Aziz the manager gave me information to a third-party source that can do the delivery and installation. To be honest I was worried. But in the end Lewis and his girlfriend, did not get her name. Probably were the most amazing people I have ever met who took my refrigerator apart to get it into the door put it back together, perfectly! This couple should have their own fleet of trucks! All I can say is great job from everybody I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to tell everyone I know about the great service that I received! Oh, did I forget to mention they made the delivery after hours and probably didn't make it home till midnight. But I have a refrigerator and a washer and dryer and I can't be more thankful.

They even swapped the dryer cord for the correct type before loading them up. When I got home, the washer worked great--but the dryer tripped the breaker as soon as I plugged it in, even without turning it on. I called the store, and they told me to bring it back, claiming everything is tested before sale. That would've meant renting or borrowing another truck and hauling it down from a 4th-floor apartment with no elevator. The guy I spoke to (the big guy) was rude and dismissive. Instead of dealing with that hassle again, I opened it up myself and found they wired the dryer cord incorrectly--putting the neutral wire to ground. Once I fixed the wiring, the dryer worked perfectly. Even after explaining what happened, there was no apology or accountability--just more attitude. Bottom line: the appliances you buy here might be faulty and not work, and the customer service is terrible. If you decide to shop here, insist that they test everything in front of you before you leave. Also, it's a cash-only business, so keep that in mind--and don't expect any real help or refunds if something goes wrong.

Very clear there is a service call fee which you don't pay if you hire them, everybody has a callout fee, so I don't know why the poster with the zero star rating complained about that. Technician spent about an hour doing diagnosis, called his office to get part numbers (it's an LG fridge) and then gave me a quote that said they would return in two to three days to fix the problem depending on parts availability. Paid 50% of the total quote up front. In fact they called me the next day and said they would come over in an hour to fix the problem, I did not hear the message because I was in physical therapy. Got the message about 10 minutes before the tech showed up. He installed all the parts (which were definitely new, in the packaging from LG), tested the system and the problem was fixed in about an hour. The good news: (1) many companies don't handle LG and I was expecting to have to shop around more (2) The problem was fixed in less than 48 hours (3) They did not scam me on part prices, I checked with LG and I was charged normal retail ( of course the repair company might get a discount) The bad news: (1) Their price was at the high end of my expectations (2) Their organization was somewhat chaotic.
