From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Kurt is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. He took the time to listen to my ideas and offered valuable suggestions that really helped elevate the design. He communicated with me daily about the progress and kept me informed of what to expect each day. He was always punctual, courteous, and left the space clean every day -- a huge bonus! His efficiency was crucial to me, as the tenant had to move out and was without a bathroom during the remodel. Kurt made sure the job was completed on time, minimizing disruption and getting everything done as promised. The bathroom turned out beautiful! The layout, fixtures, and finishes have completely transformed the space into a spa-like retreat. I've worked with contractors before, but the experience with Kurt stands out for his reliability, honesty, transparency, and commitment to delivering top-quality work. If you're looking to remodel your bathroom or any other space, I highly recommend him! I just referred him to my best friend for a total bathroom remodel, room addition and kitchen update! You'll want to get on his calendar!

I would trust him to take on any job; he is knowledgable, honest and his pricing is very fair. In a nutshell, he works with you, which I have learned is difficult to find in a contractor these days.

And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

1 Star: The Patio Looks Nice, but That's About It!…read more While I will admit that the finished patio looks nice, that is honestly the only positive thing I can say about my experience with this construction company. The construction has been ongoing for months at Greenhaven Oaks Apartments, and the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for residents' personal property has been extremely disappointing. During construction, workers damaged my children's belongings, including my daughter's baby carriage and my child's bicycle. Nobody even had the decency to notify me that my child's bike had been broken. They also put a hole through my living room wall, which was eventually patched but left unpainted and unfinished. What is especially frustrating is what happened to my children's recycling. I have been teaching my kids responsibility by having them sort and separate our recyclables on their own. They worked hard to organize everything, separating the materials and bagging them up properly. We had seven bags of recyclables ready to go. The following weekend, we lost access to our backyard because of the construction, and we still have not regained access. Now, only one bag of glass bottles remains. I have no idea what happened to everything else. This was not just a pile of recyclables. It was something my children took the time and effort to organize as part of learning responsibility, and now their hard work has essentially disappeared without any explanation. I have already reported these issues to my apartment management, including the damaged baby carriage. A nice-looking patio does not excuse damaged property, missing belongings, poor communication, or a complete lack of accountability. Residents should not have to discover damage to their belongings or repeatedly complain just to have their concerns acknowledged. At the end of the day, the patio may look good, but the way this company treated residents and their belongings was anything but professional. The finished product might deserve five stars, but the overall experience deserves one.

I have done a lot of work over the years and am happy to say that if you live in this area, he is your guy. He was fair and honest from the get go. The price he gives you is the price you will pay. I never received any surprise "change orders". As contractors go, Omar was VERY open and communicative. No problems ever getting him or his crew on the phone. He had great suggestions on all things we discussed. Always seemed to know a lot about his work and various things people like. The project was a big one, and I am super happy with how fast it went. He even got started for us over Thanksgiving and Xmas, and his crew would show up on Saturday or Sunday sometimes to keep on working (which was fine with us!). There were no subcontractors involved... everything was through Noor Construction. If we had any minor issues that needed correcting, Omar would come and look at it and tell his crew what to do. We really appreciate the details, crown molding and trim was superbly done, and the tile was just amazing, we are very impressed with his team. I mean seriously anyone who has attempted to do crown molding in the past knows what I am talking about. For details if you've made it this far, our story: Where shall I start. I suppose we start with the idea: build a bedroom in the second floor space of our "great room" which has really tall ceilings... like 30 feet plus. So basically add a bedroom in the second story "empty space" above the first floor. Easy right? Well, after getting ghosted by several contractors, I finally called Omar. He informed he thought we were probably getting ghosted because the architect had told him that footings were needed to support this new bedroom which would be sort of like an island in the middle of the house. We live on a hill, so these support columns would have to go through the first floor, basement, and then under the house. This added to the cost, but we really wanted a bedroom in that space. Omar gave me a price. I told him no thanks, my wife and I thought well maybe we changed our mind as the cost came in higher with the footing work. After a few weeks, we talked it over, changed our minds. We really needed the bedroom. I called him, thinking "gosh he probably won't want our work". Omar came back, no change in price, same deal as before, he didn't even bat an eye, he was ready to go, and this was like 4 weeks later after I told him no. So yea, it was project that I was told was too much for people, everyone didn't want to go get permits or deal with the footings... Omar told us what to expect and stuck to the plan. He dealt with the County and the inspector always came and said even himself "these guys know what they are doing". We passed all inspections. Omar even was super flexible about adding things to the project as we went along, as you know I get ideas about what I might want, we added some carpeting and shelving, and additional tile work that he added at no additional cost to him. He really just knows what he is doing and is super on top of things. So go with Noor Construction if you have the chance, you won't regret it!

Our primary goals were new flooring throughout the home and a complete kitchen remodel. Since we were new to the area, I began researching contractors in the Sacramento region. I also received a recommendation from a friend for a local contractor, so we ultimately obtained estimates from both Condor and a smaller local company. When Tal Pinto arrived for our initial consultation, we walked through the house and discussed our ideas. I had a very specific vision for the kitchen, including painting all of the existing cabinetry. Rather than simply agreeing to the project, Tal took the time to evaluate the cabinets and explained that they were already extremely high quality. He told me that if they were his cabinets, he would leave them exactly as they were. That level of honesty immediately stood out to me. Instead of trying to sell us on unnecessary work, he provided thoughtful, professional advice that was genuinely in our best interest. From that moment on, I had a great feeling about Condor. When we received our estimate, it was one of the most detailed and organized proposals I had ever seen. Every aspect of the project was clearly outlined, including labor, scope of work, and material allowances. There were no surprises and no confusion--just a transparent and professional plan. Once we signed the contract, the process moved forward seamlessly. Tal provided recommendations for flooring and paint suppliers, but when we ultimately found a flooring company we preferred, he had no problem working with them. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate our preferences made the process even easier. At the time of the renovation, my husband and I were still living in Southern California, which meant we could not be on-site during construction. This could have been stressful, but Condor made it incredibly easy. Tal provided regular updates, photos, and progress reports throughout the project. When Paz stepped in to oversee the job while Tal was out of town, the communication never skipped a beat. We always knew exactly what was happening and where the project stood. As with many remodels, we encountered a few unexpected issues along the way, including cracked ceilings and a significant water leak in the master bathroom. Rather than becoming obstacles, these issues were addressed quickly and professionally. The team was proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to keeping the project moving forward. The quality of the finished work exceeded our expectations. Every detail was completed with care and craftsmanship, and the transformation of our home has been incredible. The kitchen is now my favorite room in the house, and the before-and-after photos speak for themselves. What truly sets Condor apart is the combination of exceptional workmanship, outstanding communication, organization, and integrity. Throughout the entire process, we felt informed, respected, and confident that our home was in good hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Condor to anyone considering a remodel or renovation project. Finding a contractor you can trust is invaluable, and our experience with Condor was outstanding from start to finish.

John, the owner, and his crew did a flawless job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. It's a beautiful bathroom and was done with care and respect for our living zone. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services.

Our dated circa 1988 downstairs bath had never been remodeled and came out gorgeous! I am incredibly picky and dreadfully indecisive (a contractor's nightmare!) and yet I was delighted both with the process and the end result. Dave is honest, punctual, respectful, neat and patient. More importantly, he is both knowledgeable and super meticulous. He's definitely a craftsman and very attentive to both design and detail. While making the thousands of decisions on materials was stressful, nothing about the actual work was stressful and I actually enjoyed the process! (For help with decisions on materials, see Phillip at Floor & Decor.) Prior to hiring Folsom Remodel, we got an estimate from Kitchen Mart for the same project. The Kitchen Mart estimate was considerably more expensive. We were elated with every aspect of the remodel and will definitely use Dave if and when we do the master bath! Thank you Dave!

A bathroom remodel can be very stressful, but Dave was amazing at communicating every step of the way and offered some great suggestions on my remodel. He provided an estimate and he got the bathroom done in the time promised. It is so amazing how my new bathroom looks compared to the way the old bathroom looked. The last time my bathroom had been remodeled, was back in 2009. The tile work done on the bathroom floor and on the shower walls has a luxury hotel vibe. Dave's craftsmanship and his attention to detail are superior. Dave is concerned about making it right and if he does not like something, he is going to make sure it is done right. This primary bathroom remodel was my third project with Folsom Remodel. The other two projects were my half bathroom remodel in December 2025 and the other project which included, painting my downstairs and upstairs, removing very old 1970s wall paneling from my living room walls and installing new cam lighting in February 2026. I have been so pleased with each one of these projects. My house has been transformed. I highly recommend Folsom Remodel
