Turns out they were charging us the whole time. My husband called to cancel the service. We had a hard time getting someone to talk to. They wanted us to call on our T-Mobile phone, which we never had one. After a couple of hours we finally talked to someone to cancel our plan. Now, we got a bill and again, can't seem to get a hold of anyone. We will never recommend or use this company again.

Never replaced it because you guys wanted to charge me to even send it off. Still have same melted phone. Tried to upgrade and was told $400 down to upgrade?! I swear, contract WILL NOT be renewed. They took two of my days off work hours of time on the phone almost 8 hours of back and forth phone conversations, and each time it would be someone different that you would speak with, so you would have to go into your reason for calling each time because they couldn't take adequate notes for the next person. This is a company that does not have their stuff together. I also mentioned that I was switching to xfinity mobile and was told to go to the store and both of those issues could be resolved. I showed up and explained to the rep that I needed my old number back and he was very short and rude. I then explained I had called in and was told to come here to change my sim card over. They rep told me he couldn't do it. I asked if he personally couldn't or the store couldn't and he said "I'm not working on their service, you can go down the road.". The entire interaction was short, rude, and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another phone company.
