Myself and about three other people were waiting to be helped but she was clicking away on her phone looking up occasionally to see what was going on. When she did help this older couple and they didn't really understand what she was talking about, I noticed how rude she was talking to them like they were dumb. Now my real problem was the manager, I work in sales myself and I know customer service very well since I am a manager myself. She on the other hand was by far the worst CSR I've ever encountered. She would curse in front of me and just plain ignore me and answer her phone calls in the middle of our conversation. Apparently her store was supposed to close at 3 pm if it wasn't busy and she was rushing me and kept complaining about how it was 15 past 3. Honestly, I would go to another cricket store but this is the only one that's closest to me. Worst employees to ever be employed there.

They had a rather busy day and told me I would have to pick it up the next day, but I told them my situation and they were able to squeeze me in for their priority list, I did wait a few hours but that was fine because I would wait as long as I have to get it back that same day. And I was expecting a long wait but they were able to fix it in a few hours. I'm grateful I was able to bring my phone back home and not have to come back the next day as that wouldn't have worked with my work or schedule. Anyway, like I said. I'm grateful.
