Very slow when you complain or maintenance repair, vendors are not willing to cooperate with your time or convenience, i have to monitor every single request due to will noted completed, rent is too high for one bedroom, busy street N Lakewood Blvd. No issue before from previous property management, tenants are responsible to pay service for trash, check your utility bills..place is not well isolated. You could hear everything inside your unit, specially the speeding cars. Very HOT during summer time you need 2 AC to feel comfortable, one in the bedroom and one in living room, Not enough HOT water pressure at the laundry room, will ruined your clothes. Called SCE stated its pipe is pour, Been renting for a year and it's been a nightmare,. They will charge you arm and leg when you moved out, you will end up nothing to get to refund your deposit, they will charged you minor scratches on baseboard..discoloration of paint..Never late on rent. There were dirty walls, holes in the walls, hair in the bathtub, and even food left in the fridge. One closet smelled strongly like cat urine. I reported all of this right away and was basically told to just leave it in the same condition when we moved out. They did nothing to fix the issues. Fast forward to move out, and now the owner is trying to charge us $1,350 for cleaning and painting, even though the place was not clean or freshly painted when we moved in and the wall issues were already there. What's worse is Real Property Management has not been helpful in resolving it and won't provide the owner's contact information, saying they're selling the house. That doesn't help tenants trying to dispute charges fairly. They also charge a $41 monthly fee for air filters that they only send you after you file a maintenance claim for. The only bright spot is Kelly on the phone, who has been kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, everyone else I dealt with was not helpful and made everything feel like a hassle. Maintenance was also a headache. Our built in microwave didn't work when we moved in and they initially refused to fix it. I said I wasn't going to be responsible for it and would choose the cheapest replacement myself, and suddenly they were able to send someone out quickly. That kind of back and forth is not professional. To top it off, the owner was supposed to remove a bed before we moved in and never did. We ended up having to disassemble and remove it ourselves. This was a hassle during moving day. We lived there over two years and it was constant problems. I would NEVER rent through them again.

Their agent Jackie Deaver, came to our house and promised how she was going to help us as long as we cooperated with the buyer. We were as anxious as they were to complete the deal. Unfortunately the promises Jackie made to us were a hollow gesture. Her words, paraphrasing, "I've worked in Seal Beach for twenty years and anyone will tell you that I'm a straight shooter", was not exactly accurate. What she told us, "you'll just have to trust me", was that the buyer was willing to purchase tile and bathroom supplies, all new, for the remodel that we were never able to complete. Since we were doing a short sale, we were coming out with nothing. The purchase of goods was the only bright spot we looked forward to. When the time came and the deal was about to close, she told us the purchase was no longer being honored by the buyer and she was simply a go between so it wasn't her fault. Imagine our surprise after her sincere proclamation. She is not a "straight shooter" and had no business making the promises that she did. Going through this sale was one of the most difficult periods in my lifetime and Star Realty and Jackie Deaver made it just that much harder.

From the day I moved into my unit at 3601 E Vermont St. in Long Beach, it has been one issue after another, all met with negligence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for tenant well-being. * Roach Infestation: Within weeks of moving in, roaches spread into every corner of our home--including our bed and personal belongings. Despite repeated notices, management delayed any real action. I was forced to spend my own money on extermination while still living in constant infestation. Their contracted pest control showed up late and ineffectively, leaving us stuck in unlivable conditions. * Water Leaks & Damage: A major ceiling leak directly above our bed caused water to drip into our living space, creating unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Instead of urgent repairs, we got excuses and empty promises. We were left to deal with the damage, risk of mold, and the financial burden of paying for hotels when the apartment became uninhabitable. * Uninhabitable Living Conditions: My girlfriend and I were forced to sleep in our car at one point because the roaches had invaded our bed. On another night, we had to pay out of pocket for a hotel due to the ceiling leak. No tenant should be forced into homelessness because of management's neglect. * Dishonesty & Gaslighting: When pressed, management falsely claimed vendors had reached out to me. I received no calls, texts, or emails. They tried to shift blame onto me rather than acknowledging their failures. Even when I raised concerns respectfully, I was met with dismissiveness and accusations of being "difficult," despite having documented proof of their negligence. * Financial & Emotional Toll: Beyond the rent, I've spent hundreds of dollars on extermination, temporary shelter, and lost time dealing with issues that should have been handled promptly. The stress and disruption to our lives have been immense. No one rents an apartment expecting to be forced into unsafe, unhealthy, and unstable living situations. Entourage PM has shown zero accountability and zero care for their tenants. They are more concerned with collecting rent than providing habitable living conditions. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, stay far away from Entourage Property Management. They are negligent, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. My only regret is trusting them in the first place.

Management ignored repeated complaints, forcing us to pay out of pocket for extermination and even sleep in our car at one point to avoid the infestation. * Water damage & leaks: An active leak above our bed caused water damage and created an unsafe, unlivable environment. No proper remediation was ever scheduled, even after photos and documentation were provided. * Negligence & dishonesty: Maintenance rarely responded, and when they did, management claimed vendors had reached out when no such calls, emails, or texts were ever received. Requests for proof of this so-called outreach were ignored. * Mental strain & displacement: These unresolved issues caused severe stress for both me and my partner. We had to pay for hotels at times, and ultimately I've had no choice but to seek a lease buyout just to escape the conditions. Entourage PM's neglect of even the most basic landlord responsibilities -- secure mail delivery, pest control, water damage repair -- shows a complete disregard for tenants' well-being. If you value your health, safety, or peace of mind, avoid renting any property managed by Entourage PM.
