For the past couple of years we have enrolled in baseball, flag football, pickleball, and golf- I wouldn't have been able to have my children participate in so many wonderful sports without this Program and it's Coach! Thank you NZone Sports of Central Texas for making it possible for all families to be able to put our kids in sports programs!

This is our first season with Nzone Sports and it may be our last based on our experience. I…read moreunderstand this league is fairly new compared to other established leagues in San Antonio so I gave my benefit of the doubt & open mind to this season. At the beginning of the season their organization was all over the place and there was a lack of communication to parents. When we arrived to the start of the season the fields were not labeled, just nets set up and the staff at the table just told us it would be one of the "fields over there". For each of the games we've had a new coach or no coach at all so for one of the games my husband volunteered so the kids weren't just standing around. At the games/practice there is no direction at all. I understand for the age group it's more about fundamentals and exposing the kids to the sport but there should be some sort of direction such as we will learn about ball handing one day, what is a goalie, and etc. There have been days that not enough kids show up so teams have merged together to have enough players to play a game. As the season has progressed they have been better at communicating if there will be a game or not due to the weather. However, I think for future seasons they should put more effort into organization as a whole. Even as simple as labeling the fields so parents/players aren't confused on where to go would be a great start. I think with so many sports in this league it causes for the staff to be spread out so thin which causes these issues in organization & attention to detail. I've seen in other reviews that they say this league is volunteered based, during sign-up it doesn't state if it's parent volunteered based so I would add to put that in the description so parents know what to expect coaching staff wise. I hope with each season they will continue to learn and can improve based on parents inputs. I've been skeptical on posting my review based on the person who's replied to anyone leaving less than 4 stars and how they are replying.

Received letter about paying off early could save money at the time was not able . So now I'm…read moreable to pay off early but said expire. The guy who was helping said we don't send out that stuff told him haven't even check so how can you say this . Got tired of talking to this guy because he wasn't doing what I ask him to check . Ask to talk to higher person that person did the same thing . So then another person I talked to said they could not do it cause 18 months was up that's what they were all saying but November 2018 it hadn't even been a year so why are you saying it's not good cause it hasn't been a year oh well this was started when you first received dental treatment . Told him no one told us about this and the letter was first time we knew about it said why should I get punish for your company poor communication skills . Told him that's why I don't have credit cards cause they always find a way to up your interest rates . In two years of paying them over 100.00 a month only have about 300.00 paid on actual dental bill people you do the math This year alone shows as of now I've paid them a little over 1400 dollars at this rate it will take years to pay off dental stuff . So again told them didn't receive letter until November why punishing us because you didn't inform people properly. Still would not honor promotion cause they said started on day one when you signed up with them . Then told by one guy add another dental then can get a new promotion but when I talked to another person oh no you would still owe full balance of current bill only would be for new procedures. Again communication is not the greatest and their staff not very knowledgeable of their policies because talk to one its this if talk to another no it's this . In long run they would not even try to help me out . Informed them I was going to write a review to warn other people about them and the fact their employees are not very knowledgeable about policies or don't tell you about them until I got the letter. People please don't get ripped off like we did from this place . Just trying to warn the public. Will also let dental place know about how uncooperative they were only asked them to do right thing about receiving the letter in November if had 18 months then it hadn't been a year like I said never told this at the beginning just found out about promotion last November. PEOPLE Please watch out for this company instead find a different one cause if not that 3000 will take you years to pay off after two years of paying them over 100.00 a month what I financed has only gone down by 300 This is so sad how these finance people take advantage of people when they need medical attention now not later . Told him that's why I don't do credit cards because of their interest rates will never do this again learned my lesson hard way so that's why I'm warning other people this people get 0 stars but I had to push one so I could post but they don't deserve that one star
