    Crispy Bagnet
    Carol L.

Crispy Bagnet by the pound!! I bought one pound of crispy Bagnet (which is similar to lechon but is double fried for a crispier and more intense flavor). At $19 a pound, it's definitely on the pricier side, but it comes out hot and also reheats well the next day. Crispy Town is a food court like stall in tukwila's Southcenter mall serving up delicious Filipino foods. It's a very casual place. It's located next to Seafood City, Jollibee, and Daiso area. The staff is kind and helpful, and even gave us three gravy containers for our Bagnet. Please be kind as English may not be their first language. There is seating available, or you can takeout like I did. Southcenter itself has tons of free parking available.

This place is for those that don't care about being healthy or is on a diet lol . The name says it all, everything on the menu is deep fried to get the crispy texture. It's right next to seafood city across from Jollibee. The people are pretty generous with what they give you and is pretty nice about it. Their English aren't the best but still not too bad. We got the fried smelt single entree meal which comes with 2 scoops of rice and vinegar sauce. It was actually a lot of food for $8. It was crispy even without having to reheat it up and there's not much breading on it either which is nice. My husband also got a side of fries pork chop. The lady gave us one of the biggest pork chops she had which weigh 0.7 lb (I was curious and weigh it at home)!!!!! It wasn't as crispy as the smelt but the flavor was there and it was still juicy. There's plenty of seatings in the area and for the price, you technically can get a "healthy portion of food" without feeling too bad about yourself hahahaha

Everything is crispy in here goodah! Located in south center mall in Tukwila Washington state. Fast food and mostly to go foods. A bit fattening in here because all are deep fried stuff. Crispy pork belly and calamari is good in here. Affordable price and service is homey because most crew are asian specifically Filipino who always wear a friendly smile in their face. Parking is huge and wifi is free. So many Filipino inspired restaurants in this area so competition is a bit tough for the business. Well the red bee accross this place is really unbeatable(jollibee) We had liempo and calamari and we also ordere "ukoy" grated squash with shrimp, sometimes mongo sprout and carrots, dipping sauce is spicy vinigar with lots of garlic. Most patrons here orders dishes for party and events so i believed its a lucrative business aswell. My next visit i will try some more dishes in the menu. If you are an asian specially with Filipino background this place is heaven. Anything crispy is good. Good for group and kids friendly Accept debit, credit and cash. Another Pinoy pride in terms of cuisines.

Hit the spot for my Filipino food cravings! Everything crispy is at this eating establishment: crispy pork chop, crispy pata, crispy fried chicken, daing na bangus, lumpia, smelt, ukoy, shrimp, bagnet (like Lechon Kawali), chicharon bulaklak, and crispy chicken skin!!! You can order things by the pound or as value meals or solo meals. And they have some hot entrees in trays that you select (turo-turo style) that don't look appetizing to non-Filipinos but taste fine to pinoys. Lol. I wonder if there's one in the Bay Area.

    Veggie lumpia EXCELLENT!!!

Five stars goes out to Crispy Town! My guilty indulgence is FRIED FOOD and Crispy Town does not disappoint! Food is displayed as a-la-carte, however the menu offered is a combination of mix and match entrees from single plates to HUGE party trays. Crispy town is well known for their crispy pata....DAMMMMMMN SO GOOOD!! Uber crispy perfectly cooked/baked/fried pork. The outside crispy and the inside is so tender and juicy on the inside. I can't get enough of the crispy chicken skin. They sell it fresh and prepackaged. My goodness, it's just the best snack ever. Crush it up and sprinkle it on your steamed rice. The crispy chicken skin is life!!! Shoutout to all the hard working ladies here. It truly is a hustle behind the counter. I'll ALWAYS BE BACK!

Let's be real, if you're going to a place called Crispy Town and you know it's serving fried Filipino goodness, don't expect much. Of course the dining area is in disarray and sometimes you can't figure out where the line starts but that's half the stress of going to this area of Southcenter, right? There are a good amount of fried food options for example: chicharon, calamari, fried chicken skin, and even turon. I got the chicken skin and you know what, even after bringing it all the way home 30 mins away, their take out bag thing kept things crispy. Of course any of this is way better with a disproportionately insane amount of rice so I ate this at home where it's cheaper for me to make 5 cups of rice just for myself. Overall, if ya wanna feel a bit eh about your health and indulge for a day, come here but don't expect a michelin experience.

Located in Filipino corner at southcenter mall, this place been open for a few months now. It's mostly Filipino fried item. They have calamari, fried bagus, crispy pata, chicharon, salt and pepper pork chop, lumpia, fried chicken feet.. and so much more. There price ranges on full order or half order and they go by the pound. Example: half order of calamari is $6.99/half pound and full order is $13.99/ pound. It's decent but a little pricey. It's greasy but good. The banana cue is long and yummy. They also have hot food ready for plate lunches. The space is limited seating so make sure to go during non peak hours. I love a good vinegar pepper water mix but there's wasn't that great.

Since Jollibee is closed and Grill City had a long line of people. I decided to come here and ordered bagnet and dinuguan. Servers are not very friendly as usual same as Grill city server. Butttttt , i dont come here for food and its awesomee!

    fried goodness!
    Richard U.

i love and hate this place! any manner of deep fried goodness in the filipino pantheon of fried foods can be found here! i usually grab a bag of fried chicken skin and pork chicharron for a very guilty pleasure snack. they also have crispy pata (pork hock), bulaklak (ruffle fat), lumpia, bagnet ( deep fried pork belly with bone), squid, etc etc... if it can be fried you will find it here. the line service is always a bit long with the cashier also filling your order which can be a pain when you are seriously jonesing for something crunchy!

    Arthur A.

Dish best served crispy. Often the skintouch of a piglet leaves a thick and soft feeling to the fingers. Once deepfried, it's innocence becomes a lust for as the Patas become crunchy and tasty. Witness the lady servers cleave the piggies bringing back motherly savage tropes, but mostly savage swings for fine sampling bites. Packaged with your favorite complex carbohydrate and you have a classic filipino dish ready for your fingers once more to evaluate it's now eatible state.

Again, it's been years since I last came here, but I was in the area and knew that Manila Sunset was nearby. I suggested to my family that we eat there for lunch. I wish I didn't. The food was delicious, but it would have been nice to have more of it. The portions have been reduced, especially the BBQ dish. I was expecting 4 skewers of meat, but instead got a small pile of pork with 2 huge scoops of rice. The rice is a filler for the pork that they have reduced. We were still hungry, so I had to place another order of food to feed us all and order some additional items, causing me to spend more $ than I thought I would need to. What I do appreciate is their honesty. There is a sign posted at their register that discloses that they have had to go up 10 percent on their prices due to the economy. But they don' tell you that they have also shrunk their portions, so you are paying more for less. Totally get that all the tariffs are out of their control and that they are just trying to survive, but I can't continue to support a business that makes such drastic changes to their food. Conditions have also declined. The silverware in the back was all filthy. It had old food and stains on it and I had to pick carefully to find clean silverware. We had water which was in the dispenser by the silverware. It was gross because there was some kind of debris in all our water. We decided to not drink it. We had a small child with us so I ordered the spaghetti. The gal at the register clearly wasn't familiar with the menu, so she had to go to the back to ask. She quickly came back and told me that they don't do the spaghetti anymore. Ok well update Google and your menu on the board. Disappointed, I accepted the gal's recommendation of the pancit, but that too wasn't very good, and not enough to feed us all. I really hope that Manila Sunset can keep the doors open and I hope the community continues to support them. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for a while after the last experience.

The food here is alright, it's not really food that tastes like it was prepared with love and care like homemade meal but again just to satisfy a craving or get Filipino food. The BBQ skewers here are good and that's what my boyfriend's mom gets for us whenever she is in the area. The kare kare here was pretty meh and definitely not worth the price. The pancit was decent but I definitely make it better so not worth getting. The chicken tocino at breakfast was delicious and I have not seen chicken tocino served at other Filipino establishments so it was neat that they had that as a option. Located in the Renton Shopping Center near Fred Meyer, this buffet has really surpassed the test of time. I remember coming here when I was a kid during important family events, however I think the last time I came was around 10 years ago! I think it's pretty safe to say that things have remained consistent over the past many years. To be honest, I'm not a big buffet person - I feel like the quality of the food is often traded for quantity and at my big age I really cannot force myself to eat more than like 2-3 plates of food anymore. But I will say, Feast definitely exceeded my expectations! It has a lot of great asian choices, as well as options for children/people with different palates! I've was a huge fan of the sushi/seafood options, especially the salmon sashimi they had. It was SO fatty I had so many bowls of it. There wasn't really anything that disappointed me, though the crab/lobster line was long (as expected). Staff were kind, and were pretty consistent in clearing out my table and I thought everything was pretty clean! Honestly I'm tempted to return (maybe for lunch since it's cheaper) but I do think that Feast Buffet is definitely a gem of Renton.

Feast Buffet or East (not King lol) Buffet?! IYKYK…read more I was on travel to work with a team up in Renton, WA, and they went out for a lunch buffet here during my time up there. I was intrigued at the name Feast Buffet, but moreso because I had been to an East Buffet the previous year close to where I live, hence the first line of this review. Feast Buffet is located in Renton Shopping Center on the west side of Rainier south of Sunset. If you know where the Fred Meyer is here, Feast Buffet is on the opposite end of the plaza. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a rather spacious lobby where you can see a TV that shows the pricing for both lunch and dinner. We went on a weekday at lunchtime, which is the cheapest option at $24.99 per adult. Weekend lunches are almost 50% higher, but the same price as dinner on Mondays thru Thursdays. If our team had gone for dinner on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we'd be spending an additional $20 more per adult! The lobby also had some nice decor. Even though I posted this review in January (I was on a brief review hiatus), our visit was back in November, and they had some snowmen decor by the right wall as well as a Christmas tree by the check-in counter. The selection is incredible! Much more than what I was expecting that I circumnavigated the buffet area like a labyrinth. I was hoping to start off with salad, but accidentally started off with some cold seafood before I was able to find the salad bar. Don't forget to grab some utensils! They're located by the salad bar. Our team sat at a side dining area akin to a banquet hall with a huge TV on the end closer to the front door. We were on the far corner, and one of the TVs was not functioning, unfortunately. There are three drink dispensers in the beverage section, but I made the mistake of getting a coffee cup for a Pepsi Zero Sugar LOL. There are taller blue cups that I should have gotten instead, but one of my tablemates noticed a leak in her cup and informed a staff member about it. As with any buffet, one of my grievances is that they spread themselves too thin that the quality of some of the foods is sacrificed, and that is the case here, though not nearly as much, fortunately enough. Only the Mac & Cheese was the most forgettable after my first two plates; I probably would have preferred the macaroni sitting on the top layer of the heating well. The fruits were also not fresh, though I can't say I was expecting them to be. Otherwise, most other food items were good enough for buffet standards. As I was getting some sushi, I got some wasabi, but didn't see soy sauce. When I asked a sushi chef where the soy sauce was, he replied that it was on the tables albeit in a rather condescending manner. Okay, so my bad on neglecting to notice the first time, but this is how I get treated as a visitor from out of state?! I got some cuts of meat at the same time, but one of them was full of fat and/or gristle! The noodle bar stood out to me most because I don't ever recall seeing a noodle bar at any other buffet! It's kind of similar to the Mongolian BBQ station where you select your raw toppings and hand them to the chef, who cooks them for you. In the case of this noodle bar, you select from one of four broths: Wonton, Udon, Beef Brisket, and Tonkotsu. Just let the chef know which of these four broths you'd like, and they'll cook it for you! One drawback with this station is that if there are multiple customers' ramen bowls being cooked simultaneously, you may end up grabbing someone other customer's bowl. I also got to try some cotton candy, and that's only because as I was walking by the desserts section, there was an employee finishing up a cotton candy. Since there was no other customer nearby, I simply waited until she handed me the cotton candy. Otherwise, there will be a stand with holes that will hold the cotton candies. And for the (real) dessert, I went with a small bowl of cookies & cream ice cream. I made the mistake of attempting to open a stationary glass panel, thinking it was a sliding door of an ice cream chest LOL. An employee noticed, and I had to tell her which ice cream I wanted, though I also had to ask her what the flavors were since I didn't see any flavor labels. Ice cream was pretty good! Good way to round out a decent lunch buffet! One thing I didn't like was how inconsistently non-punctual they were at picking up plates. I know I shouldn't be comparing, but there was a time when I had three empty plates next to me that weren't picked up! Yet after my first plate, I saw it was taken away when I came back for seconds. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Feast Buffet, and I would prefer Feast Buffet over East Buffet even though I actually gave both the same rating. However, East Buffet is lower than a 4.0, but I'd rate Feast Buffet higher than a 4.0, though not that much higher to earn the 5th star. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a feast of a buffet, look no further than Feast Buffet!
