Received letter about paying off early could save money at the time was not able . So now I'm able to pay off early but said expire. The guy who was helping said we don't send out that stuff told him haven't even check so how can you say this . Got tired of talking to this guy because he wasn't doing what I ask him to check . Ask to talk to higher person that person did the same thing . So then another person I talked to said they could not do it cause 18 months was up that's what they were all saying but November 2018 it hadn't even been a year so why are you saying it's not good cause it hasn't been a year oh well this was started when you first received dental treatment . Told him no one told us about this and the letter was first time we knew about it said why should I get punish for your company poor communication skills . Told him that's why I don't have credit cards cause they always find a way to up your interest rates . In two years of paying them over 100.00 a month only have about 300.00 paid on actual dental bill people you do the math This year alone shows as of now I've paid them a little over 1400 dollars at this rate it will take years to pay off dental stuff . So again told them didn't receive letter until November why punishing us because you didn't inform people properly. Still would not honor promotion cause they said started on day one when you signed up with them . Then told by one guy add another dental then can get a new promotion but when I talked to another person oh no you would still owe full balance of current bill only would be for new procedures. Again communication is not the greatest and their staff not very knowledgeable of their policies because talk to one its this if talk to another no it's this . In long run they would not even try to help me out . Informed them I was going to write a review to warn other people about them and the fact their employees are not very knowledgeable about policies or don't tell you about them until I got the letter. People please don't get ripped off like we did from this place . Just trying to warn the public. Will also let dental place know about how uncooperative they were only asked them to do right thing about receiving the letter in November if had 18 months then it hadn't been a year like I said never told this at the beginning just found out about promotion last November. PEOPLE Please watch out for this company instead find a different one cause if not that 3000 will take you years to pay off after two years of paying them over 100.00 a month what I financed has only gone down by 300
This is so sad how these finance people take advantage of people when they need medical attention now not later . Told him that's why I don't do credit cards because of their interest rates will never do this again learned my lesson hard way so that's why I'm warning other people this people get 0 stars but I had to push one so I could post but they don't deserve that one star read more
