Went last night for dinner. Hold My Knots is a decent-sized pizzeria with pretty good food. It's BYOB, which is nice as well. For dinner, I had a Buffalo Chicken slice, which was quite large and the crust on the bottom was crunchy. Very well done! I also got 3 of the Chicken Vodka Garlic Knot Sliders. They were good, but a little cooler than I would have liked.. If I lived closer, I would probably come back here every once in a while. It was a decent place. read more

I have been wanting to try Hold My Knots for awhile as I have seen so many social media posts about their famous garlic knot sliders. I had ordered ahead online and then made the drive over. I quickly found parking across the street. As soon as you walk in you smell the fresh garlic. As I waited for our order to be prepared, I saw the garlic knot crust pizza. Of course I had to get a slice! My sister and I both got the deal for the 3 sliders. We both picked different ones to try a variety of them. The garlic knots were soo garlicky and made the best bun for the sliders. The garlic knot pizza was amazing and made a delicious crust for the pizza! I will definitely be back again! read more

I first came across hold my knots at a food truck even about two years ago. & I will say, it was love at first BITE! Let's just begin by saying that the concept is very unique. Garlic bread in place of regular slider buns or bread.. how genius! Lol The garlic knot is always super soft, fresh and the garlic oil on top is my absolute favorite part. I usually get the chicken parm. I have also tried the eggplant parm and my son had the meatball one. Everyone approves! Anytime I know there is a food truck event, I always see if they will be there so I can go grab me some garlic knot sliders! I've only been to the food truck events, I haven't been to the restaurant. Hold my knots! This is a good spot for the following reasons: - The pizza was good! I had a chicken bacon ranch slice and a cheese slice. The interesting part about it was that the pizza stayed really hot for a long time and it only took them like 3 minutes or so to heat up. - There are places to sit and eat in the restaurant. - They sell their own soda. In my opinion, seems like a staple in every successful pizza shop is to sell their own soda. I had the vanilla cream soda and it was tasty. As of their knots, they're pretty good too but I don't typically go for them because it's a little too filling for me and covered in a little too much garlic oil/butter or whatever substance for my taste. That is just me though as I would still recommend that you try their knots in pizza crust or sandwich form. I know I'll be back again soon for their pizza! read more

Recommend this spot to garlic knot lovers. Never thought of stuffing my knots till I came here. We ordered Mac and cheese bites and mozzarella sticks. Both were crunchy and good. Ordered a set of 3 garlic knot sliders, shrimp parm, eggplant parm and Buffalo chicken. Buffalo chicken was my favorite - chicken was light and not overwhelming. Both parms were good - shrimp was definitely different but not bad. The artwork was fun and inviting and the service was great. Staff is super nice. This place is amazing. The fact that you can have garlic knots as the crust on your pizza blows my mind. This was half chicken parmesan and cheese. The pizza was humongous and super filling. Happened to be in the area, found this place via Yelp and decided to check them out. It was mid afternoon on a weekday. Place was quiet with the occasional take out orders pick up. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, she knew the offerings really well and made some recommendations. There were pizza slices cleverly displayed in a tiered glass cabinet. They looked enticing but we were there to try the garlic knot sliders. 3 mix and match sliders for about $11.95 - we chose Philly Cheesesteaks, Eggplant Parm and Chicken Parm. There's no mozzarella cheese on the eggplant and chicken parm, not sure why. The knots were still delicious though, not too doughy + good amount of garlicky topping. If you're a fan of garlic, you're gonna love them. We also ordered the Pulled Pork Fries. Big portion, plenty of caramelized pulled pork, melted cheese, crispy Applewood smoked bacon bits, house made sauce and a sunny side up egg. Breaking the egg yolk was, as usual, so satisfying.. eating it, even better! We are so getting this one on our next visit! I was able to try one of their garlic knot sliders at a food truck event. The guy in the truck that day was very friendly and seemed to have a lot of energy which was nice to see. They were offering 3 sliders on that particular day. I went with the chicken parmesan slider ($6). There were 2 garlic knots as the buns. The garlic knots were the highlight here and took away from the chicken filling. The knots were very garlicky, but still tasty. The chicken was plain when trying a piece by itself. Will I go back? My friend and I had these at a food truck festival and they are fantastic! Pricing isn't too bad, one for $6 or two for $11. Great garlic knots on their own, even better as sliders. The bread tastes a little bland, something we tend to find when we personally don't let our dough rest and rise over the course of a day or two. The sauce was okay - I am spoiled by some of our common pizzerias, where the sauce had a hint of sweetness. It was a good pizza though. The staff was really great. We love the food at Hold My Knots so much that we actually order ahead and pick up our take out from 45 minutes away. Imagine the best garlic knot you've ever had. Now triple the size and add copious amounts of the tastiest garlic mixture. Pick your favorite slider options with really delicious fillings for an amazing treat! It really is hard to narrow down the option you want to just 3, and even tougher when you bring it home and are stuffed after having just two! This time we decided to go with a few more options, knowing full well we would be stuffed and would have some leftovers. The cheese stuffed garlic knot is scrumptious. The corn fritters... so tender with the perfect combination of crispy outside and creamy filling. The order came with twice the amount I was expecting and they definitely don't skimp when it comes to the quantity, or quality, of the food they give you. To top it all off we ordered a few zeppoles and they were super fresh and yummy. It's amazingly delicious and I love how they know how to put just the right about of garlic to make the flavor that much more alive. Best decision ever! We decided to go with a classic pepperoni pie with the garlic knot crust. So tasty. The pizza was absolutely perfect and the crust made it that much better. The sliders were decent but really nothing that special, even though they are supposedly the specialty at this place. The garlic knots had too much garlic on them, and the slider just contained a beef patty and cheese (I was hoping for some other burger ingredients). I also tried the Chicken Parmesan Garlic Knot Slider, which was a bit soggy and not as good. The restaurant itself is pretty small, but finding a table was not an issue. It can be a nice place for a quick meal with a friend to chat. The service speed was decent. I asked for a water cup when I ordered, but the guy didn't give me one until I asked him for it later. Overall, this place is nothing special. $10 for three mediocre sliders doesn't seem like a great deal. That being said, the sliders were decent in quality, though there is room for improvement.
