el peor servicio que he tenido, ordene unos teléfonos mediante llamada con servicio al cliente de Tmobile y me envian a esta locación para retirar los dispositivos y los empleados incluyendo a la manager en turno me trataron de la peor manera, llegué y lo primero que me dicen es no tenemos servicio tomando en cuenta que estaban atendiendo a otros clientes normalmente. Casi me sacan de la tienda y en vista que llame enfrente de ellos al servicio al cliente, salen con la excusa de que no tenían internet pero si servicio y que no nos iban a dar los dispositivos. Fueron muy groseros la manager krystel y la señorita que me atendió cuando ingresé al local. no vuelvo más acá. Deben contratar gente que esté apta para dar un servicio apto para el cliente. I feel blindsided by the employees at this location. First, we came in several times due to the commercials that say they buy out your phone from other companies. Apparently, while this is true they did not explain the process properly to us. A month later, we get the bill from our original company saying we owe $198 on a phone that we were told was paid out. The associate at T-Mobile never told us that it was paid out to us and that we had to go online to redeem. We had worked with her THREE times prior to switching over and she told us the same thing each time. She never said the trade in credit was deducted from the amount we would have received from the buy out. Today we met with Chassidy who basically assumed we were stupid and didn't acknowledge the mistake of her coworker. No apology even for miscommunication which would have been nice. She talked so fast it was hard to even understand what she wanted us to do to rectify a situation that wasn't even our fault to begin with. My husband and I are educated people, he has a bachelors degree and I have a masters degree. We would have followed the steps if Whil had told us the first time when we were there for 3 hours to switch over which was a nightmare to begin with. Today, my husband followed the steps right then and there because that's just the kind of people we are. read more

I'm not a T-Mobile customer, and I have zero interest in switching from Sprint since their prices are on par with each other but T-Mobile has crappier coverage... That said, I kinda like this store. I've come here twice in search of phone accessories that Sprint didn't have...once for a case and once for a screen protector. Sadly neither Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, or even Best Buy mobile had what I was looking for...T-Mobile did. Go figure. read more

The guys who work here are cool, but honestly the service is SO slow that there's barely any point in coming here. One wonders whether they are trying to keep people from coming to their store. I waited over an hour just to talk to an associate, which is completely unacceptable. This wasn't even peak time, the mall was quiet and it was a weekday morning, and it wasn't a difficult transaction. After all that time, when I got home I found out they had even given me the wrong product! Now I'm stuck with it, because there's no way I'll ever set foot in that store again. All around misery. Don't expect it to be a quick trip. It was like the hang out spot with a TON of people waiting in line, and either the staff or the computers (or both) are WAY too slow. If there's that many people in line, someone on the staff could at least preemptively find out what type of service the customer needs and give them an idea of how long it will take or suggest they come back at another time, rather than have them wait in line for 40+ minutes to then be told the store is closing and they can't help you tonight. Very frustrating! And this wasn't even for my phone, it was for my husband's. We're going to another service ASAP and hopefully the new service provider will provide better customer service. read more

Decided to stop by at T-Mobile store and the service was terrible nobody wanted to help me. I was standing next to sales person name justin and he didn't say hello or anything. I have sprint and I like to change to tmobile. I asked young lady with black hair for help and she seems like she don't want to help me. She was very rude. I'm surprised the store is still open. I love coming here the chocolate manager is amazing to deal with then there's mysterious looking Hispanic manager that's also a pleasure to work with it's a overall great team every time I go in to pay my bills or get service done. Saleswoman named Maria lied to my face about the price of a phone case and added an installment plan for the remaining balance of the case to my account without my knowledge. She has also added other features like Jump on to my account in the past without asking me if I wanted it just so she could get her commission!
