I am currently visiting from Las Vegas and have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years, but the service I received today was the worst I have ever encountered. I went into the store today to inquire about a T-Mobile Tuesday reward after receiving a notification reminding me to pick it up. Upon entering, I was greeted poorly by an employee who was clearly frustrated that my inquiry interrupted her from scrolling on her phone. When I asked about the offer, she responded with significant attitude, stating that the offer was only for Tuesday. When I politely pointed out her unprofessional demeanor, she made another sarcastic comment as I walked away. I returned to let her know that she needed to improve her customer service, at which point the manager Alexis intervened. Instead of addressing her employee's hostile behavior--which included aggressive body language--the manager told me to leave and accused me of being rude. The manager even had to physically stand between myself and the employee, who was acting ready to fight. ALL IN FRONT OF SOME ELDER CUSTOMERS. The other employee involved refused to provide her name. I supervise teams globally, and behavior like this would be grounds for immediate dismissal in any professional setting. Following the incident, I contacted the corporate office, who confirmed that T-Mobile Tuesday rewards can actually be redeemed throughout the week, meaning the information I was given was incorrect. Corporate also noted that this specific store has received numerous complaints. The complete lack of support from management and the hostile behavior of the staff is unacceptable. I plan to follow up with the district manager regarding this matter and will be sharing my experience publicly to ensure other customers are aware of how this location is being run.
