I only wish this guy was in Los Angeles Ca and New York , he help me save lots of money by fixing my iPhone 6 Plus s that was smashed up by cars running over the whole phone , I though for sure in had to buy another iPhone and then I went to this store cause my other friend told me he fixes phones and I'll be a MF and he did save and fixed my problem home and then my camera didn't work , he told me to bring back and he fixed that as well.... I've seen iPhones like mine that people can fix for $150-$200 and this guy was so far the cheapest and he can get it done quick... he charged me $90 and $25 for the camera , many places charges $50 just to fix the camera and he told I care of me and he has a great attitude , well mannered gentleman for his age. He even allowed my kids to play with the Beach balls there and he didn't complain at all. I'm Thank you son much for saving my phone and saving me money and mostly for being kind to me and my children. I will make sure I rate this business on TripAdvisor.com 5 stars by far the best for mobil store Thank you again.

    Do yourself a favor and go to an actual T-Mobile store and not this authorized seller…read more I recently left ATT and joined T-Mobile. I went to this authorized dealer and was lied to when I was told I'd be getting iPhone 17 pros for free with a beyond plan. They took our old phones so I figured it would be for a trade in offer although I thought I was getting it for switching to T-Mobile. I got my first bill and was charged an installment fee for each phone. I visited the store after my first bill and they reassured me that I would get the full credit for all phones after the first billing cycle and a credit for what I had paid on the first installments. My second bill came and the charges were the same. I went back to the store and they stated there was no such offer when I signed up to get full credit on the phones only up to a certain amount. The manager was there but didn't meet with me. He told his employee that he was too busy and I'd have to come back 2 days later to see what can be done about it with the employee that opened the account. At that point I decided to stop dealing with this place after they wasted enough of my time. I contacted T-Mobile directly and they resolved the issue within a few hours. I was also told that I wasn't credited with a trade in so what happened to our old devices? They also stuck me with 6 gps trackers and said they were needed in order to receive the free phone deal. This place needs to learn the meaning of integrity and accountability.

    Worst customer care and service ever. Got 2 new lines activated here, took longer than expected but…read moresince numbers were to be ported from another carrier, that is to be expected. HUGE billing discrepancies, got a number of unauthorized services added to the account that I had to call customer care to take off the account. Activated new phones during a promotional offer, all proof and details for which were provided at the store, only to find out over a month after that the rebates got denied for no apparent reason & without any communication. Had to call out of my own will once again to find out why, no reason was provided. Would not recommend ever to go to this store. Associates were not at all knowledgeable about any offers and turns out now, how to apply them, but continued making empty promises anyway. Incredibly frustrating. Would rate it a Zero if I could.

He couldn't get the phone to work even after new SIM card. Phone asked me for a passcode when I turned it on at home and tried to set it up and it disabled the phone! 4 days after purchase I took it in after they had suggested going to Apple iTunes to restart and taking it in to Apple store. Neither worked, Apple rep suggested I go in to store for help and even said just to return it and get a new phone. Horrible customer service at store. Bought the phone from a Homero, which I believe he was new and the one who messed up the phone in my opinion. Tried to get help from a Eddy, which customer service 101, never say "I can't" and There's nothing I can do", he must have said it at more then 10 times! He refused to let me talk to a manager (Luis) and regional manger (Michelle Saucedo) because they weren't there, but supposedly he called them, he said he couldn't give me their #. He went to a back room both times to call them, who knows if he did and said manager said there's nothing he can do and regional manager said they can't take the phone back if it's disabled! Mind you I bought the phone 4 days ago!! Still had the plastic on screen! I told him I wanted a new phone or I wanted to return it and he said I couldn't do neither! Even though policy says I have 14 days! So what I'm I suppose to do with it! Apple couldn't fix it , they can't fix it, I even told him you do the Apple iTunes and fix it, they don't have the capability there! So I told him to take it to an Apple store himself and once he fixed it I would take it back. No, can't do that either. So I got a brand new phone and it doesn't work and I have to find a way to fix it! At this point I don't want this phone, if fixed will something go wrong a month from now. I was so upset that I left store and left phone there and told him when they fix it give me a call. Well I called the # to complain and he said I needed to get the phone back so they can help me. I went back got all there names, oh and no one apologized or looked apologetic once! Instead they were arguing with me and smirking like if they didn't care. When I went back he even said his regional manager said that I can bring in MY LAPTOP and she can try to help me!!! Really!!! I laughed and said that was ridiculous and that I already had placed and complaint and was getting help! That's when his tune changed and he said he understood I was frustrated, but that he had to follow store policy!!! That he couldn't change the rules! What is that not to help customers! What about both managers!! I spent a lot of $ on 4 phones and they couldn't replace one! I've been in customer service for over 30 years and there is always something that can be done, exceptions by managers, but they just refused! A free case at least! Bunch of young kids just not caring and rude! I hope that this isn't their career because they are not good at it! Oh but he did tell me to have a nice day! Ridiculous!! This is TMobile lower level North Riverside mall and to top it off I called the TMobile in food court and spoke to a George who tells me he can't give me the # to that store because they don't have one and that I have to go in and that he couldn't help me! I mean wow! A cell phone store without a way to contact anyone, I mean really how much worse can this place get that I have to bring my own laptop to get help...why don't you bring yours! I don't understand how they don't have a computer or laptop there to assist! They just care about selling you the phone for commission, but there is no customer service behind it! Oh, there was a young lady there who said, "you have insurance on phone don't you so there you go"...so I have to pay a deductible on a phone that I got 4 days ago and nobody can repair! If complaint dept can't help then have to see my next step. It could be a defective phone, just replace it! Would give them not 1 star!
