Fraud proving the maliciously gave me a state inspection that was not even my make of vehicle.

Not only is crest Infiniti deceptive, they are MALICIOUS! I think that service and parts departments were both being deceptive about the fact you didn't have the part in stock in order to get me to pay for the service instead of just telling me you don't have it and letting me attempt to get something aftermarket. It was clear that I knew what the problem was and had attempted to fix it myself (for context: I was sold a bad replacement part which prompted me to bring it to you thinking we were chasing an electric issue). FURTHERMORE, I think that if a vehicle comes in without AC in July, maybe a manager should approach the customer upon checkout to find why it's leaving without AC. I also would have purchased the brake fluid flush service if things had been more forthcoming but I was getting the feeling I was being jerked around so I definitely would have spent more money if there hadn't been deception about if the part was actually stocked or not. I did move forward with the oil change and crest did not tell me the head gasket valves were also leaking so that was BS to find out less than a month later after half the new oil I purchased was gone. I left clearly upset and the service manager said she would call me but never did. At the time crest told me they did me a favor by hooking me up with my state inspection for "free" but after waiting two hours at the tax assessors office today, I found out the inspection they gave me wasn't even for my make car - I feel they were messing with my time for not spending my hard earned money with them. This is absolutely egregious behavior from a dealership... to miss work, lose pay, and wait hours at the tax assessors office only to find out the dealership was just messing with me about the inspection because I would not agree to pay $3k in additional services while they waited to get a blower motor resistor shipped to them is so messed up. As the consumer, I have the RIGHT to decline services without being targeted by the dealership. What they did was so sneaky (they gave me a junk or fake inspection for a q50 when I drive a qx4) and this is just plain wrong to do to someone. It is also fraud to give me a different vehicles inspection. To find out they did this at the window of the tax assessor after waiting two hours there was overwhelming. Not only is crest Infiniti deceptive, they are MALICIOUS! Do NOT go here or trust these people.

Receipt of services that were "performed."

Took my 2019 Infiniti with 18k miles in for my last "free" oil change in December with Crest. I elected to go to Pit Stop Automotive in Garland today (04/24/2021) due to the owner being a Marine and I trust them. I was informed my oil change indicator was turned off and it did not appear my oil had been change in December as my receipt with Crest indicated. He said the oil was very black. This is my second Infiniti with Crest and since I've purchased this vehicle a year ago the customer service has drastically declined. Although the poor customer service I had no reason to believe the services on the vehicle had not really been performed until now. Last time I went in they advised my brake fluid was dirty and needed maintenance. The best advise I can give is to stay far far away from this dealership and their scandalous service department.

Kiu (the tech) called to give me a 15 minutes heads up (I hate it when people just show up at your door) and thoroughly explained his work because I was curious. I learned about the difference between American glass (mine) and Chinese glass for windshields, rain sensors (mine), glass made for car manufacturers like my Mazda versus the same glass just not Mazda branded that I was having installed in my windshield. He even checked to make sure I didn't get any of the rubber material on my shoes, replaced the stickers, and left it with a nice polish. I have a warranty, and even though they know I am leaving town, I have their number in case for some reason something wrong happens (which won't) when I am gone so that I can be taken care of. I was given instructions as well (keep tape on for 24 hours, don't wash for three days, careful on the bumps, no door slamming). Finally, as a parting comment regarding Mr. Onofre's review, I hope that eventually he encountered someone who explained to him that a convertible is a type of car, and yes, that is in fact enough information to know if you can help out especially if the company doesn't service glass for convertibles. No one knows anything about BMW's in the service or sales department. Unless you are willing to drop 10K on some repairs or you're under the factory warranty, they quote you crazy prices. My diesel locked out because of a DEF liquid malfunction when there was plenty of gas and liquid in the car. I had it towed to Sewell and the sales manager claimed that there's a chance that the car would never come out of lockdown mode without even doing the required diagnostic. Brock in service is completely incompetent in his communication. He's a typical young person that texts instead of calling when he needs to give bad news to a customer. He's way too over the top smiley and condescending when all he gives is bad news. He doesn't have a clue about BMW's or good customer service. Needless to say, I ended up taking my car elsewhere. This place is poorly managed, poorly staffed, and unless you're willing to just replace your car with a brand new one, you won't get help from anyone. BOO SEWELL!!

Honestly I'd give 3/5 stars, but I chose to be kind and give them 4 because I know how ratings can affect them and they did try to make things right. I purchased my GX550 at another dealership, however this is the closest Lexus service department to my home. Pulling up, this is one of the larger service departments I've been too. Beautiful dealership in all. They have three very spacious pull up lines in the service drive, lots of guys on drive going to each vehicle and assigning them to Service Advisors. I had a young man named Sal, he was very polite. I had made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 7:45 AM. I'm only at 5k miles and I'm aware they recommend 10k; but it's hot in Texas, it was the first oil change and I wanted it done. Wasn't worried about paying for it. When Sal asked what I was there for; I told him I needed the oil changed and the tire rotation. He said Lexus does the complimentary 10k oil change; I replied back with I know I don't mind paying for the oil change. Also told them not to run it through the wash since my car is ceramic coated. That's where I believe there was a miscommunication. He must've taken my response and just going with what he was telling me and I unfortunately thought he understood what I was telling him in wanting it changed at 5k. Now walking me towards the door to go inside (I've never been here before) I just turned back a little lost, then he asked is this your first time here; and I said yes. He did give a quick tour of the waiting area, restrooms and beverage area. He told me it shouldn't be more than an hour and a half and because they didn't have to run it through the car wash it might even be quicker. About an hour and 40 minutes pass and Sal comes to tell me my car is ready and to follow him to get checked out. Hands me my paperwork and goes over everything they did and said the tire rotation was done complimentary and when I come back at 10k they'll take care of my oil change. I was puzzled and said wait you didn't do the oil change. He goes back the Lexus verbiage of well Lexus recommends it done at 10k. I replied back with I realize that but I wanted it done at 5k regardless. I could tell he realized he messed up, he swiftly apologized and said he could get it done in 30 minutes to an hour. I had a planned out day preparing for my husband's birthday. So the wait was really inconvenient. I apologized too saying I'm sorry about the misunderstanding because I thought you knew I wanted the oil change. Inside I'm definitely annoyed but I go back and sit in the waiting area. Ten minutes maybe go by and he comes to me with a rental. He apologized and said I remembered you saying you had a busy day ahead and I just wanted to offer the rental so that you can still get the things you need done. I really appreciated the gesture; of course I was happy with that outcome. I asked how long it would be he said an hour tops; but I could come back anytime before 6. I only had a few errands in Plano so I wasn't going to be that long. He walked me out to the drive and to the car. Here's where I feel he should've asked if I was familiar with this model. Because I was not, the opening of the doors the shifter; was totally different from mine and honestly I did have issues with the shifter. I did figure it out, but I feel those are questions you should ask. I return about 2 hours later and find Sal. He gets me checked out and again apologizes. I told him it was fine, and then tells me to bring my paper to a desk outside by the drive. The young man there gets a porter to get my car, they pull it up. I ask where I can pull up to transfer all the things from my errands from the rental to my car. He just says in front of it is fine. I do it, bring back the keys and I leave. I didn't have a horrible experience, yes it wasn't a perfect one either. I understand mistakes happen and I wasn't even hung up on the fact that the oil change didn't get done; Sal I feel did a great job in making that right with the rental car. My issue is that the tire rotation almost took 2 hours without the oil change.... That's a long time. Plus being my first time there I just expected a different experience at Lexus vs all the other service departments I've been to. This will be my home service department for a while so I hope my next experience is better.

She immediately honed in on my sense of urgency and worked us into their already fully booked schedule. She informed us upfront that we would be waiting a while, which we were completely fine with. We were fortunate that my Mom and I just had lunch and the restaurant owners were so kind as to give us a boost out of the parking lot so we could actually get to the dealership. Grateful to them for getting us going and to everyone here in the Service Department that we were able to be accommodated. Our usual service tech (John Thomas) is currently on vacation so our ticket was initiated with James Key. We have met before so he recognized us upon our arrival. He was very clear and thorough, kept us informed throughout our visit, and identified three items that needed immediate attention - the timing belt, the dead battery, and brake fluid flush. They were able to complete two of the three items (due to a parts order for the timing belt) and returned for the installation this morning. I am glad the battery died on Wednesday since we are going out of the country for two weeks starting tomorrow. Every service technician that we have encountered over the years (been customers at the original David McDavid since 2001 and have an Acura MDX of the same year) has been professional and knowledgeable. James had the shuttle driver give us a ride home, called me when the vehicle was ready, and sent a text for a Lyft ride to our house to pick us up. Door-to-door service is convenient and worry-free. I forgot to get his name, but one of the gentleman there (who recommended a portable jumpstarter which we purchased online) showed us how exactly to use it by opening the hood and demonstrating it. I appreciated that, because I know there is a potential to seriously injure yourself if not done correctly. It is my sincere hope that John, James, and the gentleman whose name I cannot recall stick around because they greet you with a smile, keep you updated on the progress of the service of your vehicle, and make you feel like Family. TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE for proper care I own a well-maintained, low-mileage 2024 BMW 5 Series. Despite that, my car became a science project where guessing replaced proper diagnosis. 1. During a brake line recall, the dealership cracked my brake line. When I picked up my car, the dashboard immediately displayed brake warnings, forcing me to return. They never disclosed they caused the damage. They simply repaired it and returned my car. Only after I repeatedly asked did they admit they had damaged the brake line during the recall. 2. My car leaked whenever it rained or went through a car wash. Water entered around the sunroof, dripped onto my left foot from the driver's side dashboard, and damaged the driver's side A/C vent. Although they stopped the minor sunroof leak, the leak onto my foot continued. After researching the symptoms on YouTube, I repeatedly asked them to inspect the windshield. Instead, they insisted the sunroof was the cause. Over 4 repair visits they: * Replaced the sunroof seal. * Cleaned the drain tubes. * Repaired water-damaged A/C components. * Replaced the entire sunroof frame. After the fourth attempt, I hoped the ordeal was over. Ironically, the windshield now appears to have been the source all along. The staff has been kind, but kindness doesn't make up for repeated failures to diagnose and repair my vehicle correctly. My biggest concern is the long-term reliability of my car. Water repeatedly entered the cabin, and I now worry electrical problems may appear after the warranty expires because it took so long to identify the actual cause. Upon driving in, you are greeted with a great attitude and as soon as you pull up, a service person will come to you to speak to your car and current situation. From that point, you either wait or opt to take a rental car while your repair is done (pending your repair and choice). I dropped off my Navigator and took a rental car, Steve Kulas kept me informed on what was happening and called as soon as my car was done. I received a text message shortly after saying I can ask questions or check for updates when I felt the need. Steve even called the next day to check on me and see how my car was doing. Steve is a great guy, I had a chance to chat with him for a bit. They are working the front lines dealing with customers every day and wearing a mask the entire time, I don't know how he manages to keep a great attitude, but he's a great guy to work with and gets the job done. I also love the fact that these guys know the car like the back of thier hand, I had a couple questions for Steve on how to disable/enable running boards and he walked through the process so easily you'd think he was part of the Navigator engineering team. The Lincoln waiting room is pretty incredible. When I had my wife's MKX repaired, I waited in one of the business room. I was able to use my laptop with their wireless and have meetings for work with no incident. The place is clean and they take care to make you feel comfortable, even during times of this horrible pandemic. Flat out never once so much as responded. Will they respond here? One recall was to replace the front cabin AC blower. When they completed the recall, I picked up my car. When I started it, still inside their garage, the blower wouldn't turn on at all. I couldn't find anyone, so I pulled to the front of the building. A tech got in my car, drove it in, gave it back to me in about 3 minutes. AC blower working. By the time I got home on the other end of Frisco, it had stopped working again. Within a couple of days, the rear cabin AC blower stopped working too. Brought the car back for that and because they goofed up the recall on the back-up camera so it wasn't working right either. They fixed the camera the second time, told be they fixed the blower issue, and made several out-of-pocket repairs I requested (windshield wipers, windshield washers... basic stuff) and off I went. And both AC motors stopped working again within hours. They basically shrugged and said they fixed the front one (which they clearly did not), and that they would replace the rear blower, that they clearly messed up, for over a thousand dollars. So now I live with a hulking "luxury" SUV with AC blowers that blow maybe 30% of the time. When I was reviewing the bill at home, I noticed they charged me $400 for some service that I had unambiguously DECLINED. since then, I've left several text messages and tried calling asking about the extra $400 charge that I (1) didn't ask for and (2) declined. They've never responded a single time. I'm incredibly busy with work (I'm an attorney who works really hard for my clients), and typically work from 7am, often until 7 or 8 pm, and I'm a dad who spends time with my family and has a lot to do in my scarce free time. I don't have time to repeatedly take my car to get fixed 3 or 4 times... especially when doing so seems to make things worse, not better. They found multiple non-warrany repairs that were needed (they were legitimate finds... no fault there) and recommended a LOT of extras that were not necessary. After the whole AC fiasco and multiple visits to get the rear camera recall done right, I went to sun auto for quotes on two big-ticket repairs, and Sun Auto's quotes were 30-45% lower than D McD. Broken AC blowers, and I'm still out the mystery $400. But they did replace my windshield wipers correctly. I wonder if they'll bother responding to this review. We'll see...
