I think what kind of set our decision to probably not return is the fact that a table near us had asked the server something (we aren't exactly sure what) and she took their dish back and then proceeded to talk crap about them in the server/kitchen area. My husband said the table didn't hear her but I don't know how they didn't as she was talking very loudly about how "my tables are so annoying today! The things people ask for are crazy" (etc) and it made me really uncomfortable. I used to be a server and can understand frustrations with customers but it was unprofessional to talk crap about them when other customers can hear.

I don't remember her name, but she was extremely knowledgeable about all the cocktails -- and there are many. It's one thing to memorize the ingredients, but quite another to understand flavor, profiles, textures, substitutions, etc. she really knows her stuff and was great at making recommendations. We tried a number of different cocktails, including the Headhunter, Xanadu, London press, lemon ginger NA, and poco loco. Personally, I had the headhunter and Poco Loco. The headhunter was yummy, but not special enough to order again. The Poco Loco, however, was unique and delicious with the habanero infusion so present and the foamy top giving it a melt in your mouth texture.
