I lost thousands of previous photos, info and dozens of contacts. Supposedly no way to get this stuff back. My screen stopped working. Couldn't do anything on my phone. Couldn't look at anything on my phone nor make calls. I was dead in the water for a couple of days. I went to a verizon store and they were the ones who reset my phone by mistake. Yeah that's a hard one to swallow for me. I'll be remembering that one for quite some time. I digress, so later this same rainy day last week on the day of Halloween I went to this store for help. I am still amazed at what they did. First of all, I didn't get anything back on my phone but I've been able to access it and use it once again. Secondly these guys are done serious techno wizards. They just happen to have a samsung galaxy S9 that has a minor screen issue that they wound be able to install and get me going for least amount of money out of pocket. Or they could order a brand new one and have it the following day. Well, as many of us know it's difficult to do things without our phones these days. And how quickly i found out for the first time in my life. I've never experienced anything like this. I hadn't realized how much easier they make things for us. For even the simplest thing of using an app on your phone to do your banking vs. going in through the website. I opted for them to switch that S9 slightly blemished screen onto mine. Yeah, you can stop laughing now. No, seriously, stop laughing. Ahaha, it's OK, I'm also laughing at how old my phone is. 7 years I've had this baby. I'll be changing to a brand new one this week. So then you can stop laughing. The store is an average small store like in most malls. Easy in and out by the I Hop entrance and then right next to T Mobile. They had me in and out with a screen in under a half hour. Wam, bang boom. These guys really are an amazing bunch of people. I asked the main guy I dealt with because I wanted to give him a shout out but he declined me using his name. I of course respected his privacy and am leaving it out. But this store deserves your business and respect. They do a fantastic job. They know what they're doing and they're not blowing smoke up your hind quarter saying this and that. They tell you what they can do for you or can't with a possible other option. They give your the price and let you decide. No high pressure tactics or anything like that. Their prices are reasonable too. Just as important as their work. Like I said, I'm a true believer in these places now when I used to think they were hacks. Not by a long shot. They're respectable people working hard to gain your trust and your business and the do it with humility. Absolutely amazing quality work from you guys. Thank you for getting me back up and running. Thank you thank you. Appreciate you all :-)

So disappointed. In the beginning every encounter with the staff was pleasant. However when I went…read morereturn my third NS system that did not work, a man walked in name Nelson, clearly already angry about something previously and was aggressive, calling me a liar, saying I was mean to all his staff and rude, staying I'm trying to get over on him. I was so appalled when I specifically said the staff was sweet and pleasant. I informed him he must have me confused with someone else and story lines intertwined. He was loud, infantile, extremely unprofessional. When I asked him for store credit, he continued to say I did not pay 120 when I absolutely did. He, like a child goes show me then, I said I will, I will return with the bank statement, he continues go I'll wait and when I said I could not at that moment because I do not have my phone on me, he sarcastically goes how convenient! - I was disgusted and stated I'm no longer discussing this with you because you are clearly immature and acting very infantile and I do hope you grow. He continued with sarcasm and not completing out my store credit, I repeatedly said, please just get me store credit thank you, again and again until finally I stopped him and said, Can You Stop?! Gesh! I said im no longer discussing this with you, you clearly do not know how to be professional. Again- all in front of my child. He finally goes, we need the controllers back, which I am very confused about since I purchased the controllers with the original purchase. Needless to say I'm disgusted by this "mans" behavior, and has for the staff, with whom he goes to me " so your saying they are lying?" I said im saying you are wrong, I would never treat staff that way I praised her and said she was a sweetheart, same with the gentleman that originally helped me. And for clarity I was asked when did you speak to someone, I said I believe a day ago or a few days ago, thats when I was called a liar and everything else. Again, not sure if he himself was having a bad day but it was completely unnecessary to come at me with so much aggression without any communication. An if the staff lied on me, which I can not believe, I'm disgusted even further. An I'm sure if the stores have a camera in progress it will show I was not rude ,if anything laughing and excited with staff.
