I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this experience was it for me. I have not been able to use my service for 3 days. I have spoken with multiple care team reps, tech coach reps and supervisors over this period. I spoke with a supervisor and they advised me to visit a corporate store to reset my ESIM. I left my job and went to 1318 F ST NW around 3:30 PM today. When I got there, two reps were busy helping customers in the back and a lady who stated she was the store manager was available. When I came in she looked at me and looked down at her phone. I had to go to the top of the steps and say hello for her to acknowledge that I was a customer. I greeted her and explained I was having network issues. She asked for my ID right away and did not ask me any questions about the issues I was having. I asked her if I could verify my account with the account pin. She began to respond noticeably irritated and stated that is not allowed. She followed with the process over the phone is separate in store. I provided her with my ID and she gave it back. I stood in silence staring at her while she stared at her phone for about 5 minutes, with no words explaining what was going on or to set expectations. Finally after 5 minutes, I asked what's the hold up. She responded in a noticeably irritated tone, I am waiting to get access to your account. I asked her why the process was taking a while just for access. She just repeated the same thing" I am waiting to get access to your account", which was very condescending. I am completely disgusted by the experience I've had today. As a 3 year customer and a former employee of a full service verizon retailer, This has never been my experience with a corporate store. I called back after I left to get the "manager's" name. I spoked with the same representative who stated her name is Cathy-ann but she claimed there were no store managers available. However, when I was physically in the store some time before she stated she was the store manager. I am currently comparing rates to switch to AT&T. I need a representative from verizon's corporate to reach out to me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. I can be reached at (202) 657-7482.

I woke up this morning and found…read morethat my service has been suspended, I couldn't get any information from customer support online so I went into the store. I tried to explain what happened and he said my phone had been black listed, it had been listed as lost or stolen and asked if I had recently reported it. I said no. He said I have to call the company to find it why. I was curious how I could do that if in only have a cell phone? He shook his head and dialed customer support. After the usual round about on the phone, I decided to leave. I have never had an issue with my phone or my service in 10 years, the moment I needed help, it felt like I was being accused of doing something wrong. Don't go to this location, and if you can avoid it don't go to ATT.. every part of their service has been the most disappointing experience ever.

Tooling around last Saturday the 5th, my phone had died by late afternoon. Not optimal as we ended up in a neighborhood haunt that has many food coach style restaurants. Downside to order and to pay you had to use your phone. Soooo, my dilemma. Grabbing friends phone , and directly to my yelp app. I managed to find a local mobile store to grab a new charger. I walked in and was greeted by Shequilla. Big smile, luckily for me I was one of the few people that stopped in that day, and was helped right away. Shequilla made a few suggestions. Ultimately, we settled on a fast charger, it works brilliant.

    Before I start this review, I would like to preface that I generally like to not give any customer…read moreservice representative a hard time because I understand how hard their job can be. So I usually am in and out of anywhere I need to be so long as I'm assisted properly. With that said, I've been to this AT&T a few times since I've moved to DC and because it is conveniently located next to the Trader Joe's, I make sure to stop by to pay a bill or just to browse phones. Each time I've been here I've had a not so great experience, however, the most recent experience I had prompted me to write to finally write a review for this location. So to start off, this shop is pretty small but they always have at least 3-4 employees. Each time I've been here, the employees just are seated wherever they are and kind of look at you to say something first before asking what can they help you with. Even when they ask that they don't even bother approaching you in a customer friendly manner; just stare at you from afar and shout at you. And I don't think they do this for Covid safety reasons--I've never seen a single employee wearing a mask. Additionally, the employees are a mixed bag of manners, some of them are very kind others are very rude. This one time I went to the shop to make sure my phone information is transferred to new phone, the employee that was helping me was patient and kind with the whole time. However, her coworker was in the back room on the phone screaming at someone. Needless to say, the conversation was very inappropriate, loud, and disruptive. As a customer I felt very uncomfortable just being there. The employee that was assisting me herself did not know what was going on. However, because I got the help I needed and was taken care of by the person who was talking to me I didn't feel the need to write a review because the matter was not related to another employee who could have been very well on their break. But my most recent visit is what prompted me to write this review. I stopped by the shop to see if I qualify for a promotion. Again, like the previous time I've been here, I was welcomed with blank stares and I had to ask if someone can help me personally (as opposed to them just shouting at me from across the room). No one approached me lol so I just went up to someone and asked if I can get more information about the promotion. The individual just asked me what the model of my phone was and when I got it, that's it. And proceeded to say no. And kind of dismissed me. So I stood there asking well then why did I get the email? Can you please check my account and see what's going on. To which they said no you don't qualify. And I had to ask again well can you just check, then they got up and got a tablet to check. This interaction itself annoyed me so after they checked (and saw I did qualify) I said I'll come back next time. I won't be back here because they were so rude and unhelpful. To the managers and business owner of this place, please hire friendlier and approachable employees.
