I had a store pickup. Wanted to go in the morning, but I forgot that the Best Buy moved from Queens…read morePlace to Rego Center (I used to live in the area years ago but only visit family now). Ended up in the wrong place, so decided to go after venturing into Manhattan for shopping. Came back from Manhattan and I had a few bags with me from shopping (had an Osprey trail bookbag, Nintendo NYC Store bag, and a random other bag). I must have been tired, but it felt like security was really aggressive getting in front of me and asking me what I was looking for specifically. Showed him my phone with store pickup and ID and he directed me to the long checkout line. It felt like I was being profiled by security. I get it, there's a lot of theft in NYC, but it was really off putting since I was going to browse first. Though, security let other people with bags in without even questioning them. Luckily, there was someone asking for people with store pickup and I was the only one with store pickup. However, I've never experienced someone who couldn't scan my barcode, then typed in the order number manually, but that didn't work either and asked for my phone number. At this point, between security and store pickup, I definitely didn't want to browse. I'll wait until I get back to the Denver metro area for friendlier Best Buys. The kicker was the security people were saying friendly goodbyes to everyone else except me, so I told them I'd write a review.

The technician is very knowledgeable, and friendly, but he charges his service very expensive. He…read morecharged me $ 350 dollars plus taxes for 40 minutes of labor. Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again, and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

Lady said they haven't had a blue ones for months. Just so happened I was running another errand close by and happened to walk by and figured doesn't hurt to ask PC Richard if they do canister exchanges and to my surprise they said yes! Angel who I asked helped me. I made sure I got the $15 exchange taken off the price for new canister. Thankfully my husband was in their system bc they asked for contact information. Maybe bc I charged vs paying cash? Anyways glad I found an alternative place to do exchanges that wasn't listed when I searched up Sodastream canister exchanges.

An employee named Antika was incredibly helpful. She quickly located the correct cables and patiently waited while I calculated the packaging measurements from feet (choosing between the 25-foot and 50-foot options) into meters to ensure a proper fit for my setup. Thanks to her outstanding service, I chose the 25-foot cable, which turned out to be perfect. As shown in my attached speed test result, my internet is back at full strength with 234.78 Mbps download and 22.81 Mbps upload. I highly appreciate Antika's professional and patient customer service--she completely deserves five stars!

It's a small store, so the selection is somewhat limited but what they do have is ideal for the neighborhood. It's usually only manned by one or two people at a time, but the service is friendly and good about answering questions about brands, functions for particular appliances. The staff is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. This was also my place to find obscure electronics from Asia. Normally I'd fly over and get my fill for family / friends, but I was able to score certain chargers, some small car accessories, and even the elusive TVPad. I love using analog recording equipment. And had this Tascam 4 track recorder for sometime. Was…read moreworking fine until recently the play button wouldn't release. So I took back cover off and noticed the play belt slipped off the cam. This Tascam Porta 2 was serviced few years back by licensed Tascam company. Inside was clean as a whistle. So now I had no time to repair belt. Looked for repair shop and this store came up. Took unit to store and filled out on work order: Play belt slipped off cam. (See pic) Simple repair you think? Well let me tell you this place will pad the bill as high as possible. With frivolous work charges. When I went to pick up unit. I got a bill for $185 for 1 play belt. Ohh they charged me for Replaced Belts, Rebuilt Motor which was a lie etc. There was nothing wrong with anything except the play belt. On top of that they never called me to say this work needs to be done. Or provide any photos to show what they did. That's what I mean by padding the bill. So I show up to pick up unit and bring my own Tascam OEM power supply, that was original to unit. Plug it in and all is ok. Just wanted to pay and leave. There is one thing I learned in life. Never argue with a fool. Because that makes two fools. So low and behold I take unit to my job and less than an hour later the Tascam unit fails. All this work that was supposed done and it breaks done before I even get it home. Yea right! So now I take it back. And it takes another day. Funny thing is the guy working the counter is like. Hey bring that Tascam oem power supply back and he will trade it for a $3 Chinese power supply. I was born at nite. But it wasn't last nite. What a moron bad enough he is ripping me off for unapproved work. Now he wants me to trade a $30 Tascam oem power supply for a $3 one. What an idiot. Check it out if you enter this store. Enter at your own risk. And be specific about any repairs with the caveat if work goes beyond scope of original quote. That you need to approve it. And ask for proof like photos etc. And as of July 4 th after only using tape deck for two hours. Tape deck failed with same error as when taken into this shop for repair. Useless idiots who have no clue what they are doing.
