**Review for Les Frames and Clint Lau**
Outstanding, professional service since 1990! That's 35 years and counting, and I truly don't know what we would do without Clint Lau and the Les Frames team.
Clint has been with us since we purchased the park, helping us navigate countless challenges: from inception and incorporation to understanding complex rules, regulations, accounting, rent issues, and various management dilemmas. I find it hard to comprehend the negative experiences outlined in other reviews; my experience has always been that Clint works diligently with our community to resolve issues with professionalism and minimal negativity. While not every situation yields a 'winner,' our community consistently benefits as a whole.
During our extensive journey of rebuilding our infrastructure, which took nearly a decade of meticulous planning and coordination, Clint's guidance was invaluable. He helped our Board members liaise with experts and agencies, making a complex process manageable. His referral of our contractor, Monty, turned out to be another great partnership, with Monty providing clear, expert advice throughout every phase of the project.
Thanks to Clint's wise direction and caring approach, our community has flourished into a model resident-owned community. The accounting services provided by him and staff member Donna have consistently resulted in spotless yearly audits. They have made themselves available for training sessions, ensuring that all Board members understood our financial operations and could fulfill their duties responsibly. Delmy, another team member, has also provided exceptional support whenever we've needed assistance.
We've had a few managers since 1990, but they often retired after many years of dedication. One notable team, Manny and Joanne, worked tirelessly alongside Les Frames to transform our community into a resident-owned space, accomplishing remarkable feats, including securing a zero-percent interest loan for the park purchase! This was largely thanks to the support of Clint and his team.
Clint remains calm, composed, and dedicated, attending every Board meeting despite managing 60 communities. In my 20 years as a resident, I cannot recall a single meeting that he has missed, which speaks volumes about his commitment. He even generously contributes to community events, demonstrating his genuine care for our residents.
Despite the occasional disagreements we might have had, Clint has always maintained a level of respect that makes collaboration possible. I can't fathom what we would do without him. The one-star reviews perplex me--I question their legitimacy. Over 35 years, our community has undergone significant changes, and through it all, Clint has been a steadfast supporter, always with a smile.
In summary, Clint and his team at Les Frames are truly the best I've encountered. And as someone who may not be the easiest person to get along with, I've found my experiences overwhelmingly positive. Thank you, Clint, for everything you do for us! read more
