He educated me on the new features and transferred the data from the old phone to the new. I caution anyone though they should have their IPhone account password with them. I. did not. It resulted in me having to go home and struggle with an antiquated password, creating a new one which did not take initially and then me receiving strange texts from Apple saying I had to wait for a week to activate my apps. I returned to the Verizon store today and weirdly pretty much everything started downloading as soon as I entered the store. They must have super fast internet and so much for having to wait a week! I then decided to use the ship to store option, but again my local store was not listed; all the surrounding RadioShacks where listed, but not this one. I did visit the store once before. The store advertises a large selection musical instrument supplies. I was searching for a Manhasset music stand, a very common item for music players, but the store did not carry.
