Definite five star service for my wife's car's dead battery!…read more She was in Las Cruces from Cloudcroft doing errands, came out from a shop and the car was dead. She called me and I called Batteries+ and confirmed they had the right size Duracell Gold Star battery for her car. Got a tow from Urena Towing - also recommended! - and everything was taken care of very promptly. This is the second time that I've had that particular battery installed by them, different location for the first one, and I've been very happy with that model and quite happy with the installation service both times and will probably continue using them for my car batteries. I've used them before for computer UPS batteries and other miscellaneous needs and they've always come through for me.

I've religiously completed the required checks every 6 months with my paperwork in hand. My last check was in in VA in March...we moved in June and I put the paperwork in a very safe place! Unfortunately, I couldn't find the safe place I stashed the paperwork when I needed to complete my ring check yesterday. I went anyway hoping they could find the information. Well, it took about an hour of searching for the address or phone number used 18 years ago for initial purchase and 13 years ago on the solitaire upgrade. But the wonderful gentlemen kept trying and we finally found it! I greatly appreciated his efforts and now have the numbers stored in my phone!! THANK YOU!!!!

Awful customer service. My husband and I took my wedding rings to be resized and we were told that…read moremy rings would be ready in three weeks. Three weeks later I received a call from an associate giving me an estimate for the resize of the rings. I was somewhat lost because when I dropped off the rings I was not only given the estimate I was also given a receipt. When I explained to the associate that I was just waiting for my rings to be picked up and I already had the estimate he told me that he would call me back. The following day my husband and I went to check on the status taking the receipt with us. The associate informed us that the rings were being shipped back to the store without them being resized because we didn't okay the estimate. I am not only disappointed but they provide horrible customer service. Definitely do not recommend this business.

Way way better than the store at the Mesilla valley mall…read more I am not a huge gamer but I do play a few dozen or so. I have tons of gamer friends and family so I often find myself in the game stores. We went to the mall store and I'll post that review later but then we decided to try this branch since the mall didn't have what we wanted. The parking lot leaves much to be desired but the store is always worth the hassle. The store is impressively clean for a place covered in animated cartoon ninjas and game lovers. I love the customer service people who believe it or not are very helpful. Probley one of my favorite retail representatives ever. Good job. The store is organized, clean and full of helpful people with easy to find prices and items. We were able to get the item we wanted plus a bunch more stuff which was not even an option at the mall store. Good job guys. Thumbs way up

They said their policy had changed and they only will do returns up to 7 days. This is what their policy is for used games, but new games are able to be returned to 30 days. We tried to explain this to them and they refused to listen. We showed them the receipt that showed we had 30 days to return with their policy on this, and they still refused. We got the manager there, and she was also saying they would not return anything after 7 days. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! THEY DON'T FOLLOW THEIR CORPORATE POLICIES ON GAME RETURNS. I'm not sure if all 3 employees were having a bad day or that it was less than 30 minutes from when the store closed and they audited the registers and didn't want to have to do extra paperwork on a return, but either way they were rude and would not abide by the company policy. We were going to buy a PC game there, but decided to purchase it at Best Buy across the street instead because of this.
