they couldn't open it and sent it out to her specialist which I never agreed to . He was special alright especially horrible. When I picked up my machine it was in worst condition than it was when I took it there. The owner charged me $89 and couldn't tell me exactly what was done to my machine and wouldn't give me a receipt. She was talking in circles and giving me the runaround about what was done . Her behavior was odd and suspicious. I just got out of there because I got a bad vibe. When I got home and looked at my machine it was left open and I couldn't get it to close. It also had strange scratches on the foot petal. If you have a nice machine do not take it there they will ruin your machine
