After almost waiting 2 hours an agent named BIANCA was supposed to help me, I told her This T mobile is slow and she got the rudest attitude with me and told me I can go to another store and walk away saying she won't help me, the manager also said since I said it's slow I need to wait longer, she ordered the agents to keep skipping me for the longest. Finally a young black man named Sarkley passed by me and i asked him why I was being skipped and he helped but went to talk to BIANCA first to ask something and he said I will be charged $10 to put a SIM on my phone. We give over $300 to T mobile every month for their service but the way I was treated yesterday makes me want to change provider 0/10. I m a faithful client and deserve respect. ****BUYER BEWARE*****…read more I purchased a blue tooth in this store from a female associate with black hair. When I took it out of the box, I noticed that the charger was broken. The internal wiring was clearly exposed. I immediately took it back to the store within a few hours of purchasing it. I was told by the associate that sold it to me that there is a no return policy on all accessories. I advised her that you cannot sell defective products and not allow consumers to return them. Furthermore, there is nothing in the store or on the receipts provided information indicating that you cannot return or exchange items purchased. The associate then powered on the bluetooth stating that it worked. I advised her that the charger is clearly a fire hazard and without a charger, the bluetooth is useless. She then advised that I can come back in a week or so for an exchange if they receive more bluetooths since I purchased the last one. They also will not open the boxes to allow you to view the products. Had I been able to view the cheaply made product, I would have never purchased it. The bluetooth was made in China. It is constructed of cheap plastic that can easily crack or break. I purchased 3 phones out of this store and will never step foot in it again. Stay away from this store and go somewhere that will provide decent customer service.

Had an issue with our equipment. Spoke to someone online and they said to head to the store to do…read morean equipment exchange. Once there we had to wait 15 minutes because they didn't tell us before hand that we could checked in online. I mean it is what it is at this point. We were 10th in line. This was around 12:40pm. On top of everything, Everyone coming in was being told to "go to the UPS store to exchange their equipment ", so you guys just don't want to do this? we are paying for the fastest internet. And they said they don't carry that type of modem in store? Excuse me? Is it just this store or all because when we first got spectrum at a different location we didn't have that problem. Anywho, after wasting 30 min we just left. Around almost 3:00 pm we get a text saying we are next in line. So glad we left. I ended up chatting with someone else online instead and I'm glad I did because I would have just been there sitting wasting time. To the young lady who helped me online , thank you. But this store is just a no for me.
