You can see the kitchen, little shotgun style place. I asked some questions about the sauce heat levels and ordered what he equated to medium regular buffalo I think. The names are strange to me. Just say Buffalo!!! Ugh. The wings were flavored very well, I liked the sauce a lot. The fries had a nice seasoning on them as well. The packaging absolutely ruined the food. It was all soaked when I opened it. That really sucked. It was about a 15 minute ride. They packed it in a wax lined, fully sealed box, similar to an Asian food box. It simply steamed the food while I drove. Bad move guys. I could not even eat the fries, they were just mush. Wings had a slight crispness in some spots after I left them open for 20 mins or so to dehydrate. As I said, the sauce was great so I did eat the wings.
