This was spot #3 of 4...a slight detour from the coffee marathon for me & fellow Yelper, HeideAnn. I originally didn't plan on getting anything, but then we chose to share a savory crepe, which was perfect! We ordered the Poulet Gruyere ($12.10) without the cracked pepper...and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. They cut it it in half, exactly as I requested. This crepe was generously packed with chicken/mushroom/peppers/cheese consisting of intense flavors. While I appreciate the generous amount of filling in the crepe, the ratio of crepe to filling was a little off. The filling probably would have been easier to eat in a wrap form. Nonetheless, it was still very flavorful and I highly recommend it. They have an extensive menu including sweet/savory crepes, all-day breakfast, waffles, various beverages. There is definitely something for everyone. The cafe has plenty of seating (inside & outside), but I would assume it may be a little crowded if/when they get busy. The employees were very friendly and accommodating in that they gave us an extra cup with ice and split and plated the crepe. I thought it was cool they sell the crepe mix separately. There are plenty of outlets for anyone who needs to charge their devices. One thing to note, the cafe is located in a very tight and potentially busy strip mall. I've been coming here for years (back when they were still in Georgetown). It's still my favorite crepe place in the DMV. They have an extensive selection of sweet and savory crepes, plus drinks, gelato and macarons. I recently tried the Strawberry Cheesecake crepe (Freshly sliced strawberries, mascarpone, cane sugar, graham crackers, whipped cream). It was a great balanced dessert -- highly recommend trying it out. Some of my other favorites are: Carnivale, Blueberry Mango and Dulce de leche. For savory, I recommend: monsieur, Bombay dhaba and da vinci. They also have gluten-free batter available. Service is always quick and friendly. It is a smaller cafe so they only have a few tables and chairs inside, but they do have some outside the store. Never had a problem with seating before. read more

The cashier was very polite and didn't rush us to order. My wife and I went here specifically for the sweet crepes, but the savory ones are quite delicious as well (ordered a while ago). I ordered the Carnivale, which has Nutella, bananas, and strawberries. The crepe was thin but still big enough to hold all of its ingredients. The sauces drizzled on top also added a nice flavor. I took my kids here on a Saturday AM. Our new Saturday AM routine is to try a new breakfast spot and then go to a playground. The parking situation was great (designated lot)and we got a spot no problem. Both girls ordered a nutella crepe with whipped cream. They enjoyed watching the crepes be made. There's not a ton of seating, but they definitely maximize the space. We got a booth towards the back and the girls were so excited the booth had pillows. The crepes were large (probably could have split 1). My oldest thought there was too much Nutella, but that is personal preference and next time we'll ask for light Nutella. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is casual in a good way - paper plates and silverware. I also really enjoyed my coffee! Came to kill time and and eat crepes on a rainy day and was not disappointed! A quaint little cafe with self-service and paper/plastic cups and utensils. In a way I wish I could have cappuccino out if a real cup (and not a to go one) but oh well. The crepe was surprisingly big! We ordered white chocolate with strawberries but we actually had Nutella and strawberries in mind. Unfortunately they only have hazelnut spread (my kids don't like nuts) and a lot of the non-nut options has mascarpone (another flavor my kids don't like lol). But the white chocolate was good (albeit sweet and concentrated in the middle) and the whipped cream was tasty as well. Gluten free sweet and savory crepes! How did I get so lucky? I drive from Maryland just to eat these delicious gluten free crepe. And not just because they are gluten free but also because they are packed full of delicious ingredients. I alway get one savory and one sweet when I go but I always have to take some home due to how big they are. I first ordered these crepes on Uber Eats one morning, and they were so good I have visited in person multiple times since. Most GF crepes are hard and taste like cardboard, but not here! (Order was made a day before) This order was made to do curbside pickup. Per direction of the order confirmation, it said to call the number and we will bring your items to your car. 1-Called on time: cook/rep replied food will take 5 more minutes: it took 20 more minutes and she didn't even call me back to let me know it the order was ready. We have to guess it and call back on our own. 2-when we requested for her to bring the food to the car, she said " no we don't do that!" Hang up! Still with me?? Wow my jaw dropped 3- We both were pissed at that point for lack of customer service. 4-food time: my drink: chai latte with almond milk was delicious and his protein shake was really good too. My crepe was yummy but his sweet crepe was okay. 5-My hubby didn't even have it more than 2 bites due the whole experience was so unpleasant. Scrumptious filing crepes! While I miss the food truck, so glad this cozy shop opened up near my house. There are over 20+ sweet and savory crepes to choose from. I keep coming back to explore the menu! The fluffy crepes are made fresh on the spot. So much fun to watch the chef! The crepes are a hearty meal or dessert - perfect for sharing! Farmer Joe crepe (5/5) - A fun way to get your dose of veggies with arugula, roasted red peppers, sauteed garlic mushrooms, tomatoes and pesto that hit the spot! Definitely add mozzarella cheese that glues the veggies and pesto together. The crepe was so filling that I saved some for dinner. Breakfast Rise & Shine crepe (5/5) - The eggs, cheddar cheese, arugula, sauteed garlic mushrooms is also quite tasty! Request for pesto on top, it packs a punch! Dr. Seuss sliced ham and cheese crepe (3/5) - My hubby wasn't a big fan of the processed meat, it wasn't the cured ham that he was expecting. Tiramisu crepe (5/5) - The fully loaded crepe with mascarpone, cane sugar, Amaretti biscuits, almond liqueur, espresso powder, cocoa powder truly delivered and the almond liquor seals the deal! The non-alcoholic version isn't as good. I didn't realize the crepe had liquor until the chef made a joke about driving home, and when I revealed to him that I'm pregnant he kindly made me a new one without liquor and I gave my hubby the alcoholic one. I tried a small bite of his (please don't judge!) and it tasted sooo much better. Looking forward to coming back for the alcoholic version after delivery. Fraise Amour crepe (4/5) - Decadent crepe loaded with strawberries and nutella. Fun way to start the day with dessert! Smoothies (1/5) - The syrupy sweet and sugary smoothies aren't very fresh or healthy and the only thing I wouldn't recommend on the menu. Get the shakes instead with gelato! Don't forget to sign up for the Rewards program ($5 off out of $50 spent). I didn't see the little sign next to the register until the 2nd visit and glad that I signed up for it. It's a bummer that they don't retroactively give you points for previous visits! The mom & pop restaurant has a great homey and cozy vibe. The chef had a warm smile on his face and kindly made me a non-alcoholic version of the Tiramisu crepe while the cashier kindly offered to swap out the smoothie for something else (my hubby got a bottle of water). The restaurant is cozy with a few small tables inside and outside of the storefront. While the tables of 2 inside are close enough that you can push them together to make a table of 4, the smaller tables outside have seating for only 2. I wouldn't recommend large groups here. There is something simple about a circle of batter.  But the batter is even better when it is made into a delicious crepe at Crepe Amour.  This is another family favorite which works really well for take-out.  Our favorite savory ones are the Indian flavors of the Samosa and the Bombay Dhabi. They are unique and flavorful.  And, though we have tried other main course ones and found them very tasty - we have a very hard time straying from the ones we love.  Fortunately, we are not so loyal when it comes to the sweet crepes and we tend to switch between several, including canivale, cookie monster, nutty buddy, s'more and fraise amour.  This last visit we tried the Banoffee Pie for the first time and it was really good!  Luckily, we have a tradition of ordering two savory and two sweet which we then cut in half and share so we get to eat a nice variety.  Every time we go in to the restaurant, we realize once again that there are also macarons and a case of gelato and we smile to see it and we frown to think we have no more room to try it this visit.  Next time! (and there will definitely be many next times - yum!)  PS - it is really fun to watch them make your crepes.  PPS - the parking in front of the restaurant can be a little tough because the traffic can back up to exit the lot.  So, sometimes it is easier to park right around the corner. read more

Everyone must go to crepe amor! They're crêpes are amazing. We ordered the margherita savory crêpe, and the Bombay dhaba savory crêpe, and then the strawberry shortcake for a sweet crepe. All three were delicious: the Bombay dhaba was a little spicy, but very manageable, the margherita was stuffed with cheese and strawberry shortcake had whipped cream on top with strawberry syrup. This was my first time trying a savory crepe and I was pleasantly surprised! I loved the addition of the thin dough with my cheesy chicken. The entire meal could have been eaten by 2 people comfortably. It was definitely worth it! I of course had to get the sweet crepe filled with my favorite hazelnut spread! This restaurant has a relaxed ambiance with cute Parisian-style chairs and fast service. It's a bit small but they offer indoor and outdoor seating. They offer sweet and savory crepes with gluten free available too, plus drinks and other pastries. Loved all of our food. Also super affordable. The Mont Blanc was very sweet (maybe a bit too sweet) with lots of white chocolate but the others we got had a great balance of flavors. They are known for their catering as well! We came across this place while driving on the busy Maple Ave. Akshay thought he had seen this name somewhere (turns out, it was on a foodtruck in DC!). Shweta is not big on sweet food so we made sure this place has savory crepes. Parking - plenty of parking on-site. Even if not right in front of the shop, there is plenty of space just around the corner. Ambiance: The place is small, but the have made good use of the area with decent seating arrangement. They also have a couple of tables outside, which is perfect for the summers. Food: We ordered Farmer Joe and Bombay Dhaba, along with a cappuccino and chocolate shake. They have an espresso machine on-site. They use buckwheat flour for their crepes which gives it a rich texture. You can watch them rolling out crepes (read: keep kids entertained). The place wasnt that busy for a saturday morning and we received our orders in 5 mins. The crepes were soft, the sauces were great and every bit savory and you could feel that the ingredients were fresh. For $7-9/crepe, it was pretty filling. We decided to try a sweet crepe as a dessert and ordered the Tiramisu crepe. It was not too sweet and the espresso powder definitely helped balance the sweetness. Cute tiny cafe in the strip mall. I was out trying to find dinner but traffic in area was so bad, I choose to exit the roads to this strip mall. I saw Crepe Amour and there was only one person sitting inside. I came in and while looking at the menu 3 more people came in and ordered. I finally decided on a crepe, the margarita, and a drink, the HOT chai latte. The man ringing up my order was very patient as I was on the phone with my bf and he did not want to hang up... After checking out he flipped the screen over to me to finish it out and he started making the crepe. I really like the POS system they use here. I was able to decide on a tip, various ways to get the receipt and type my own e-mail to get points. I sat down and waited for the food. I saw the man started the latte (as the barista was still filling orders) and handed it over to the barista to finish out. I really liked seeing that! When the crepe was down I was asked if I wanted a bag to carry out. I said yes! Because I was still on the phone with the bf... the man made hand motions gesturing me to go to the side to roll up some utensils for the to-go order. This was super awesome of him! I'm eating the crepe right now, and it's delicious! For $7.04, it's pretty filling and a great buy! The chai latte is very tasty. I wish it was a tad more spicier but it's creamy, warm and perfect for this snowy weather! Now that I know it exists I will def have to come back and try more or their crepes and treats! read more

It's located on a shopping center, but we didn't have an issue with parking. We came Sunday morning during breakfast hours and the place was buzzing, but it was not overly crowded. We were able to get a table and sit. Now let's talk about the crepes...absolutely amazing! They are made fresh right in front of you + the restaurant has GF options which I took advantage of. The only downfall (for me, because it wasn't actually a downfall) was that they are now using single-use plastics due to COVID so I wasn't able to snap a cute photo of the drink I ordered. Excellent authentic crepes both sweet and savory served up fast and fresh. Crepes range from the classic crepe Suzette complete with grand marnier to the more unique banoffee pie and s'mores. We opted for the s'mores - filled with gooey marshmallows, Nutella and graham cracker crumbs and the carnivale- a Nutella crepe with sliced strawberries and banana. Both were delicious and less than 5 minutes from order to eating. The coffee is also good, they use Illy espresso and offer the usual coffee drinks including Frappuccinos. The downside is how small the seating area is. Parking can also be challenging since there aren't many spaces in front. If you're willing to walk a bit they are located around the end of a plaza which appears to have plenty of parking. They offer to go containers. What a great experience. I'm recently into dessert crepes that I've been trying to go the famous place in Rockville but before that I tried Dulce Crepe. Typically sweet crepes are not much different, I thought. However, this place changed my mind completely upside down! As soon as I stepped in, I noticed how small seatings they have but their menu was nothing compared to that. Although I only had sweet crepes because I was there for the desserts, I witnessed a couple of cooking process of savory dishes. All fresh ingredients for savory ones. Plus, their Belgium waffle, so good. I don't want to say anymore good things but they carry illy coffee which is my go-to guaranteed coffee to drink. I've tried Crepe Amour about 3 times now. So far I've gotten one sweet crepe, one savory crepe and a couple of iced lattes. Let's start with the best which was their sweet crepe, the Biscoff Winter Special. Man, that thing was 10 outta 10!! Seriously one of the best sweet crepes I've ever experienced. The strawberries and the Biscoff complimented each other perfectly. I wish they would make it a permanent menu item because dang that was good! For the savory crepe I got the Monsieur. It was pretty good, had a good amount of filling. For me it was on the dry side. I don't know if it needs more cheese or maybe more sauce? But I'd like to go back once more and give the savory crepes another try. And finally the lattes... I got an iced vanilla latte in summer of last year and then a hazelnut iced latte in January this year. Unfortunately, neither latte was very good. In fact, I ended up tossing the second drink before I got half way through it. The coffee itself was pretty bitter and I think the oat milk they use is on the watery side.
