My nails I got and the price list I paid $101 60 for my hands $41 for my feet I got gel on my feet and coffin shape on my hands

Service was good but I felt a little uncomfortable because the ladies where sitting there talking the whole time and I obviously can't understand what they are saying ... also they where not really paying attention to what they were doing or asking me if I liked the nails I had to keep telling them when I didn't like something because they where to busy talking within themselves and I couldn't even figure out how the massage chair worked and again they didn't offer to turn it on or ask if I wanted it on.. I also see they offer drinks with the service but I wasn't even offered a water. Other than that I would say the nails came out good for the price.

Went in for a gel manicure on my birthday and got a free pedicure! The new owner is very nice and is offering new promotions. This place is fully remodeled and convenient while getting your car serviced as well.

This is the nail that chipped. I've only had them done a week ago.

I got my nails filled by Tyler exactly a week ago and the nail polish on my thumb is chipped. I'm disappointed because gel nail polish isn't supposed to chip and I paid a lot for my nails to be done. It was my first time there.

The ladies are super friendly I mean I was able to understand what they were telling me at least. It was a holiday and the place was not busy at all. The only bad thing about it was they do seem to use dirty or used utensils. Not sure if it was worth $65 though

went in for a fill and cut down this am moon assisted me. she did a great job i am very happy with the way my nails look, turned out beautiful! the color is perfect not old very shiny and glossy! clean envious! will be returning in a few weeks thanks moon

100% wouldn't recommend. My best friend & I went into this nail shop to get our nails done, and Christine did gel polish on both of our natural nails. I got white & my best friend got these, and both of our nails started chipping within 2-5 days! Gel polish should never chip that quick, and when we both went back in to ask her politely to fix them or change the color she had an attitude. Then she tried to tell us that it is normal for gel to chip in 3-4 days. Lol wrong. So, then she ends up trying to charge us to change the color. We decided to get them taken off completely because we weren't going to pay for that. she is unprofessional, especially when we weren't even mad we just wanted them to be fixed lol. I never write bad reviews but she was wrong. ‍

I was recommended by a friend to check this place out when I told her that my friend and I wanted to get a pedicure. The nail salon is located next to New Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and the Christian Family Bookstore. We were greeted upon arrival and luckily without an appointment, we were seated immediately in their nice massage chairs. The nail polish choices were okay with good brand names like Essie, China Glaze and O.P.I. I realized from this experience, I'm not used to people touching my feet and I was really ticklish when the nail technician was scrubbing down my feet and massaging it with lotion. I honestly couldn't handle it so she moved on to the next steps of the pedicure and I probably missed out on some good stuff :( LOL My friend got a cup of red wine which was really cool because he got the full-on spa experience. I'd say overall it was great customer service because the nail technicians let my friend and I converse on the massage chairs with each other after our pedicures were done. However, they did bring up suggestions whether I wanted a design on my toes, French pedicure, a manicure, etc. but I just politely declined. A pedicure for $20 is reasonable to me because I felt refreshed and girly :) They do charge $1 for all credit card purchases so bring cash if you can. I would definitely come again.

Exactly what I wanted! Pink & white ombré coffin nails

I went to Christine last November (& also October as a trial run for my November wedding) - she did such a fantastic job, delivering exactly what I wanted! I wanted a white powder, coffin/ballerina manicure and received exactly that. Her location is a bit hidden and the name actually reads "Nails BC" instead of "By Christine" just as a little tip. Her business is adjacent to Teppan and I never would have known to go to see her except on a whim. I had another appointment in preparation for my due date (I know, I know - just wanna make sure I'm on point!) which is October 9th and Christine remembered me and did exactly what I wanted, yet again! I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews but it's a super secret hidden gem in my eyes!

I am an over the road truck driver and have gotten my nails done in many different states and cities...I will have to say this place is by far the best if you're looking for the full package..great customer service, excellent work, beautiful nail art, and a sense of humor...most of the customers who have come in has been coming to this salon for over 10 or 15 years...that tells it all...also very honest woman!!!

I'm not the type to criticize bc I understand how hard doing nails can be but this pedi was probably one of the worst I've had! The guy I got was extremely rude and kept getting mad bc my hand wasn't "relaxed" and the nails were so thick ! He also glued the nails to my skin and left a bunch of glue residue on my fingers and nail polish the color and design was nothing like the picture I showed him and the fact that he cut my pinky and still tried to charge me full price was not okay but of course I didn't say anything bc I'm not the type to speak up and I also didn't want to offend him the whole process was so painful I literally had to take off the nails the same day so just wanted to warn any of you if you come here don't go w him I forgot his name but he had glasses n was a bit older I also noticed that he didn't use new tools when he did my nails !

Kristy is great! I used to come to her a few years ago and stopped but now I'm back. Don't know why I ever stopped coming. Christine and Kristy are always so friendly. As soon as I walked in, Kristy remembered me right away. Kristy is friend and does a great job. I loved the way my manicure came out. The lady that did my pedicure was also great. She was gentle and did a great job. I will definitely be back soon! Keep up the great work ladies!

Let me start by saying this: there is a reason this place has wonderful reviews!!!!!!! Hue is the…read moreowner, and she fully runs the place alone and she is the most personable and hard working woman I have met. Other than just being so kind and such a beautiful human, she truly wants to give each costumer exactly what they want. For instances, I was requesting very specific french tips for my manicure and she tested 3 different kinds of whites for me to choose from and tasted different shades of nude color and waited for me to make up my mind!!!! With each nail, she asked what I thought. I adore her and her work so much I even had her do my nails for my engagement photos!!!!! ALSO HUE'S PRICES wow they are so kind to someone like me living on a post grad budget. The one thing I want to be clear about: if you prefer a super chic, boujee, top-notch-clean salon- this isn't that. Come here for a fair price and for high quality service and nails I guarantee you'll be happy with. Hue will ASSURE you love your nails before you pay!

I came a week ago for a manicure. Today for a pedicure with my bestie…read more I love how they clearly communicate the prices and how to move my feet. Tammy has very strong hands! Not too much pressure but very good. She was the quiet type but warm and not distant. Lilly did my bestie pedicure and was so cheerful and positive. Very clearly communicated. I really wanted to love this place. I had a nice experience when I walked past and waved Hello and…read moremade an appointment. But the actual appointment itself let me down. I'll explain why. When I arrived I had a couple of coats of polish on my nails and they asked me to put my hands into a bowl of acetone and they'd be right back. I waited 20 minutes with my nails soaking in acetone before she came back. I was very concerned as I'd never been told to leave my real nails in acetone that long. I did as I was told and after 20 minutes she came back and painted my nails. The polish looked pretty but the very same day it started to peel off like the kind of polish children use. It all just peeled right off. I kept thinking it was because my nail bed had absorbed so much acetone that the polish literally wouldn't stick. The very next day half of the polish peeled off on its own. The lifting and peeling polish was getting stuck in my hair when I'd run my hands through my hair and just come right off. It's been a week and my nails are just getting worse each day. I am uploading photos to show the damage to my nails which was caused by soaking my nails in strong acetone for 20 minutes. I want them to know that I'm disappointed because I paid $25 plus tip for polish that wouldn't stay on my nails for even 1 day - due to my nail bed soaking up the acetone. Also; my entire nail is disintegrating on each finger due to the harsh acetone stripping my nails of keratin. See image please. I just want them to know, so it doesn't happen in the future to other customers. +1 Stars: for the beautiful paint job. -4 Stars: to damage & polish peeling off on first day. PLEASE DO NOT SOAK REAL NAILS IN THE ACETONE YOU USE FOR REMOVING POLISH FOR 20 MINUTES. My nails are very damaged.
