I had high expectations for Crepevine because I know other locations are very popular, but unfortunately it missed the mark. Presentation was good but the food was not as good. The San Francisco crepe with smoked salmon was way too salty, it made me think it needed cream cheese to go with it. The potatoes were crispy on one side and mushy on the other. It also took a while for the food to come out but the servers were nice.

TLDR : Nice place for a brunch! Tried Crepevine Restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and had a good time. They have some nice brunch options from sweet and savory crepes, sandwiches and egg dishes. Tried the New Orleans Benedict and the Vegetarian sandwich and we're good. The service was quick despite the Sunday crowd.

I took my friend here for our monthly breakfast date, and overall we had a really nice time. We were told to sit anywhere and go to the counter when we were ready to order, but I missed that part and we ended up sitting there waiting for a server. That part was on me. That said, if I had known ahead of time that this was more of an order-at-the-counter setup, I probably would have chosen somewhere else. When I go out to eat, I prefer full service and being waited on. So, after realizing how it worked, we had to get up, order at the counter, and then I still had to wait for my drink. Once the food arrived, though, we were very happy. Everything we ordered was delicious. We may have gone a little overboard since we like to start with savory dishes and then split a sweet crepe, but it was worth it. The food was definitely the highlight. The restaurant itself felt very cafeteria-like, which just is not my vibe. I can see why other people enjoy it, but for me, the atmosphere and self-ordering setup took away from the experience. I was tempted to give it 4 stars because the food was so good, but in the end, the overall dining style just is not my scene.

Egg was kind of hard and a lot of oil coming out of it. The flavors on the potato was good but not crispy enough. I do like that you pay before you eat and you can choose anywhere to sit. Good quick bite if you want to eat outdoors on a nice day. Probably won't come again though.

We had a delicious and filling late lunch - we ordered the Spanish Omelette and the Santa Fe savory crepe. The Spanish Omelette had tasty and fresh avocado in the middle, and the side fries of the Santa Fe crepe were light and crispy! We were able to sit anywhere we wanted and ordered at the counter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall enjoyed our food and the brightly light space!

My friends and I came here for dinner on a Monday evening. It wasn't very busy, so we were able to order quickly and get a seat. Food: I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and the soup of the day which was a split pea soup. The soup was pretty good. The pasta was pretty standard. My friends ordered one savory crepe and one sweet crepe. They also ordered the french toast and a side of scrambled eggs. They enjoyed their food. Service: We were able to order the counter pretty quickly. We were given a table number and sat down. Our food came out promptly as each item was ready. TL;DR - Fast service with decent food

Every time I come here, I'm always happy with whatever I order. The line moves quickly, and their sandwiches are seriously so good. My favorites are the club sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich. The bread is amazing, the mimosas and coffee are great, and the fries are perfect. The service is always solid, too. For me, this place is a 10/10 for breakfast, brunch, and even lunch. The only thing that feels a bit strange is seeing the exact same menu at dinnertime. It's still good, but it just doesn't feel like a dinner spot.

I ordered the Siena Crepe with added nuts and coconut shavings for an extra dollar. It was exceptional as far as crepes go. The edges were crispy and the crepe was filled with strawberries and bananas that paired wonderfully with the generous spread of nutella. The only main con was that the crepe came out to $20 after tax and tip which seems too steep for something you can whip up just as easily yourself. The strawberries they used weren't even completely ripe yet so they were somewhat sour. The service was fine. The ambiance was casual.

It's been a long long minute since I've been here, it's good to see that the service and food is as good as it was 5 years ago if not better. I ordered the Philly crêpe with their crispy fries. "Also comes with a salad" Wifey ordered the fresh salmon crêpe with the potatoes. My Philly was super delicious, the steak melted in my mouth and the caramelized onions with the mushrooms and cheese just put it over the top. The fries are nicely seasoned, crispy, and tender in the inside. Wifey also loved the salmon crêpe and her potato's had a nice hint of rosemary flavor. Bottom line: I really liked this place years ago and I still do. These guys serve consistently good food and the service matches the food. Good job Crepevine!

This place is a safe choice when it comes to brunch, the chilaquiles were super cheesy and saucy, maybe too cheesy.. but definitely flavorful. It came with avocado and sour cream which was a nice touch. The buttermilk pancakes were good however I prefer their almond flour pancakes. These were a little dense compared to most buttermilk pancakes. This place has you order food and then seat yourself, so make sure you review the menu before walking through the door as it can get busy. They also have menus available on the wall, the space feels cozy yet open with high ceilings. They offer outdoor seating, which is a must when the weather is nice. When we had an issue with our order, the server was sure to correct it in a timely manner, he was very pleasant. Not to mention the food always comes out pretty quick.

Its an amazing place with interior and exterior seating in the heart of downtown moutain view. Highly recommend for a family friendly spot & some delicious savory and sweet options. Veg and non-veg friendly place. Great staff and service. First come first serve and dont take reservations but lines move pretty fast.

This is our go-to brunch spot in Mountain View. The wrap added to the menu was quite delicious. After the savory items, we also ordered a waffle (I forgot to take a photo), which was very good as well. The staff regularly refilled our coffee. Even though this place gets very busy, I think both the food quality and the service are quite good for such a crowded spot.

    Do they have vegan options?

You may wish to contact the restaurant directly to see if there are options not on the menu. My impression is that vegan options are minimal. Some salads and maybe pastas.

    Do they sell wine?

    Yes! Wine is available.

Do you have soy milk or non dairy creamer for coffee?

Yes, they had soy milk, as I got that in my chai latte.

II honestly feel that there should be waiters taking your order once you sit down, or at the very least, the staff should bring basic things like utensils and napkins to your table. The staff, including the cashier, should also be friendly and welcoming, especially to first-time customers. Instead, the employees seemed unhappy and disengaged, which really affected the atmosphere. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean and clearly needed attention. It's unfortunate because the food was actually really good. With friendlier customer service, some basic table service, and more attention to cleanliness, this could have been a much better experience. I honestly left disappointed

Coffee was nice as well, and they kept coming by to refill, which was nice and needed. However disaster struck when one of the waiters knocked off a tray from a ledge right by our table. The tray crashed onto our table and spilled water, hot coffee, and creamer all over me, and our under two year old who started crying. I rushed over to check for burns from the coffee, but luckily it was okay. After the clean-up I was waiting to see if anyone might come by to ask if anything was needed, let me know if I could get more food since I wasn't entirely finished, or at least apologize and comp our meal. Unfortunately I didn't get any replacement food, and they brought the bill and mentioned that we didn't have to pay for coffee...$68 pre-tip was a little upsetting after our experience, even though I know accidents can happen... Everything is above average in taste and execution. Brunch Tacos mole: chicken mole poblano, scrambled eggs, huitlacoche, tortillas, epazote crema, fried shallots & avocado. Perfect portioning and the salad that came with it had a fantastic dressing. I pulled some chicken out and gave it to my wife and then it was perfect, a bit too overstuff before. The mole and overall taste were quite good though. Chilaquiles: tortilla chips sautéed in chile de árbol-guajillo salsa, topped with queso fresco, cilantro crema, and an egg. My wife loved this so much it made her question every time she didn't order it before. Fried egg sandwich: two over easy eggs on house baked brioche bun, chipotle aioli, avocado, bacon, cheddar cheese, fried shallot. Kids loved this and happily ate the leftover after. Iced Mexican Cafe: delicious iced coffee with a distinct Mexican taste. Distrito Verde: mezcal, basil, lemon, and falernum. Simple but refreshing brunch cocktail, really paired well with the mole tacos. Chips and salsa: These are not free but worth the price. Both the chips and the 2 salsa are of extremely good quality and preparation. Abnormally tasty and the kids went crazy eating it.

Their espresso drink variety is top-tier, and if you're stopping by for lunch, the focaccia sandwiches are absolute perfection. The fast-casual setup is seamless: you order at the counter, take a table number, and the super friendly staff brings your food right out to you. The space itself is wonderful, featuring a very clean, bright interior and a nice outdoor area that's perfect for enjoying a sunny morning. Parking is a breeze thanks to the underground parking garage. Just keep in mind that everything is ordered strictly à la carte, so you'll need to order sides separately from your mains, but every single item is well worth it. Def a reliable go-to in Palo Alto whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for weekend brunch!
