I sent them my laptop. My son said that the shop knew what the problem was and he gave me a quote. 3 days later, problem solved. No upcharges. Same quote. Same price. These guys are super awesome! I recommend this business to anyone that has electronic repair needs. Golden Touch is just what it says; Golden! Thanks for a job well done!

So short but long story!! Last week my son soaked my iPhone in Juice or water I was unable to…read morenavigate the screen. My husband found a location in Cedarhill that charged us $193 and took 4 hrs to fix it. I got the phone back and tried to do my "social media" work I mean my iPhone is how I get paid! I was unable to enter the apps on my phone unable to use the selfie camera etc! I was hot. So then the guy was contacted again we were told that their manager won't be in until the next day we return the phone and they were still unable to fix it so we requested a refund. In the short story, I search for a "Mobile tech" someone that can come to me and I can honor my time and still get work done while my phone was being serviced. I was contacted by Golden Touch I responded while out running errands. Brandon showed up on time and offered to help me with my bags and things!! I mean great manners then sat down at my kitchen table and fix my phone in ... wait for it! Wait! Y'all 20 MINUTES!! Like what! And it worked perfectly fine! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS YOUNG MAN AND THERE BUSINESS also they are "Black Owned". Golden touch also includes a "Life Time Warranty " with your device. Notes: The type of Phone I have serviced was a previously liquid damaged iPhone 11 Time: 20 mins to Repair Vs the Hours plus days it took previous companies I visited. (2 by the way) Don'ts: let your kids play with your phones lol Dos: Book an Appointment with Gold Touch and let them repair your devices!

My boyfriend recently dropped his iPhone 4S one too many times, so consequently the screen…read moreshattered like nothing I have ever seen before. We tried saving it just until he could get his free upgrade in a month by putting a screen protector on, but that just fell off and took small shards of glass with it. Since he is constantly on that phone for work, we decided it needed to be fixed. After stopping by an Apple store ($200 to fix a screen) and the Verizon store (between $150-200 -- can't remember exactly -- even with the Asurion insurance), we lost a little hope. We were about to go home and look on Amazon.com for a screen and install it ourselves, but then we remembered cell phone repair shops. We've never been to one, but it had to be less than $200, so we thought we might as well see. The owner (I'm assuming because he knew EVERYTHING) took the phone, gave us a very fair price and also said that it would only take 40 minutes! Not 40 hours, but freaking MINUTES! We ate next door at the Al Kabob restaurant (also very good) and shopped for a new cell phone case and screen protector just a building over. It was all fast and easy and they took very good care of us. Don't let Apple or your cell phone company rob you. These guys at this store know what they're doing for a very fair price.

I took my iPhone 5 in for a simple battery swap. He very quickly replaced my battery...great! But…read moreI noticed that now the volume up/down and vibrator functions no longer worked! I took the phone in the next day to ask him to please look into why these buttons have stopped working, and he flat out denied any "possibility" of being due to his repair, and stated I would need to pay more to repair this issue. This is either a blatant lie, or absolutely ignorant response, as the ribbon cable from the logic board to these buttons runs right UNDERNEATH the battery and is exposed. Please see iFixit link below step 42: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPhone+5+Audio+Control+and+Power+Button+Cable+Replacement/10792 I opened the phone, and indeed, the ribbon is torn/cut. He has not been responding to my calls. I will change this review to 3 stars if he agrees to fix the damage he caused to my phone.

They repaired the cracked screens on 2 of my phones, and the cameras on both phones stopped working…read morewhen they handed them to me. Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.
