We went in to switch carriers. They were a little busy but they were quick to help. I'm all set up and happy with the service we received.

I don't know how far these reviews go in evaluating employee performance and raises; but I will say that all three team members at this location are fkn all-stars. I got help from Justin and Christine, with Justin being the main person helping me. He was patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I needed a port pin for an inactive line and Justin immediately made me regret cancelling my service with T-Mobile. I do plan on coming back and it is specifically for the level of help he provided, his patience with the matter and the fact that he made sure I didn't leave the store without ensuring I was taken care of. You guys are all bad asses! Justin, you don't know how much your help meant to me. Sometimes it's little things like the service you provided that make the world of difference to someone. As someone that worked retail and sales in the past, I know how difficult some days may be on your end. But I cannot express how appreciative I am for what you did for me today especially given the fact that I came in to your store late. If there's anything that T-Mobile as whole could do to recognize Justin (aside from a congratulatory email lol; do something big for this guy, he deserves it) , please do so. He's an absolute fkn asset to have. He is the reason why myself and others would keep coming back to this location and maintaining T-Mobile services active. If I could give no stars I would. I have been fighting with T-Mobile for a promotion I had entered with them in Sept. I spoke with multiple reps including Shaniya, Pam, Sharice, Katelyn who provided post paid cell return labels, Marion web support, Cindy R and Houley all to try and get my acct corrected. Each rep and supervisor has guaranteed my acct will be corrected. I have been paying monthly on a phone that should have been credited. each call was over an hr long and sometimes over 2 hrs. Still as of today my acct has not been fixed and now I'm being told that I have to wait until February to see any corrections made to my bill. If you haven't ever went through a T-Mobile rep via phone call it is a nightmare don't do it!! The reps in store I'm sure are probably more helpful but once you go through a phone rep it is out of the stores hands. read more

She took ownership of the entire experience from beginning to end, helping when things got frustrating with my previous carrier. 10/10 would not recommend. Customer service is literal garbage. Sorry excuse for a T-mobile store. Never have been impressed with this store, but unfortunately this is the only store who is a equipped to assist Sprint customers, was advised by the "lovely" Telshor store rep that the other T-mobile store on valley kept messing up accounts and that is why they are the only store who has access. To me, seems like a lot of opportunity for training, talking points, and effective communication. Do better T-mobile, you can. read more

This one star review is not based in any way on the service I have received at this location - to the contrary, their staff has been very helpful with what they are empowered to do. Before writing this off as slamming a company unduly, take note of the relative dearth of poor reviews I have written - I prefer to compliment folks for a job well done whenver possible. This one star review is due to the noticeable drop in service quality when my wife and I moved from Portland, OR to Las Cruces. Since moving here, we have had many times where we send each other texts that never arrive, despite delivery confrmation being sent to my blackberry even! Many times I have called my wife to either get a busy or broken signal, get a " caller is out of service area" message or go straight to voicemail when she's not on the phone - even twice had the message "this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service". We are on the same family plan, and she was in an area where we normally get service!!! Other locals I have talked with have had similar complaints. If this weren't so frustratingly frequent, or if they would let us out of our contract due to the poor quality service I would not complain, and I would retract this review and my complaint to the NM Attorney General. That should indicate unhappy I am with their service here, but honestly, the folks I talk with at the store or over the phone are usually concerned and empathize, but never empowered to fix the issue. My most recent call led me to be told they are going to check their local towers to see if any are misaligned - due before Christmas 2009 for you LC locals. Hopefully this improves things for us. The folks at this location have tried valiantly to help us fix this, including giving us new SIM cards, but to no avail. In Portland, a much bigger and surely more lucrative market for T-Mobile, our service was stellar - no complaints. I seriously think our service is reflective of corporate priorities - do the best for those giving you the most money. That logic would mean that this is a relatively small market, so we are served accordingly. Who knows, maybe I am wrong, but it's how I feel as a consumer. Maybe we were spoiled in Portland. Maybe we expect too much - to get what we pay for. I can't wait till August 2010 when our contract ends - unless they see fit to let us out of our contract without a penalty fee beforehand. read more

Their 5G is a scam, they took my trade in phone and sent it off the next day (even though I called and immediately told them I was having problems with their service don't send my phone off yet I can't promise I'll keep the service) and did not honor their trade in policy for a $280 prepaid Visa. I live on the map with "5G" coverage and my average speed was 28KBS that's not even dialup speeds. Their technical support didn't know what he was doing saying he had to adjust the towers I was using that dropped all internet and then text me a link to follow? Really? I had to return the phone, argue about the restock fee, out my trade in phone because "they can't track it", go back to Verizon with no phone and buy one completely new after paying off the balance of my phone T-mobile took, then T-mobile still sent me a bill for $29, I called again talked to a manager where they said they would fix the bill, then a week later the bill was drafted out of my account. Their 5G is a scam, they for lack of a better word stole my trade in phone, did not honor their trade-in policy, then billed me, over 6 cumulative hours with customer service and managers on the phone all to only have their service for 36hours. What was supposed to be a nice Christmas present for myself turned into a nightmare. read more

This is getting stupid. Every agent/idiot we spoke to don't understand or know how to resolve our problem. The simplistic process became so cumbersome. All they had to do was transfer our number over from a different carrier and that wasn't even done correctly. Incompetent!!! read more

Called in for some help with my phone and was told that I would be completely liable if my note 7 was to explode. I just wanted more information on what would happen and the procedures since I did not want to get a phone I did not want but she kept insisting rather rudely that if i don't switch to a different phone any damages would be on me. Didn't let me talk at all and pretty much talked to me in a rude tone. I went to the other t-mobile for help and they were AMAZING ! I don't recommend this one, go the Walton location instead, they are all friendly and helped me immediately. read more
