It was a community that children should have because we were all with each other even though we didn't hang around with each other. We were all just outside, having fun. And for holidays, it would be nice. In December, they would have Santa and the Elves come on a train in the front of the Mobile Home Park and they would each give us apples and candy canes. I was already warned that the manager was quite difficult to deal with.. Well I took my daughter and my son in law so that they can help me with translation and to ask questions.. Well rite of the bat this RUDE Guy Rick told me that he had nothing to talk to them about because they were not going to live on property he only needed to deal with me because I was the one interested in buying the mobile home.. I told him well my english is not good .. He said no problem I speak English, Chinese, Spanish etc...anyways after seeing mobile home he told us that they had invested alot of money to fix it and that it still needed plumbing to be fixed but they didn't want to put no more money that is why he was selling it cheap (by the way I didn't like the mobile home) after we went to his office and he gave a bunch of papers that he wanted me to fill out and sign. He proceeded to tell me that there requirements are that you earn $2000 a month and they have run my credit etc..He told me oh you can't afford it because I don't make that $$ well anyways he doesn't know what I can afford or not..Anyways as he is giving me the forms by Son in law starts asking questions on utilities, rent. How about we want to eventually move the mobile home.. things that u ask when u are moving/purchasing .This Rick (A**hole) was so rude an pushy it was un real.. He basically didn't like my Son in law asking him questions and said I don't want to deal with him any more..PLEASE BEWARE of this park I don't care how cheap the rent is I would not like to leave there and deal with a man like that..Needless to say I will not be returning on Tuesday to turn in the paperwork he so insisted for me to sign..

We have a construction 24/7 and the manager is not doing anything!! Even at night they do it and we hear screaming and kids in the middle of the night and no one is doing anything about it. Our manager hasn't cared about our reports and when we have a complaint he ignores them. I've never seen our new manager but I can already tell he is horrible. Our old manager had made us live without wifi for some months and when I got a wifi guy to fix my wifi and he barged in saying we can't and that we would have to get someone else to fix it. It was a horrible experience and me and my kids really wanted our wifi to do important stuff because they did not have school computers and they only had their ipads which can only be used if our wifi is on. Obviously some of the reviewers here HAVE NOT lived in this community longer than Lois has been the…read moremanager. Therefore, they write from lack of knowledge! I have been in this park for more than 11 years. I've SEEN the changes. I've seen the houses go up for sale, multiples on the same streets around the same times. I've seen the houses being raided. I've watched the K9s sniff for drugs. I've seen the bullets hit homes and police pick up shell casings. I've called and reported crimes to the office myself in which they had no clue about. It is also FALSE to say guest parking is on every street. Apparently, some residents have not driven around their own community! As stated before, rent is about to increase again. Still, not ONE suggested upgrade or change for the better has occurred since my last post. In fact, residents are now driving over an area of dirt road that was drilled and worked on several weeks ago. How long does it take the city to re-tar A street? And who gives a crap about swapmeets, bake sales, and homeowners meetings? Residents aren't even able to reserve the community room for events such as birthday parties, etc. That is a perfect example of not trusting your residents and not allowing families to make use of what space rental SHOULD be paying for. With that said, attending homeowners meetings hasn't prevented the annual increase of space rental, hasn't updated pool tables, hasn't fixed the jacuzzi, hasn't updated the exercise equipment, etc. So newbies, please do your homework and know facts before you post. Ask people who lived here before Lois' management that can vouch for the lack of progress and inconsistencies. Better yet, ask the residents who live on the same street as Lois, what their opinion is of her. Lol!! If it wasn't for the upside down real estate market, I would've been gone years ago. Unfortunately, I have to bear with the nonsense a little longer. I would no longer recommended this neighborhood to anyone!
