We arrived a bit early and Lillian quickly whipped us up a welcome cocktail which she called "A Walk in the Garden". It was a prosecco based cocktail and absolutely delicious (and pretty). While we enjoyed this cocktail and looked around the shop... she prepared the workshop space for the lesson. The birthday girl had been given a list of cocktails in advance and was able to select the ones she wanted to learn how to make (she selected the Blackberry Smash & Bee's Knees). One thing I loved about this class is that Lillian gave options with each cocktail so that everyone would end up with a drink they loved. For example, if you don't like bourbon which is typically in a Bee's Knees... you could use gin instead! Then we had the options to make it spicy/sweet/herbal/ etc. By the end of the class... we all had different and personalized cocktails. In addition to the cocktails, Lillian prepared a large bowl of popcorn with specialty seasonings and showed us some of the fun tools that can be used for different prep methods. We also had downtime between making each drink to enjoy them and chat amongst ourselves. This class made for the perfect outing... we're already talking about doing another for the next girl's weekend. I cannot recommend this class enough and will absolutely be back!

We made Mai Tais and Painkillers - both were delicious. Since I had a couple of folks who were preggo, I notified Lillian and she made sure to have two setups with zero-proof "spirits." Lillian was a great teacher and host. She has aprons and leis so the vibes were perfect. The location is a cute bungalow tucked behind another business on Main Street (kind of easy to miss if you're looking for it right on Main Street). My machine has kept for a month and a half and still would be there if I hadn't picked it up. I went to pick it up a couple of weeks ago and was told they couldn't open it and sent it out to her specialist which I never agreed to . He was special alright especially horrible. When I picked up my machine it was in worst condition than it was when I took it there. The owner charged me $89 and couldn't tell me exactly what was done to my machine and wouldn't give me a receipt. She was talking in circles and giving me the runaround about what was done . Her behavior was odd and suspicious. I just got out of there because I got a bad vibe. When I got home and looked at my machine it was left open and I couldn't get it to close. It also had strange scratches on the foot petal. If you have a nice machine do not take it there they will ruin your machine

Second, their office manager Yoly is incredibly helpful and responsive. She always answered my emails quickly and thoroughly. It is clear that her goal is to ensure that moms are supported. You can go to Yoly for any problem or issue, and she resolves them very efficiently and effectively. Third, my doulas Gabrielle and Mercedes were incredible! Gabrielle was my night doula for 8 weeks, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Because of Gabrielle, my breastfeeding journey has been easy and enjoyable (I exclusively pumped with my first)! Not only does she have the knowledge and experience but she has instincts to help you successfully breastfeed. I can honestly say that out of all the lactation consultants that I have seen in both my pregnancies, Gabrielle is the absolute best! Specifically, Gabrielle was able to help with positioning and latching, and she taught me how to use a haaka so that I could catch milk without having to pump. To date, I have not pumped, and yet, I have so much frozen milk thanks to Gabrielle's insight and assistance. She is also just wonderful and a bright light to any household she joins. She supports you during this vulnerable time and really sets you up for success as a mom. I was very sad to say goodbye to Gabrielle, and I know that any family who welcomes her into their home will be in great hands. Mercedes provided me with day and postpartum services. Although I was only able to work with her for 3 weeks, she is so wonderful and has been such an integral reason for my smooth recovery! Her passion is postpartum nutrition, and she is extremely knowledgeable about this topic. If nutrition is your focus when looking for a postpartum doula, then you should work with Mercedes! She knows all the delicious foods to support you in your healing and breastmilk production. I can personally attest that her lactation cookies are delicious! Mercedes also went above and beyond during all of her shifts. She cares for all her moms and babies, and you feel that she is just an extension of your family. I can go on and on about Gabrielle and Mercedes. Because of them, my husband and I were able to enjoy this postpartum period, and I will be forever grateful for everything that they have done.

When we joined Champions Cheer and Tumbling over 9 months ago we were incredibly pleased with the Little Explorers Academy. The coach was organized, bubbly and engaging with the children. As a mom, she knew how to interact and redirect littles to try and complete the tasks at hand. As little explorers, demonstration of each task, correct names of bars, beams, jumps, tumbles were given. She was incredibly fit and eager to encourage them to try new things and cheer them on. Recently there was a change in management and disappointedly, we have unenrolled due to a drastic change in the quality of service provided. The new coach would start class late, stop class in the middle of instruction to wait for a latecomer and sometimes end class early. She would not demonstrate jumps, rolls or certain positions properly if at all and often would not call things by their proper names. (For example: a straddle jump would be referred to as pizza legs.) Young children were expected to know what to do, and modifications were not offered or built upon to help children gain understanding or knowledge- instead kids were given a snarky tone and irritated helping hand. When asked how she was liking her new job as coach her response was "Ehh. Not really." We were beyond blessed with the previous instructor and would recommend steering clear of this program until change comes to play.

On top of that we had covid and where out for 2 weeks. Yet they still used that as missed days. Also they sent a email out calling out my daughter.
