They wanted us to call on our T-Mobile phone, which we never had one. After a couple of hours we finally talked to someone to cancel our plan. They took two of my days off work hours of time on the phone almost 8 hours of back and forth phone conversations, and each time it would be someone different that you would speak with, so you would have to go into your reason for calling each time because they couldn't take adequate notes for the next person. This is a company that does not have their stuff together. Always offering a deal trying to keep you happy that they don't follow through with after a total of 8 years with this company our family severed ties we got to the point where we could not trust them. Without trust you can't do business. Customer service 611 has no business being in business. Do you yourself a favor and save yourself a hardship and headache. Our days off work are valuable and they don't seem to care about that. One said to me we all have to work.
