ATTENTION: READ BEFORE REPAIRS…read more These guys messed my phone up beyond repair and refused to do ANYTHING about it. Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE OR PAY ME FOR IT. He stood behind his employees so he as well wasnt responsible for there actions and it wasnt money out of there pocket! #straightGARBAGE! Does not even deserve one star, but had to select it to warn everyone else of there secrets, and how they do business, and could care less about there customers. Wish I wouldn't have e paid for that screen repair now or gave them a phone for free cause now I have no option but to go pay $1600 out of MY POCKET again....smfh! If you choose to give this company your money, THATS ON YOU! but if you read my review, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! I will continue to come here for all of my tech needs!read more

Been with Verizon since cell phones came out! The company has taken a steep BASE jump down in…read moredecline in the last year maybe two. I read another review from a Ryan P about his elderly mother and Verizon extorting her. I TOTALLY believe it at the end of the day after countless hours wasted on days that pile up I mean 6-8 hours I have spent trying to resolve the issues the thievery it boils down to them trying to wear you out and give up...I think I am one person ....what of the families with children oh my the money draining out of their account must be more like the force of a recent flood. They certainly did me the moment I had large sums of money in my account it all took shape they billed deceitfully such as the begining and end of EACH month so it could be explained as running into the next month or flexible billing days. even the thank you for payments would be thought to be a second reminder .... BUT ...no. They straight up billed me mostv$400 a month I am one person one phone line . Now they still bill me $375 a month and I have not had service w them in 4 months. They even admitt their mistakes and do zero to fix any of them. The bills won't even include details when I try to login into my disconnected account I'm told I don't have permission that I'm not an owner or manager or my own singular account. This store told me if I came back they would call the police for trespassing because I insisted the store was located in the Marketplace shopping area. it even says that on the huge Steel archways when you enter the shopping area. How can you admit to charging me for a disconnected account which was really just number change...for over a year? And not fix? Absolutely ludicrous

This company has committed fraud against my deceased father for nearly 2 years while he suffered…read morefrom dementia. My 80 year old mother has been trying for months to resolve this fraud, but they refuse. I have called customer service about 5 times, and the people I have talked with have been both rude and are not knowledgeable. They are now attempting to basically extort my 80 year-old, widowed mother saying she must pay nearly $300 for a phone she has never had. I strongly suspect someone has hijacked this account, but no one at Verizon, at this location or at the customer service center phone number cares. I strongly advise anyone to choose any other service provider than Verizon. Yes, we are escalating this case legally, and I have called an attorney and discussed it by phone. We will be progressing to next steps legally shortly. But this is a lot of stress for an 80 year-old woman who can't help but blame herself for this fraud, as if she did something wrong, and who is upset that now her children have to be involved in helping her. I estimate the possible fraud here is in excess of $1000.00 for the widow of an Army Veteran on a fixed income. Personally I would be ashamed to even walk by a Verizon store, much less work in one. This company is a blight on the East Tennessee Community. UPDATE due to response of Verizon below: The response is, of course a total PR lie. I contacted the email address as requested in the response, and 6 days later no one from Verizon has replied to me. Further, Verizon continues to harass my elderly mother with calls, even though they have been informed that her husband is dead, and not to call again. I have retained an attorney and we are moving forward with legal action, which is of course costing me money. PLEASE listen to me, DO NOT use Verizon. There are many choices. Do not make the wrong one.

Ordinarily, I am an on-the-ball person. I tend to do my research prior to making purchases so I am…read moreknowledgeable when I am speaking to sales people. However, when it comes to things breaking, I am completely useless and need someone to hold my hand and walk me through what needs to be done. A week ago, my daughter's iPhone just stopped working. She did nothing to cause it. She was just sitting on her bed and it started acting funny then went off altogether and we could not get it to turn back on. We got the phone 5 months ago so I knew it was still under Apple's limited warranty and I decided to take it in. I searched the Apple site for where to go get help. Simply Mac was first on the list. I guess I mistakenly assumed they were just a small apple store, but it's not related to Apple. I show up at the store and explain the situation to the associate and that any repair should be covered under warranty. First thing he does is look at the phone and ask me if I have had the screen replaced. I told him that we bought it as a brand new phone and nothing has been done to it. He actually made a comment about Verizon selling refurbished phones as new. He then looked at the water indicator light (which I had found enough online to have already have done this) and once he determined there was no water damage looked over the sides. He told me the phone was bent and that would void any warranty from Apple. He showed me the bend and I didn't see whatever it was he was seeing. He said he would take it into the back and open it up, but it already looked like bad news. He came back and said there was no damage internally, but because of the bend the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty. I asked what the repair would cost and he said $379. I then asked if we could just send it to Apple to see if they would repair it under the warranty. He told me that he has done that before and Apple just sends them back. He said maybe I could call Apple and beg them and they would go ahead and fix it. He was so cold and unhelpful that I eventually took the phone and said that it looks like I am stuck and have no other option but to buy a new phone. He told me "yeah, sorry." I left the store and the next day went to Best Buy Geek squad to get a second option. A friendly man immediately took my phone in the back to run their checks on it. He came out and told me that my phone was going to have to be sent away and it would take 16 days. I asked if it was covered under warranty and was told yes. Out of curiosity, I then asked if there was anything we could have done to have caused this. He told me we did nothing and it was just a dead phone. Lesson definitely learned.

They…read morecharged me $50 for their multi step cleaning process without being overly optimistic about the chances of saving the phone, but said there was a decent chance of at least being able to get some of the data recovered. 3 days later, after the "very thorough and detailed cleansing, including ultrasonic bath" I got the notice that my phone was ready. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed and I was told they couldn't even power it up. I guess I wasn't too surprised. But I was very disappointed when I took the phone to another local one-man shop and asked if there was anything he could do to get the pictures, contacts, and Notes from the phone. He opened the phone while I was there and it was nasty. While Foxpaw apparently did open the phone based the fact that the exterior screws were not replaced, that appears to be the only thing done. The phone was clearly not cleaned, nor did it appear to have been further dismantled to do a proper clean. As the gentleman removed several more components from the inside of the phone, a small pile of salt and other residues slowly accumulated on his work station. Thanks Foxpaw for charging me $50 for removing those tiny little special screws from the outside case, but especially for making me think the phone was at least cleaned and decominated as soon as possible to prevent further corrosion.

I had some problems with the screen like it being a weird blue color and the calibration off, but I did not want to take it back there thinking the reason my screen acted like that was because it was an aftermarket screen. A few months later I picked my phone up off the counter and the screen was completely broken- not shattered, but lines going all throughout my screen. I contacted FoxPaw since my screen was still under a 1 year warranty, and they told me they could fix it. I drove two hours to get to FoxPaw only for them to tell me that the damage done to the LCD was "user's fault" and the "manufacturer would laugh at them if they tried to repair this screen." They said they could knock off 10% of ANOTHER repair price so it would have been another $100 to get my phone fixed! I bought a new screen and repaired the phone myself for $40. When I opened my phone up, turns out multiple screws were in the wrong places, and one screw had come loose and was lodged into the back of the LCD right where the crack was. Thank you FoxPaw for not fixing my phone, but rather breaking it. Do not recommend. Better off doing it yourself.
