    The location is great. It's right off the freeway and near a ton of other dealerships and restaurants. Parking is plentiful and should not be an issue. For starters, the footprint of Crevier BMW is massive. They have like two separate buildings and an absolutely massive inventory. You will definitely find a car that tickles your fancy and for a solid price. Jason and Santiago helped me out on my new I4 and I could not be happier with my purchase. They were very helpful, informative, patient, and friendly. The I4 ha such a smooth ride and looks amazing. Their certified pre-owned selection I had very competitive prices. The range on the EV BMWs is pretty good! Normally, dealerships have a negative stigma of being predatory but I truly believe that Jason and Santiago did the best that they could to assist me during this whole process. They even offered me some food while I was waiting! I was out of here in about 3 hours. I have no complaints whatsoever about this dealer. A big shoutout to the crew here at Crevier BMW. Bottom Line/TLDR: a fantastic dealership.

    ZERO ZERO ZERO stars for the service departments love BMWs but the technical staff is clueless. Brought my car in 2 weeks ago for maintenance, when I picked up it too two tries to start I had them check the battery and they said is fine. Two weeks later I am back, the advisor is on vacation then he is not. They can't even keep track of their staff. The desk clerk for loaner cars is asking me about insurance info which they get every time when I come in. Love the BMWs but not the maintenance department

    I purchased my new BMW last year, and feel like I should write an update about the great service I have received on three different occasions. The first visit was for a bad case of curb rash on one of my wheels. Luckily I purchased a comprehensive wheel and tire warranty with the car. They remove the wheel and send it to a local third party who does the repair. My car was ready the next day, and the wheel looks brand new with zero signs of any damage. They gave me a very nice loaner car for the day that my car was there overnight. The second visit was for my annual oil and filter change, which is covered under their Ultimate Care plan. In addition to the oil change, they also do a multi-point inspection. They also honored my special request for a small sample of the old oil since I send it to a lab for chemical analysis. The third visit was for a nail in one of my tires. As part of my wheel and tire warranty, they always replace the tire (a $300 tire in this case), even if it is repairable. Even though they said it would only take 60 to 90 minutes for the repair, they still offered me a loaner car in case I wanted to go somewhere. For the two visits when the work was done at Crevier, I was very impressed that after the work was completed, I received a video from the technician that worked on the car. They do a full walk around the car while it is up on the lift describing everything that was done. This is a great extra touch that I've never had with any other dealership. On all three occasions, Hector has greeted me when I pulled into the service driveway. He is always very friendly, professional, and you can tell he will go the extra mile for anything you might need. Mark is always my go-to service advisor. He is also always very friendly, professional, and takes great care of my needs. Hopefully I won't need service often, but I would expect that I will continue to receive top notch service from Crevier.

    I've been looking at different places and dealerships for a long time because I was planning to change my car, and I always dreamed of getting my perfect BMW. When I walked into BMW Crevier, I had the chance to meet John -- and he was honestly one of the best salespeople I've ever met. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly took the time to help me find the car that was the right fit for me. He even stayed late into the evening to make sure I drove home in the exact car I wanted. He also helped me with trading in my old car, which made the whole process so much easier.     We've purchased multiple vehicles from Faraz Louie at Crevier BMW, and he's by far the best client advisor we've ever worked with.     Just picked up my individual M5 Touring from Jeffrey Zheng and the entire experience was fantastic. From ordering the car in October 2025 to picking it up yesterday on April 21, 2026, Jeffrey constantly stayed in touch with me and gave me material updates on the status of the car. From production to getting to the Port in Germany to shipping to arrival at the VPC and then arrival at the dealership. He is unbelievably courteous and helpful. I could not ask for a better point of contact in getting a car. All my instructions were meticulously followed, ie, not having any plastic taken off the car to nobody washing or detailing it. I have not been disappointed by any Penske car leasing experience, and this was no exception.

    Crevier BMW experience was fantastic when bringing my parents in to look at used cars. He was straight-forward, respectful of our time, & very patient. He also has continued to make himself available if there should be anything my parents need going forward which is greatly appreciated. I wish that my 2014 Sonata was not burning so much oil. It has only 152000 miles. We have owned many sedans with higher milage that did not burn oil. Apparently, Hyundai has a lifetime engine warranty, but it does not kick in if the engine burns oil. It only kicks in if the engine rattles or seizes!

I submitted my credit application and simply wanted him to build out a deal structure so I could review, sign, and move forward efficiently. Instead of actually doing that, he sent me screenshots of my credit union's approval tiers... which completely misses the point. I didn't need someone to read me what I already had--I needed him to do his job and shop for competitive rates. When I explained that there's a standard window to shop rates without impacting credit, he pushed back and called it "shotgunning," saying that's only for subprime lending. That's just incorrect. I've worked at a dealership myself and was a top sales performer--I know how this process works, and I have excellent credit. I also clearly communicated my expectations on trade-in value and deal structure. I essentially handed him a ready-to-go deal, and he still couldn't execute. At that point, it felt less like a lack of effort and more like a lack of capability. He's calls himself an Internet Sales Manager, but based on the website he's just a sales associate, it doesn't seem like he has the authority or knowledge to actually structure deals. If that's the case, he should be working with a desk manager instead of stalling the process. Overall, it felt like the only goal was to get me physically into the dealership rather than actually moving the deal forward in a meaningful way. That's a low-level approach and not what I expected. Management should take a closer look here and invest in better training. This could have been a quick and easy deal, but it was mishandled.

While the paperwork indicated that the service could take until the end of the day, I was verbally informed by the associate that it would take approximately 3-4 hours. This inconsistency in communication created unclear expectations and caused inconvenience when the service ultimately took 8 hours to complete. Upon checkout, I was presented with a bill totaling $281. This included $195 for the diagnostic and additional charges for an A/C (Freon) service. I was neither informed of nor did I authorize any work on my A/C system. When I raised this concern, I was told that because I did not respond to a text message, they proceeded with the service without my explicit consent. Only after I questioned the charge was it removed, and I was told I had received the Freon "for free." Unfortunately, this was communicated in a condescending manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unauthorized services, unexpected charges, inconsistent communication, extended service times, and dismissive customer interactions are unacceptable. I expect transparency, explicit consent before any additional work is performed, and respectful treatment as a customer. Last time I'm coming here. I'll drive farther for better service.

We came in around 9 AM just to look at vehicles, but Cole had already spent over a week helping us search for the perfect Bronco and even arranged a transfer from another dealership. Unfortunately, after we had established a deal, that vehicle sold, but Tyler (a Sales Manager) immediately stepped in and spent the day finding us an exact replacement. Cole personally drove almost 2 hours to bring the replacement Bronco down for us, had it fully detailed, and made sure the gas tank was filled before we took it home. Roberto (a Finance Manager) was also amazing and took the time to thoroughly explain warranties, packages, and all the numbers so we fully understood everything, even after hours.  As two women shopping for a car, we really appreciated how comfortable and taken care of we felt throughout the process. We were there from 9 AM until almost 10:30 PM, but it was completely worth it because we drove away in our dream car. Huge shoutout to Cole, Tyler, and Roberto for going above and beyond. We will definitely be back for maintenance and future vehicle needs.

I asked her to connect me with "service". She said she couldn't do that because they don't take incoming calls but she could connect with their "system". I was absolutely furious by this time. I have bought 6 trucks from Autonation Ford! And now I can't even call the dealership? This "robot" system must be new because I have never gone through this nonsense before. And I never will again. They lost a customer!!! A dealership that doesn't take incoming calls????? REALLY????? I hung up and had no way to find out if my vehicle was ready! On top of that, I had no way to get to the dealership! They were supposed to contact me and arrange a "lyft" for me! The situation got worse and worse and this review is too long already so I won't go into the horrendous details. Despite that, I came out to my car washed. For the past two years, I have always washed my car by hand in a very specific manner. It's never been washed by anyone asides from me. Today I see streaks on the black trim from them washing my car despite me explicitly saying I did not want a wash. Also the vinyl I installed got messed up from their wash. Now I need to reinstall it properly using heat and tweezers and I need to polish the black trim to account for the new scratches from their microfiber cloth. I came here for a simple oil change to have one less thing to worry about but instead left with an additional inconvenience. Three stars because I recognize this is an isolated incident, please improve on the communication. If somebody does not want a car wash, DO NOT wash their car.
