    The soup was delicious.

The gluten free dining options are plentiful at the Creekside Inn which is why we wanted to visit. Everything was fresh and delightful! The ambiance of the restaurant's dining room was extremely peaceful and such a relaxing setting. The service was top notch and our server felt like an old friend by the end of the meal. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

This place is wonderful! It's an inn; however, you can make reservations to just eat dinner here and it is definitely worth every penny! The appetizers were delicious and the meal was so flavorful and delightful. Portions are great, especially for the price. Drinks were wonderful and yummy! Staff is wonderful and friendly. It's very cozy inside and definitely worth the trip here. Will definitely be back.

28oz Cowboy ribeye with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

We went here with another couple and everything was amazing. The greeting at the door, our server Kristen I believe her name was was amazing as well. I had the 28oz Cowboy ribeye special and it was prepared to perfection with a light dab of garlic butter and mushrooms. His wife had got the smoked prime rib and mine had gotten the scallop special with a hot tomato oil over pappardelle pasta that made you sweat but the flavor was amazing. Very comfortable atmosphere. We sat in the pub at a high top and the lighting was dim and comforting. We had an overall great experience and highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a great time to make a reservation early because they fill up quickly! Thank you for a great experience! See y'all again soon!

Excellent hotel right above a restaurant. The customer service was perfect. The location is great, five minutes from Turning Stone and just off the highway. The rooms are beautiful. Clean with nice decor. The kitchenette area was full of good big box store coffee and food. I'd go back.

Our server, Morgan, was great--very friendly and helpful. She recommended the special, and I'm glad she did because it was delicious. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meals too. We finished with the seasonal boozy shake and a couple of other desserts, which were all really good. The atmosphere was welcoming, everything was very clean, and the food came out faster than we expected. Overall, it was a really great experience, and we'll definitely be coming back!

My mom and I like to go here whenever we come up for an event and that's what we did after a day full of shopping at their annual craft show. The wait to sit down was 2 hours but we opted to wait and find seats at the bar. Took us about 15 min. Once we sat the bartenders were all great and very prompt, always checking on us. We ordered an appetizer of onion rings and honestly they were so good! Crispy a d the onion didn't slide right out when taking a bite. We were honestly almost full just from that. We also got a burger to split and they were great about it they even played it separately no extra charge. The burger was perfectly cooked to medium. The maple glaze and Gorgonzola cheese were put on the side just like we asked. We're typically not picking a burger to eat, but this one was delicious! The glaze and the tang of the blue cheese was a unique pairing. Even my mom loved it. Could not have asked for a better meal after walking around for hours.

Wonderful appetizer of scallops with the best 12 year aged cheddar cream sauce I've ever had. Hen mushrooms and some relish. Then (not pictured) was the dungeonness crab corn chowder which they politely split into two bowls for us. Entrees I had the filet with adobo shrimp and they did it rare +. The ceiling tiles were out of place and each wall was a different color. No one greeted us at the door for a few minutes. Once finally sat, the lady asked us the general questions. There was no " hi how are you ". She seemed like she just hated everything about her job. Once we got our order taken, we were able to give a look around. Floors were disgusting and tables sticky. The food was undercooked and had no taste whatsoever. The music blasting from the kitchen was very distracting. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it was a mom and pop location...we will not be back.

In effort not to impose…read moreon local family members, we decided to stay comfortably away from the hustle, bustle and stress that large family gatherings often bring. After consideration, we decided to book the Arbor Inn B&B in the New England-esque village of Clinton, NY. Nearing two prestigious Liberal Arts colleges in Hamilton College and Colgate University, this B&B is in a perfect location. Less than a mile from the nearby downtown area full of independent shops, this 1800's former farmhouse sits atop scenically calm rural pastures. The home has since been renovated to offer 5 guest rooms of vacancy. Through it's renovations, the home hasn't compromised it's farmhouse appeal. The architecture, charm and landscape are as authentic as they are pristine. A front porch expansive enough for several rocking chairs that overlook the scenic grounds and an indoor/outdoor dining area in the back of the house that overlooks a distant dairy farm are just a few examples of some of the charm. Inside, the common space is just as welcoming. Two large communal tables for indoor breakfast, an office space with books and a computer available to all the guests, a wooden staircase decorated with vintage family photos and other ornate detailing that all seem to compliment the history of this building just perfectly. The room that we stayed in was equally comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. Each morning, you are served a complimentary breakfast of the Innkeepers choice. A Keurig machine is also available for efficient coffee/tea making. The first morning, we had lemon ricotta crêpes served with a strawberry/rhubarb topping and a side of breakfast sausage. On that cooler morning, we sat at the indoor table, conversing with another couple on a variety of adult topics. The next morning, a much more sun-filled one, we sat on the enclosed rear porch that overlooked the expansive grounds and gardens. A serene setting for our final day. Even with such peaceful quarters and location, the Innkeepers can make or break a stay at a bed and breakfast. Carol and Bob though were the consummate hosts. Helpful in their recommendations of nearby activities, welcoming in their accommodations to us, I can't say enough of how friendly and "at-home" we felt during our stay. If planning an overnight visit in the area, this B&B is surely worth a look.
