Well, let's be honest, I chatted with people. Xcited about this Le Creuset Factory Sale. I had specific colors in mind as well. The space was a huge open floor warehouse.. It was such a cool experience.. we were just vibing n going with it. Again it never felt over crowded, overwhelming or unsafe. Only issue was calling Uber for a ride back to the hotel. Man that was an adventure within itself.

My daughter called ahead and was assured by a woman that the tech suit she wanted in the size she thought was right was available in the store and she could be measured to confirm sizing before trying. When we arrived my daughter found the woman who remembered the phone call and said she'd measure her. Then a man came out and said he wouldn't measure her because the sizing is on the box and he doesn't allow tech suits to be tried on without a guarantee that it will be purchased that day. She's asking for the suit for Christmas and wanted to confirm sizing. I was actually planning to buy the suit today to surprise her but she and the man did not know this and the man refused to help her. He did let her try on a tech suit in a different brand but that didn't help us with what we wanted and he wouldn't measure her or let her try on the size she wanted because he said she was wrong about her size. If I wasn't there I wouldn't believe this happened. I would not purchase from this store if I could help it.

This was my first experience ordering from this company, and I'm extremely disappointed with how…read morethey handled a simple return mistake. I accidentally included an additional item in my return package and contacted customer service immediately to explain. I had intended on exchanging this item for a smaller size, but saw that they did not have the item in a smaller size. And accidentally left it in the return. I asked that they either return the item to me or issue a refund once they confirmed they had received it. Instead, I was told that because the item wasn't submitted through their Returns Portal, it could be considered "ineligible" and would be "donated". I understand that the mistake was mine, but I don't understand why the company couldn't simply return the item or process a refund. This response was disappointing, especially as a first-time customer, and showed very little understanding or willingness to help.

Everything was done transparently and never against any policy we were told about at the time. Despite this, all 4 of our accounts were closed without explanation. We have total $850 site credits across all 4 accounts which are unused and now lost. When I raised the issue with the employee who helped set everything up and with the store manager, both told me they would help to try to get the accounts reactivated. Instead, the only response I ever received was a corporate email stating my account was closed, that I no longer had access to any services, and that I was not permitted to contact any employees or visit any store, consignment office, or pop-up location. Outrageous. To make matters worse, when my consigned shoes were returned to me, the original shoe box was badly damaged -- which affects the resale value of the item. I have before and after pictures with timestamps as proof. Luckily I also saved the message history, documenting the account setups and consignments, facilitated by their own staff. To be treated this way and to have my item's box damaged on top of it -- is unacceptable. I'd think twice before trusting this company with consigned items or referral programs.
