They do monthly "parenting" sessions.. where they basically just talk at you instead of listening and try to diminish your concerns. I asked to go in to actually supervise/ witness the clinic. And I was APALLED. Multiple children being confined to rooms where you can hear screaming, trashing, banging, and no voice, no guidance/ reassurance. Just ignoring children actively hurting themselves and caging them in a room which makes the behavior progressively worse. Thankfully my son is moderately verbal. So I knew something was off. God forbid someone has a non verbal child in a clinic like this. Not the mention the amount of children running around that seemed to be completely alone/ unsupervised.
