When approached by cashier he was in a friendly manner and was providing help. Once the manager, Debbie, came to the desk the whole mood changed. She was not only rude and abrasive towards her employees but to us and other customers as well. We had followed the provided instructions given by the email and she berated for not going through checkout rather than going through customer service as we were directed to do. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to tell the customers that they were wrong for following the provided instruction and do it in such a flippant manner.
