For the first time in 10+ years, I had dropped my phone on the gas station floor, shattering my iPhone 11 Max Pro screen -- I thought it was a goner! It was Memorial Day and I was freaking out because I use my phone for work and needed a repair, and fast! Luckily there was a Memorial Day deal on Groupon so I booked it and went straight over there. They had a rather busy day and told me I would have to pick it up the next day, but I told them my situation and they were able to squeeze me in for their priority list, I did wait a few hours but that was fine because I would wait as long as I have to get it back that same day. And I was expecting a long wait but they were able to fix it in a few hours. I'm grateful I was able to bring my phone back home and not have to come back the next day as that wouldn't have worked with my work or schedule. Anyway, like I said. I'm grateful. Be warned. This company provides poor service and produce and terrible customer service. Karem came to my office on a Monday to repair a cracked iPhone screen. He called me right before the appointment time and asked if I wanted the generic screen at the price published on the website or if I wanted to a genuine aftermarket iPhone screen for $60 more. I asked for the better screen because I didn't want to have any issues. He agreed to price match another company and lower the price $20. The whole thing seemed shady, but I went with it because I needed my phone fixed quickly. Then he was an hour late for our appointment. When I finally called to tell him I couldn't wait any longer, he told me he had arrived. It took him about 30m to replace the screen. When I got the phone back there were some weird halo affects and lighting levels, but Karem said the screen just needed to "calibrate". The screen worked ok for three days and then on Thursday it just completely stopped working. The screen was black, but I knew the phone was still working because it was playing through my car Bluetooth. I couldn't see anything to call Karem. Not knowing what to do, I went to iFix, who I have used in the past and HIGHLY recommend. I had them take the phone apart and check the screen. When they took it apart the screen was totally dead - it was defective at the very least. Once my phone was repaired properly, I called Karem to tell him what happened and asked to return the screen he provided me and get a refund. He was extremely rude and told me there were no refunds. He said he would guarantee his work, but with a busted screen I had had no way to contact him! Plus I didn't really trust him since he installed a defective screen to begin with. He kept repeating no refunds no refunds. I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment on the transaction. Don't trust this guy. read more

i would not recommend this place to anyone they did a horrible job on my iPad and charged me 270.00 they replace the screen it still has a big smudge on the left side of the iPad . They were suppose to fix the home button and it still doesn't work. Horrible horrible service and customer service as well... shame on this place !!! read more

First Yelp review. This guy showed up 2.5 hours late and finally replaced my phone screen, took longer than advertised but whatever. It all looked ok and he left. Then I discovered he broke my phones microphone when I used it for the first time so I cant make calls and the front facing camera is very hazy and basically useless. I called him and he said he would try to come back that same day but never did, and now he is totally unresponsive to emails and texts and phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Coming from a person who NEVER writes reviews, I'm going to thoroughly enjoy writing this one. Where to start... I cracked the screen on my almost brand new iPhone 7+. When I did, I freaked out and tried to find the cheapest way to fix it. Came across this guy here named Karim who said he would do it for $100. Came to my work, looked at it and said, "I think the panel is broken behind. If so, it's another $40". Seemed a bit odd since my crack was very minimal, but alright. After putting it together and realizing he didn't "have a part with him" he agreed to come to my apartment after I got off work. He came over and fixed the screen, but home button was unresponsive afterward. He told me it needed about 2 hrs to "calibrate". Alright, fine, Needles to say, didn't calibrate. I finally decided to bite the bullet and go to Apple. They said he had pieces missing from my phone and screws that weren't even in. At this point, I'm beyond pissed. I call him to give him one more chance. He tells me that he can't fix it regardless and it's a glitch with the phone and I need to contact Apple. I told him I had just walked out of Apple and they said my phone was missing parts from you. He denied of course. At this point, I just wanted my money back. Well, Apple kept his screen so I couldn't return that back so he agreed to give me $90 back. I wasn't cool with that at all, but it was better than me driving to his place of business and beating the shit out of him for the rest. Ultimately, it cost me $210 to fix my screen. Do not do business with these people. They are thieves and liars. I had Karim come fix the cracked screen on my iPhone SE. It was working fine I just was getting glass in my fingers and because I am in massage therapy school my finger tips are very important. After he fixed the screen which he charged my boyfriend an extra $30 for what he claimed would keep he phone from breaking but the receipt states was for a touch sensor my phone was glitching and lagging and freezing. If I was in a call it would freeze and I would be unable to use my phone until I locked and unlocked the phone and most of the time that would end the call. I had him some back and fix it. This time he only had a black screen for my rose gold and white phone. Because I just wanted a working phone I allowed him to put it on. After he replaced it my phone was even worse. Now 80% of the time my phone does not respond to my touch it freezes and lags and is inoperable. I reached out to Karim multiple times. He claims it is because of the software on my phone which is complete bs. My phone was cracked and I was getting glass in my fingers daily but it was still working just fine. I wanted a refund but apparently they don't do that. I told him to come back and fix my phone as their website states they have a warranty on their parts and service and he had come to my home twice to fix my phone and to this day it is still broken. He wanted to charge me an additional $30 for parts because my phone is disconnected. Why would I pay when I have already paid and my phone is still broken?? That is completely ridiculous. So are they not following the policies they have clearly posted on their website? I am completely dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. I had to chase down Karim multiple times as the number on the website is his cell phone. I just want my phone to work. read more
