The door must be "Free Swining Outward and nothing can be attached.

They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

They complain about organized toys etc. being in sight, when it doesn't even cause any hazard. They harass tenants like making it hard to pay rent and use the word eviction a lot (more than 10 neighbors I spoke with all agree on this and might possibly sue). The place is infested by roaches, raccoons, possums and coyotes, it that has gotten so bad many homes have roaches now. They shut water off at times with no notice. They recently had a break in and didn't inform the tenants that the break in also caused a data breach with sensitive information nor any follow up paper. For the price they charge it is not worth it. This is not a place to live long term and have a family. Glad I moved out but my grand mother still lives here and she stated neighbors around say nothings changed but new management and meaner attitudes.
