The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Robert is helpful and is always courteous. Daniel (the tall guy) is the one that always helps me in store. This is not a review about this location, but a review to whoever answered my call on the 800 number. I ordered and paid for a brand new game. It was lost in transit, so I called the 800 number.. 3 weeks later I get a used game at the price of a brand new one. Beyond frustrated. read more

Honestly when you've been to one GameStop, you seen them all. Their Merch setup is very similar because you're dealing with a corporate store. When you deal with a store like that, the only thing that'll separate them from any other GameStop would have to be the quality of service. I rarely have a bad experience at this shop. They have good selection and are competitive. Think the only thing is the staff isn't as interactive as they could be. read more

Im not one to usually leave Yelp reviews but I'm posting this review as someone who has grown up in small scale retail similar to game stop. I arrived to the store today about 25 minutes before closing knowing exactly what I wanted which would have taken no longer than 5 minutes. The employee who was in the store told me they were already closed, in which I politely said I thought you guys closed at 9? He said they do close at 9 but he needed to start closing so he could leave at 9. As someone who knows retail very well I would be very upset if someone who worked for my business was doing this as it puts a very bad look on the whole store for one employees selfishness. Because of his selfishness I will buy a console and games from another franchise which I know more than justifies his "extra" 5 minutes of working. If the owners of this franchise would like to know who is doing this this it was on Jan/11/23 and if not please change your hours so people don't waste there time by driving there when you are going to close early anyway. I mean no disrespect to the store at all and I hope this issue is resolved. read more

This isn't your Average GameStop... The customer service is outstanding. Friendly Fast service with a smile. This store has everything your looking for but if they dont..they will find it for you.. Someone said they lie...bogus..just plain bogus. I have found that if you dont know what your looking for these guys can even help you with that...wanna save money get you a membership..on used games. Buy the guaranty so if anything happens to your game its replaceable just be sure to keep your receipt to make things even more easier.. Michael can help you and is very knowledgeable and will be more than helpful with what you're looking for. The store is clean..the shelves are full..the staff is Great... Ive been around to most of all the GameStops and this one Stands Tall..these guys here love their jobs..and in this day and age..This kinda sevice is a rarity..even if you dont buy anything the smiles and excellent sevice will always bring you back...From management all the way down to regular employees...Class A service. read more

The manager, Robert, at this location has made all my experiences at this GameStop great. Robert's gamer knowledge is impressive and he makes great game recommendations. The level of customer service here is pretty unbelievable and it likely stems from Robert's influence and hiring choices. What he really has helped me most with is getting the best deals for both selling and buying. I recently sold a New 3DS XL and some 3DS games and Robert worked with me to maximize store credit. During this same visit, he didn't mind pulling approximately 25 WiiU games even though I told him I would be buying only the games that had original game sleeve art work. Looking out for the customer is a refreshing change from the typical large "corporate" business model. I am so glad that this GameStop also happens to be my "neighborhood" store. I have to admit that I don't like buying from "chain" stores, but I will make an exception in this case because of the high level of customer service. They also have great merchandise selection and great prices when combined with sales or deals. read more
