The owner and management company of Cresta Mobile Park ignore our safety and health. They also violate building codes. They don't care about the senior citizens who live here.
To begin with, there is NO security system here. Even the police who are called here constantly, have told the management that security is needed here, especially since this park is located on a main street, 190th Street. The homeless and drug dealers are all over this park.
Next, the management of this park also ignors our health.
For example, #45 has been reported to the city for hoarding by me, not the management who does nothing to alleviate this situation. This case is now with the city prosecutor. Cockroches are all over this park because the management does nothing about the dirty hoarders who live here.
Finally, it's very clear that Cresta Mobile Park only cares about making money. Their focus is only on selling their new homes for maximum prices , with ONLY ONE real-estate agent allowed to sell homes here. She hides the problems from those she sells homes to here.
The park management violates many building codes. They do work without building permits. Again, I reported them to the city who fined them for violating building codes.
In conclusion, my recommendation is that the owners of this park need to fire the management company and hire someone who cares. read more
