    Had a leak in my roof back when there was multiple days of rain. Water was getting into a corner of…read moremy house because it needed to be resealed. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

    TLDR: great job- highly recommend…read more We had some pretty advanced water damage in multiple spots in our house, and had had work done by a different company but the problem continued and we couldn't get the original company come back and fix it. We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.

    Obviously some of the reviewers here HAVE NOT lived in this community longer than Lois has been the…read moremanager. Therefore, they write from lack of knowledge! I have been in this park for more than 11 years. I've SEEN the changes. I've seen the houses go up for sale, multiples on the same streets around the same times. I've seen the houses being raided. I've watched the K9s sniff for drugs. I've seen the bullets hit homes and police pick up shell casings. I've called and reported crimes to the office myself in which they had no clue about. It is also FALSE to say guest parking is on every street. Apparently, some residents have not driven around their own community! As stated before, rent is about to increase again. Still, not ONE suggested upgrade or change for the better has occurred since my last post. In fact, residents are now driving over an area of dirt road that was drilled and worked on several weeks ago. How long does it take the city to re-tar A street? And who gives a crap about swapmeets, bake sales, and homeowners meetings? Residents aren't even able to reserve the community room for events such as birthday parties, etc. That is a perfect example of not trusting your residents and not allowing families to make use of what space rental SHOULD be paying for. With that said, attending homeowners meetings hasn't prevented the annual increase of space rental, hasn't updated pool tables, hasn't fixed the jacuzzi, hasn't updated the exercise equipment, etc. So newbies, please do your homework and know facts before you post. Ask people who lived here before Lois' management that can vouch for the lack of progress and inconsistencies. Better yet, ask the residents who live on the same street as Lois, what their opinion is of her. Lol!! If it wasn't for the upside down real estate market, I would've been gone years ago. Unfortunately, I have to bear with the nonsense a little longer. I would no longer recommended this neighborhood to anyone!

So far, no luck. That's the major disappointment that we have. Another thing is ant problem. No matter how much we clean our house and the outside, ants and spiders always find a way to get in. My son is the one who always get bitten. We tried spraying and ant bombs under the house, but still. Next: some drivers drive really fast or make a turn really fast. I think the management should put up more street signs and be strict about it. The safety of the residents should be the priority.

My family and I lived in this lot for over 15 years and my family paid…read morefor the mobile home in cash when we got it, but the owners of the lot increased the rent astronomically over a short period of time. It made it nearly impossible to move because the only way to move was to sell the mobile home and no one was willing to buy it because of the ridiculously high rent prices. We ended up selling the mobile home and using all of the money to move it to another lot where people could actually afford the rent. I know several other people in the lot ended up doing the same thing and there were several lawsuits: http://comocal.org/?p=11422 Recently I ran across some very affordably priced mobile homes while browsing through redfin. I laughed when I saw they were in the Royal Western Mobile Home park. The only reason why the homes are so cheap is because the rent is so dang high. Don't live here! You will end up losing money. You are better off renting an apartment for a fixed term or finding a mobile home park situation that is rent controlled.

When new mobile got put in, no one told me this was happening so when I saw that all my wall bricks to the side of my property were demolished without any conversation to put in new driveway, which now absolutely floods mine when it rains ( Because none cares about actual engineering plans here), I asked...what are you doing? Basically, they told me not to complain else I'd have to take down a "permitted fence" agreed by management and previous owners, signed documents and all. I had to pay to diminish my outdoor everything even though management had "permitted" this in writing. They placed new mobile neighbors way too near. I told management I could hear their telephone conversations, dryer...everything it was that near. Because of my complaints...I was threatened with eviction by a lady named Brittany, whom has never met me nor come to view the numerous problems I have spelled out to management over time. No. No visit. Just a threat of eviction. This lady, Brittany, picks and chooses whom she actually wants to speak to, threatens you and definitely does NOT have your back as a tennant even if you paid your rent on time for 3 years. In my opinion she is the worst person of the bunch. Absolutely awful. And now that I am no longer under "eviction" threat will continue to tell the world how absolutely awful J& H housing is ( the actual financial management of this company). The manager on site, was excellent, dealt with so many issues poor thing, I felt bad for her because upper management is awful! And if anyone has to endure the emotional capacities of Brittany...Good luck because she doesn't care one bit! Awful Upper management. too expensive for how it actually ruins your property. No bug spray ever....nothing. Just a cesse pool. No love or care here
