2023 update: there are just too many little things to ignore, after having done our 3rd property…read morewith them. First, because our properties are not in OC, but the surrounding counties, they won't send someone to come and properly measure the space. So the estimate ends up seeming reasonable but then doubles upon work completion. Then there are always extra charges that if you don't read your invoice carefully, they will 'mistakenly' put on there. I've caught a couple of errors. Finally, no one has mentioned this, but their labor warranty is only 6 months. Some of the quarter rounds they've installed for us have started to peel away from the walls, not even a year in. And of course, there will now be a charge to send someone out to repair as it's after 6 months. Not a huge deal, but I hate to be nickeled and dimed so we won't be taking that option. Docking a star for these little annoyances that have come up throughout our various projects, though will probably end up hiring again due to their speed and short lead time.

The quality, immense variety options, and ginormous room size spools of carpets so you can see what an entire room would look like instead of the small cut out samples blows away all other carpet stores. We were greeted by Tom who answered all our questions and concerns and steered us to exactly what we were looking for. He never once upsold us or oversold us. We ended up upselling ourselves! They have every tier of grade carpet, and their high end is truly high end! .. not the mid range that carpet stores tell you is premium.(that's just sales talk) For me to be so excited by carpets is shocking! I not only found the PERFECT carpet but just before I headed out the door, I also found 2 gorgeous area rugs that I was NOT looking for .....just out of pure awe when I saw it. Go to Walmart/Office Depot and find yourself a project quote booklet. I think they should be more transparent about what they charge for, how much, if anything set a standard.
