Since the reviews looked good I decided to give it a shot. We ordered the coconut chicken skewers and that was simple s great start. Clams in a white wine sauce. For me it had a tad to much oregano. And a slice to try how the pizza is made. The slice's mozzarella and sauce was very good blend among with its crust. A good appetizer start. Following apps they brought me my salad which was a house salad with balsamic vinaigrette. A clean fresh taste and good portion. Finally I had the pork Osso Bucco chipotle sauce accompanied by yellow rice from the specials menu. It arrived steaming hot. As I started the dish, I was enjoying the texture and taste and moved toward the center the Osso Bucco in its center was ice cold. Thought it was a fluke I took another bite and got a mouth full of hot rice then a cold piece of meat. Had to send it back for them to finish heating up the food. When it came back the second time it was very tasty and ate what I could. When we asked for the check the waitress was very apologetic and gave me a slice of their homemade cheesecake that they cook in the pizza oven and said it's great. When I got home and decided to taste the cheese. I kid you not IT WAS THE BEST CHEESECAKE I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME. I will return to experience what else they have and continue my review. We live in town, walking distance to Crecco's, and we love it. It's got everything, so no matter what you're in the mood for, you'll be happy there. It's very family friendly which is great for us with two small kids. They have a lot of great salads which they'll chop for you, and they also have some awesome sandwich selections. I love the Italian Grilled Cheese Panini and the mozz and tomato ciabatta. It's byob which is so convenient, and we love siitting in the outdoor dining area when it's nice out. read more

Terrible customer relations. I am so annoyed right now. I called to place an order and was told by a supposed female manager they will not accept an order from me because supposedly I placed an order in November 2019 and didn't pick up it. This is simply IMPOSSIBLE! I would genuinely never ever do such a thing. I explained to to her that this must be a mistake and she remained cold and completely inflexible. Eventually she said she would take my order if I paid her the $12 I "owed" from November . I do not owe you $12, in fact you owe me an apology! I really hope the owners of Crecco's see this. Food is fine. Service including rude phone manner, Screwed up orders and My pet peeve, cleanliness are in question as I witnessed the girl sneeze into her hands and NOT wash them afterwards. That was the last straw. They are notorious for forgetting parts of orders. Garlic knots, salad w/o dressing, no side dish pasta, etc. the last five orders they forgot something four times. To their credit, they offered to deliver the forgotten bit, but I said no whereupon they offered a credit. "Hi, you owe me $ 1.75" makes me feel petty. read more

Can't say anything bad about the food, but Jabba the Hutt behind the counter needs to cool his jets and eat a salad. He got all testy with me when I asked for marinara sauce for my garlic knots and then charged me 50cents. If I'm paying $30 for two salads and an order of garlic knots the sauce should be free. I really love Crecco's. It has a HUGE menu and gives a ton of options. It is an excellent choice for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. I rarely get the pizza because there are just way too many other good options. The whole-wheat penne vodka is delicious - always plenty of sauce to soak up with the bread by the end. The garlic knots are out of this world: so doughy. The salads are big and they do not shy away from giving you plenty of the good stuff. The Mediterranean and Greek salads are THE BOMB! Grape leaves in your salad? Yes, please! In fact, I just tried the white balsamic vinaigrette, and I'll never go back to another dressing again. DROOL. As far as the atmosphere goes, I've seen it all in Crecco's. Personally, I like to take out from Crecco's most of the time. Sitting there on a weekend can be busy and loud. Ordered takeout with my BFF for lunch. She ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and I got the pear salad with grilled chicken. She loved hers and ate the whole thing. Mine was amazing. I was just placing an order, which we put together prior to making the phone call (understanding they are always busy and impatient when speaking to you) - and my daughter made a mistake on her order. Didn't understand something with the item she ordered, as I was trying to clarify while on the phone, the girl who was taking the order was off the charts rude and treated us like we were dirt for asking a question. Love spending $60 for a few salads to take out from a local pizza place - and they treat you like you are lucky they are making it for you. They offer a Greek Salad on their menu but do not offer Greek dressing to pair with! When I asked them why they offer Greek Salads without the dressing that normally comes with it, (the phone girl) became quite offensive and totally out of line with me with her aggressiveness. She began telling me what a Greek Salad is made up of and how the dressing is not an important component. I couldn't even understand this explanation as she visibly got flustered and blurted out "I'm not going to argue with you!" Chicken Parmigiana was cut thicker than usual and a bit more breading. Sauce was also off a bit. Bitter. We also had the Chicken Sorrentino. The dish was overly covered in sauce and a bit salty. Service was excellent as always and we felt very comfortable with the outdoor dining arrangements. I'll chalk this experience as a one off. read more

One of my favorite places to pick up food from. Everything is always really great that I get from here. My two favorites are the California turkey combo and the buffalo chicken wrap. Great BYOB restaurant in the area. Have had multiple dishes here and have enjoyed all of them. The portions and prices are great. Shrimp salad, Cobb salad, ahi tuna salad, beet salad are all good options. The ravioli and chicken parmigiana are good if you need a bigger meal. Went with my sister to have coffee and cheesecake. Our bill was $12 so i left a $5 cash tip, then the next day my sister checked her bank acct and they put another $5 tip on our check. Crecco's remodel is gorgeous and the atmosphere there is pleasant to go and have a meal! Their salads are amazing, I always get the apple salad chopped with grilled chicken and oil and vinegar and always leave happy. The service at Crecco's is not great unfortunately. I always have to wait 20 minutes before getting a water if I sit down and ordering take-out also takes a ridiculous amount of time.
