I came in on Black Friday (gasp!), not for any crazy deals but because I was running errands with a friend and needed a shower curtain & some other household minutia. The store was busy but not overwhelming and there were plenty of employees around to help. I found a shower curtain I loved (I'm so excited just typing that, guess this is life in your 30s) and the display was the only one in stock so a nice staff member got that crazy enormous ladder and took it down for me, priced it ($13.99 from $45!!) and sent me on my way. Pluuuus it was an extra 20% off because of Black Friday! So that's my highlight for the month but the moral of the story is the staff were all great, they kept the lines moving fast, and it was a much more pleasant experience than I anticipated during a busy weekend.

Went there on a Saturday and gave the Iranian owner named Majdi my Iphone to fix a cracked screen. End up paying $95 for the "mid" quality screen after he tried to hustle me into paying more. When I went to pick it the phone, he says he put in a screen but the new screen was also SHATTERED but will get a new one on Monday...he says to pay him now (I know, dumb move). After giving me the runaround for days, I go down thurs and he tells me to make an appointment for Friday at 3:30. On Fri at 3:35 he texts me that my appointment is rescheduled for 5:30. I text him that Im done with him giving me the runaround and want a refund in which he says fine. When I drive all the way down there to get a refund, he's all pissed off saying he had a bad day and tells me hes not refunding me unless he gets the shattered screen back. I refused to let this shady MF touch my phone again. I offer to bring the screen back after I get it fixed elsewhere but nope he's not doing it. I got beat for $95 but if I could save a few people from this happening to them its all worth it. Be extremely careful what you give this guy and like I said do not pay cash. Once the phone was activated there was an issue with the hardware and I kept getting a white and black screen that looked like the matrix. I went into the store and they immediately rectified the issue by ordering me a new phone and had it delivered to the store. It's a little frustrating that I have to spend so much time at the store but that's at no fault of the workers. Both Cristal and Jeff are great and their customer service absoultly exceeds any expectations and experiences I've had at previous verizon stores.
