I've stopped by this store several times over the past few months for a mix of reasons, and it's usually a solid experience with helpful employees and a clean, well-stocked store. Today was a very different experience. I was greeted by a woman with long dark hair, and she was the complete opposite of what I've come to expect here. My Razr phone overheated on the charger and the screen died. I had already placed a warranty exchange over the phone, but when I came in today I was told the model was backordered. Since that was the case, I figured I'd look into upgrading instead. She refused to even check. Even after I explained that I was already told an upgrade was possible, she insisted the only option was to buy a new phone, add a new line, and continue paying on the broken one. This turned out to be completely untrue. We left and called customer care, and they were able to process the upgrade and fix everything in just a few minutes. My advice is this: the store is usually great, but if you end up with the woman with long, straight dark hair, ask for someone else. My tolerance for confidently delivered misinformation is low, and today was a prime example of why. read more

This Store has Went above and beyond to ensure everything is correct and working as a "Well oiled Machine." Even correcting a $405.00 Over payment made over the span of Three months due to our Bill being Incorrect. (It was a system error, not a human mistake) The Staff are welcoming and appreciative of their customers. They work Efficiently to get the job done in a timely manor. And listen to the customers cares and concerns! We worked With Shunny Clay, and Another dude. Although I Can't remember his name... (He was From Colorado) We also like having Conversations with David!! He's Personable and it just so happens that My Husband and I speak Russian, David if you're Reading this: , ! ! My Husband and I came here to buy New Phones because his Charging Port "hit the bed". And I was finally ready to Upgrade from a Flip phone. He wanted the Brand New Phone because we run a Locksmith Business. So the newest phone was the best option! I didn't know what kind of a phone I wanted. Just a pink one! Didn't care about the price, year or Deal, just wanted a Pretty Pink Phone! He was able to keep his phone number, (which he was happy about) and we were also able to add my Tablet to T-Mobile! The process was seamless to port my Husbands phone number over and it was all handled by Shunny! We were there for about 2 hours for the entire process. We then halfway decided, after reading the TVs that promote products, To Get a Modem for Internet! So now we have Internet for Our Home, Two Brand new iPhones and the Tablet Line Free! All for an amazing Monthly Payment of Around $250!! We are Loving the deals and we are so very Grateful to be helped by kind people, and Get in on these Savings. The employees here have treated me rudely and do not seem very knowledgeable or very happy with their jobs. Sad when I've been such a good customer and they have so much of my $! I'm never late on payments and we keep our phones updated as newer phones are available. I will be looking for a new carrier. read more

BEWARE! UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE! Metro by T-Mobile Clinton,TN My phone from T-Mobile didn't work properly from day one. I only received about half of my text messages and pictures sent by friends and family. I contacted the store and was told that this was normal for new phones and to give it some more time. Days later I realized that I was still missing texts and pictures and I couldn't FaceTime with several family members. I took the phone back and the lady at the counter was clueless. She called someone and was told that my phone just needed to be refreshed. She refreshed my phone and pronounced it fixed. It was not. When I got home I asked my daughter to send me a picture. No luck. I asked her to send me a text. No luck. We tried to FaceTime. No luck. I went back and was told that this happens a lot because the files were too big. I asked friends and family to send only one picture at a time. They still didn't arrive. Finally my screen went completely blank. When I took the phone back and asked for a replacement I was told that this was not possible but luckily I had purchased insurance but I would have to pay a deductible. I thought this was unfair but filed a claim. It took 1 second to receive a reply from Assurant, the company T-MOBILE uses for insurance purposes, DENIED! Mechanical issues are not covered! read more

We switch to T-mobile almost two years ago and have had nothing but problems with their service. Constant signal dropping, rude/lying customer service and bill changes. Today however, was the last bit of leniency I am willing to give them. I am ill and my mother who is the only authorized user is currently not able to go anywhere as she is a caregiver for an immunocompromised family member. My husband decided to stop by the store and buy the flip phone they have. He was promptly told that they could not sell it to him and my mother would have to come in with her ID and when he pointed out that he did not wish to add it to an account and the phone was locked to T-mobile service, he was still denied service. I simply wanted to buy the phone outright and place my current sim card into it. That's it. The manager was quite rude to my husband and in the end, we have decided that as of the end of our contract in September, we will be cancelling our service and will not return to any business associated with T-mobile. I am highly disappointed with their business practices and lack of flexibility during a pandemic. read more
