We went here during the summer and were met by Kellie. She is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to appliances, and "service" seems to be her middle name. She quickly pointed out the models that would fit and we completed the sale. Throughout this process she never hid the fact that there would be delays on the manufacturers end due to COVID and the limited staff at the factories. When the Refrigerator was still pending shipment in August, during the tax-free weekend she easily redid the order for us to save us the nearly $100.00 in sales tax, while keeping our order in it's original place in line. These are the types of things she and her company can do that I think would be much more difficult to accomplish at the big box stores. I thoroughly checked their prices against others, including Costco, and they are more than competitive with any other retailer, including the big box stores, so I am more than comfortable ordering my appliances from here. I eventually refused the entire delivery, only to be told a refund could take up to 10 days. Best Buy failed to honor their agreement and allowed a contractor to exploit the situation. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. This Target is small as far as Targets go, you will likely find they have a more limited selection that some other targets in the area. That is not to say they don't have a whole lot of stuff. Most of the stuff they have, excluding some electronics is on the budget end of the spectrum. While you will find a good DSLR camera, or a nice laptop, or a huge flat screen, you will not find [much] designer clothing, super high-end electronics, or a wide food selection. However, if you need a toothbrush, socks, or a package of AA batteries, this is a go to place. Prices are not as low as Wal-Mart, but you pay slightly more for slightly higher quality. The store is cleaner, and the staff is generally more helpful. Still, service can be hit or miss. There are some associates that were mean, and some that are helpful. Mark at the service desk is awesome! They have a generous return policy, you can return many items that most stores will typically not accept. Rather than list all of them, I will say this: don't be afraid to ask, especially on high priced items. But it is a no on bicycles, which kind of sucks. Also, while I understand why, it would be nice if they were not required to try to get everyone to get a Target RedCard. They get me almost every time, but I already have one...
