But before we drove out there, I called the store and the wonderful Ms. Kaneka answered the phone and let me tell you...she was so amazing! The level of customer service she provided was outstanding. I didn't know people were still going above and beyond. She ending up finding the shoe in their store and we drove out that way. It was too funny when we walked in the door...it's as if she knew it was me from the phone call. WSS, thank you for hiring Kaneka. She is an asset to the business and she knows how to make sale. I had…read morebought a bracelet for my younger sister at this department on Friday and she, unfortunately, broke the clasp on Sunday. I decided to go to the James Avery in Dillard's on Monday to see if they offered a solution for the broken bracelet such as returning it, replacing it or paying for a repair. The older lady there was condescending, dismissive and unprofessional. She offered no possible solution for the broken clasp and told me to contact James Avery headquarters to see if they had a solution. She then dismissively dropped the bracelet onto my palm and said "Sorry, can't help ya". After this, I decided to do my own research and decided to go to the James Avery in Northpark. There they offered me to replace the broken clasp of my bracelet for free and finished in just an hour.
