I checked their contractor's license and it is suspended. They are also known as Max Floors, Inc.; that what their license falls under according to the paperwork / invoices I have from them for the work they did on my house. It's been about 6 months since Simple Floors installed our new hardwood flooring. I'm still in love with the flooring and have to say that the entire experience with Diego and Dallas was amazing. Their crew was extremely professional and attentive to every detail and installed over 3000 sft (two stories) of Verano Campo Monarch flooring in just over 2 days with absolutely no issues. I'm a craftsman myself and have to say that 6 months after the install, I'm still amazed at the percision of the install on the stairs and transition to bathroom tile. Update: Simple Floors finally replaced our flooring with a laminate flooring in August 2023; they told us it was an "upgrade" over the LVT we had before. In the year we have had the laminate flooring, it has raised up about 1/2" to 1" in various spots throughout the house. They had someone come out a couple months later and he worked on it, but the bubbles were still there. By winter, they finally subsided. This summer -- same thing! We brought it to their attention and Dallas said he would look into it, although he is no longer with simpleFloors. He came by and said the problem was we need a "transition piece" in a spot near the kitchen and to cut back the boards which need relief near the baseboards. That was three weeks ago. In typical fashion, I had to call back and ask Dallas for follow up. Dallas was annoyed and told me to not keep texting him. However, I had to consistently ask for follow up and updates. He said they are waiting on the transition piece but would get back to me, but I have received no call, text, email. Nothing. I then texted him to say can we at least relieve the pressure at the baseboard level (forget the transition piece)? No response. I am forced to file another claim with CSLB (their license is suspended) and write reviews. It's ridiculous that we would have to consistently chase them down to help fix the installation. This has been a 3 year nightmare. Their responses to customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever seen in the service industry. Ever. read more

What a disappointment. We had used SimpleFloors about 6 years ago, and they did a wonderful job. When we had a leak in our kitchen, it was an easy choice to go with them again. However, our experience was, unfortunately, the complete opposite. First, the representatives in the store convinced us that getting thinner vinyl flooring was ideal. We are on a raised foundation, and it turns out this is a terrible idea unless you level all the flooring beforehand (which they neglected to inform us until after installing everything). Our previous laminate was flawless, and we never had any issues. It was disappointing the company would push this product knowing our circumstance. Next, our floors were continuous from our back room through our kitchen, dining room, entryway, and living room. We asked if they could transition the flooring between our old flooring and the new recommended product, which they assured us would not be a problem. After they started installing the new flooring, they informed us we would end up with a change in level and would have a random strip of molding in the middle of one room where the flooring transitioned. So, of course, we ended up having to spend more money to add a whole other room to the project. After install, the pieces started moving around and separating. SimpleFloors assured us this was normal and that they simply had to simply glue pieces together and bang them back in place (which we were not thrilled about). They had to come out at least three different times to make corrections. As the problems continued, we requested the owner come see why we were frustrated and disappointed. He accused me of being the problem saying that if I wasn't so fat (at 170 lbs vs his 250 lbs) we wouldn't have an issue. We also had issues with the transition from the flooring to the carpet as they used nails to secure the molding, which dug into and poked our feet every to the time of drawing blood time we stepped on it. This took two separate visits to resolve as well. Here we are several years late with the company no longer responding to our requests and flooring separating all over. Now we are stuck with awful floors separating and chipping throughout half our house. The only kind thing the company did was allow us to make payments over several months for the project. SimpleFloors has turned into a terrible company, unfortunately, and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The WORST experience ever from any business and deserve a BIG FAT ZERO! We came into the store to look at flooring and was genuinely greeted by a woman (wife to the store owner, Diego). She was the best person from the entire SimpleFloors company we have experienced. Diego, on the other hand who is the store owner, with his used car salesman persona and empty promises and constantly saying "trust me". Quite the opposite experience. Several years ago we purchased bamboo flooring for our previous home at the SimpleFloors location in Pico Rivera (which no longer exists) *red flag*. We did the installation ourselves and have been extremely happy with the product and has lasted many years. Fast forward to this year. We sold our home and moved to Long Beach and wanted to have new floors installed before we moved. We went to the Simple Floors in Orange since the Pico Rivera was was not an option anymore. We explained our moving situation to Diego and got the "yes", "trust me" empty promises. Red Flag #1 Diego mentioned wanting a 5 star Yelp rating before any work has been done! Red Flag #2 Went through all the motions of selecting the flooring and having someone come and measure our home. Having an architecture background I measured our house and did all the area calculations. They tack on an additional 10% for material waste which was not stated in the contract/itemized invoice. Also keep in mind we did our own floor installation in the previous home without the extra 10% of material. Red Flag #3 Flooring delay. The week of the installation we get a call telling us the product is in high demand and will not be available until August. We moved into our home the first week of July and was asked not to put furniture in the areas the flooring was to be installed--asked to live in disarray for a month?! Ridiculous! Red Flag #4 The day of the installation we get a call telling us there is a delay and have to reschedule. Not considering we have to make arrangements with our own workplaces to take the day off when the work is being done. Absurd! Red Flag #5 While negotiating flooring contract issues we received calls from the installers begging us to make payment because they won't get paid from SimpleFloors. Poor business etiquette! Red Flag #6 Signed and agreed upon contracts to have flooring removed and installed in our kitchen/dining area and was told this would be done in October. October came and went and when contacted was told the price is higher. Have already spread the word with clients, family, friends to stay away from this unreliable flooring company. This is my second job I have done with simple Floors . The first time was about 10 years ago ,everybody was very professional and patient throughout the whole process . I had very ugly old carpet floors , I went to Home Depot after a month back and forth I was told that it was not possible climb the stairs with vinyl ! !! SimpleFloors offers exceptional customer service. The ladies that work in the shop are helpful and fun to deal with. They helped me decide on which floors to choose and provided me with cost saving options. I was anxious to get my hardwood floors installed but as install date approached it started to rain really hard and the owner of the shop cautioned me to wait until the weather was dryer. He actually answered my call on a Sunday. We put off installation until the weather dried up a bit. The install ended up going without a hitch and the floors are gorgeous. Simple Floors company deserves a negative ZERO I stopped in this week wearing my face mask. As I approached the front desk I saw and heard mumbling under his breath to a gal next to him. (later found out his name was Diego the owner) Right off the bat I felt a negative vibe as I did not receive a simple hello and the store was pretty messy. I was dressed in simple sweat pants and a t-shirt so maybe my relaxed attire made me look like a non serious buyer to them...I dont know. Moving forward I politely asked if he didn't mind wearing his face mask before presenting me with samples. I also explained I needed affordable floors for my new apartment. He responded so rudely by stating - "im not gonna let some woman tell me what to do! Here we go again - another cheapo bothering us for stuff they can't even afford. " I was appalled and simply exited the door saying thank you for your time. First of all he doesn't know me nor does he know what I can afford. I actually own 7 apartments as an investor and need to redo the flooring on all of them so his company just missed out big time! Love love love our floors from Simple Floors! My husband and I dealt directly with Kali, Diego and Carol from day one. We went into their store on a Saturday morning and probably looked at every piece of laminate we could! Everything is beautiful and they have a huge selection. We told Diego our budget right off he bat and he was happy to assist pointing us in the right direction and helping us stay away from going over budget- which I appreciated!! We chose "boulder" from the Rock Mountain collection. Couple days later Diego and his team came out to my house to measure, a quote was sent by the end of the day- and our floors were scheduled for install. I scheduled them several weeks out since we were remodeling our house, and we ended up being a head of schedule and i called Kali to ask if we could push our install up and they were able to accommodate without any issues at all Everything turned out amazing! As my husband and I were in the process of closing on our first home, we knew that we wanted to completely tear out the mix of carpet and tile and change to all engineered hardwood for our cape cod style townhouse. As we shopped around, we came across flaky contractors and bad customer service...until we met Diego and George at simpleFLOORS. From my initial phone conversation to our first meeting, this family owned business took the time to walk us through the entire process providing exceptional customer service. We had other work being done around the house and they worked with us overlapping with another crew. Moving day came and instead of taking the day off, they worked around our busy schedule never making us feel like we were in their way. Diego's crew took the time to clean up their job site every day and were extremely great to work with, especially when I asked a ton of questions. They always answered with a smile. Their attention to detail was impeccable as they took the time to do minor paint touch ups and helped us with moving boxes, something they really didn't have to do. Installation went as smooth as pumpkin pie! Their workmanship was quite telling as our neighbors stopped by every day to take a peek and complemented on how great our floors looked. I had a great experience with simpleFloors. They helped me choose the samples I would take home. They were quick with answers. The products I purchased (engineered wood) were available when I needed them. Their prices on both product and install beat what my contractor was trying to offer. They navigated my contractor's shifting schedule to get the floors installed in the exact window it needed to be. They accommodated a late request to also do the door casements. My home had some tricky elements like uneven floors (which they leveled), some rot (they replaced the wood) and a curved fireplace that they expertly navigated. Even some squeaks in the floors that were covered are now silent. Somehow they even got it all done ahead of schedule! Even if these folks were tough personalities I would recommend them... but they're not, every interaction was very pleasant. read more

My wife and I can be extremely indecisive, but we felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision. In fact, they were very accommodating, hospitable and provided us with valuable feedback. Their prices are very competitive, no complaints whatsoever. Diego's team got the job done in the time he specified, with no surprises. They even kept the place spotless after they completed their work. The product he helped us choose looks wonderful and the workmanship is top-notch. Don't even think about going to Simple Floors orange until you have shopped every place else first, because you will find the lowest prices, with the friendliest staff and professional installers all in one place, or if you don't want to waste a lot of time go to Simple Floors first and make it your only stop. Wife and I spent almost a year looking at flooring products, simple floors was one of our first stops and right after visiting them we decided that we were going to use them to replace the carpet in our house, we decided on engineered hardwood and made several modifications to our plan over the year. When we started the process, we were so confused, Diego, Shaun and Carol were able to answer all our questions about the different types of material, guiding us towards something that would standup to our 90 pound dog and still offer the look we wanted, during the whole process Shaun was great he came out twice to measure the floor space, once for our first plan that did not include the Kitchen and Dining room and then again when we decided to include those areas, we then added a carpet runner to the stairway. Finally it was time for the installation to start, our painter decided that he wanted to paint before the floors and then come back and do touch ups. The installation team was scheduled for the week after the painter started and installed the top floor flooring after the painters finished, then moved to the first floor the next week. Jesus and his team of installers started early and worked late every day, they cleaned up every night and made sure everything was installed perfectly. During the installation we had two minor unexpected issues come up, the first was that part of the floor was not level and needed a significant amount of leveling, this was originally hidden by the carpet and was not discovered until it was removed, however Jesus and his team got our approval for the extra cost and didn't miss a beat, it took an extra day to do the leveling and installation but the floor looks great. The other issue was that some tile in the entry way was removed accidently, Diego made it right and the wife is much happier with the new entryway than the old one, so this turned into a happy accident. In summary, Diego, Carol and Shaun will take care of you like family, they guide you to what you want and need and won't push you into a product that gives them the highest profit or last week's close-outs unless that is what you are looking for. Jesus and his team of installers treat your home like their own, they make sure everything is done right and clean up every night, they show up on time and get their work done in an efficient and professional manner. Juan the carpet installer, while he was only on site two days, one for the measuring of our stair runner and one day to install it after it was cut and bound he was great as well. I don't even know where to start three years ago I purchased 964 ft.² of hardwood flooring. Things happened that delayed the insulation in December 2019 I went onto Angela's list and found five contractors and requested bids. I chose a bed that was in the middle range not the lowest nor the highest bid. The contractor brought out to workers to remove the old tile and prepare the floor for the installation of the new hardwood flooring i've personally removed most of the tile as it came up easily. I also covered all of my furniture with plastic to save time. The two workers did not cover anything they grind it down the flooring to what they said was acceptable for the new floor to be installed. When I called the contractor the following week to set up a date to start the insulation his phone number had been disconnected and his website was gone it was available via Go Daddy!!! Just left me starting over getting new bids. I was talking to a childhood friend who lives near me who had just had hardwood Flooring installed on the second floor obvious home. he sent me pictures and told me how great the job was. Based upon this child hood friend I called Diego immediately he gave me a bid which was higher than the other beards put my trust in my friend help to me to hire SimpleFLOORING flooring to do. I am so glad and my wife is sooooooooooio HAPPY that I chose Diego Martinez, his son Dallas and FAMILY and his great crew (Cesar, Melvin & Edgar) to do the hardwood flooring. It was WELL worth the extra money I had to spend as any lower bids most likely would NOT have done the Quality work that this company did. You get what you paid for!!! And their price was not the highest bid. Sets the standard for great education, great service, and fair pricing. Shaun at Simple Floors in Orange educated us about the types of floors that would best fit our needs with a large family, pets, and how hard we are on everything including our floors. We never got the impression of a "sales pitch", but rather an education. We decided on the Luxury Vinyl Plank from Shaw. During our family's process of obtaining information on new flooring, we visited multiple stores, obtained quotes from 3 stores, including a store Costco referred us to called Family Floors (Long Beach & Westminster locations). Although all 3 quotes we obtained were fore the exact same flooring brand/color, demolition, moving of heavy furniture, the same basic sub-floor prep, installation of flooring, and new baseboards, the store Costco referred us to (Family Floors) had a quote that was almost 50% higher than our lowest 2 quotes. The lowest 2 quotes were very similar, including the fact that the installers are not "subcontracted" out, but rather employees of the flooring retailer with commercial insurance, etc. My family decided on Simple Floors Orange as they were not only the lowest quote (the 2nd lowest quote was very close), but also none of the other stores seemed as personable and educational as Shaun and Diego at Simple Floors (we worked with Shaun most of the time). You know how you can never really be sure if all the great reviews for a company like this are real or if the owner just has their friends and family post a bunch of five star reviews? Unfortunately, it seems that the latter is the case here. Here is the breakdown of my experience: Initial Customer Service Experience - 5 stars George was super nice and helpful without being pushy. I hate guys that have the typical arrogant "salesman" type attitude and George wasn't like that at all. He answered my questions, gave me a great quote and even followed up a week or so later when he hadn't heard back from me. After we agreed to purchase from him, he was able to accommodate the dates I requested for the installation (I requested continuous installation dates INCLUDING Sunday, which George agreed to in writing). The product was delivered to our house on time (a few days before installation) and things seemed to be off to a good start. Installation - 2.5 stars The guys showed up on time and were very nice. They worked hard each day and worked quickly. They honestly seemed to be doing as much work as they possibly could in a day and they worked full days - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. In general, the installation went great and the main parts of the floor and baseboard seemed to be installed well. However, a major pet peeve of mine with contractors is when they show very little respect for my house. They used our personal bathroom (even after I asked them to only use the guest bathroom) and left it filthy. They left soda and energy drink cans around the house. They used our broom (and ruined it) without even asking. They taped plastic over the closets, but left the bottom totally open. So when they tore out the floor, they got a TON of glue pieces in our closets and didn't clean it out. They filled the tracks of both sliding glass doors with glue as well. Even after I asked them to clean it out, they still only cleaned out about half of it. They left sawdust everywhere. They knocked paint off several doorways and didn't even offer to touch it up. They tried to use cheap quarter round in the kitchen instead of the baseboard I ordered. The kid who installed the baseboards did a fine job with the general installation, but the finish work at the mitered ends of some of the sections is terrible. If someone doesn't know what they are doing, then someone who DOES know should be checking their work and fixing areas that aren't acceptable. And the worst - as they tore up the old floor and chiseled the old glue off the concrete, they walked on the old glue pieces. Then they walked on the new floor as they installed it. So of course, they got little pieces of black glue ALL OVER my new floor. And I didn't even notice until yesterday when I finally cleaned my driveway, but they also got these little black pieces of glue all over my beautiful paver stone driveway and front porch. The Product - 3 stars I LOVE the look of the laminate flooring we got. It is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it is impossible to clean. You can sweep it, but hardwood flooring cleaner like Bona or Swiffer just bead up on it and don't really do anything. I also found out after-the-fact that you can't get any water on it at all or it will become ruined. And having a "floating" floor is louder than a floor that is glued down - there is kind of a hollow sound when you walk on it. Diego was nice, but very much the stereotypical "salesman." Everything was "trust me" and "just call us if the installation isn't perfect - we will take care of you" and "once you buy from us, you are like family." Well, if this is how he treats his family, I am glad we are not related. Diego let the installers take Sunday off, even though I had it in writing that they would work that day. Neither he nor George ever checked in to ask how the installation was going and neither bothered to ask if we were even happy with the new floors. Neither even thanked us for our business. Basically, once the project started, they couldn't care less about it. And the labor warranty? It is now a month later and I can barely get anyone to return an email, much less a phone call. I did finally get them to send Hugo back out to check these areas, but I can't get George or Diego to actually set up an appointment to have the warranty work done. They are practically non-responsive (or curt if I do hear back from them) and seem personally offended that I should want to take them up on the warranty. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you wish to be treated with bad service, rudeness, and a condescending attitude from the STORE OWNER. A little background about myself: My husband and I are first time homeowners, looking to renovate our new condo with new flooring. I may look young and naive, but I have a doctorate degree and can do math and calculate prices. I've written 401 Yelp reviews, only 10 are 1 star so to me, 1 star is bottom of the barrel. My husband got a quote over email for $1500 all inclusive with underlayment and 5 trim, pick up in City of Industry. Hubby was going to pay with credit card over the phone and seal the deal but since I was in the area, I went to the store in person to pay and coordinate pick up details. Diego is the store owner and he was nice at first but everything went downhill quickly. I must add that his wife, however, is sweet as pie. First the pick-up location changed from City of Industry to Commerce. Our contractor is from City of Industry so that would've been perfect, but now we had to drive all the way to Commerce. Delivery fee to Orange would be $76 but per Diego, his storage room was 'very full' so he kept pushing for us to go to Commerce for pick-up. Ok... I take out my credit card to pay then he says the price over email was only valid for CASH. If I wanted to use credit card it would be a 2.4% fee. Not sure where he calculated 2.4%, but it was nowhere stated in our email quote that cash had to be used. Now, the underlayment included was the thin cheapie looking blue kind, and to upgrade, it would be 50 cent per square feet extra, so an extra $300. I know nothing about flooring so was trying to figure out if we needed thicker underlayment. I was texting and calling my husband, and texting my friend who is a contractor trying to figure it out. While I was there, there was another older couple there Diego was helping, so Diego quickly handed me off to his wife. Basically, he was telling the other couple that he could give them the regular underlayment for close to nothing, and was recommending a rubber underlayment for them. So basically they get the royal treatment, and even though I am also a paying customer, I get the eye roll... ok. Then we started updating the quote since we needed an extra box of flooring for our square feet. His wife who was helping me didn't really have the authority to change certain things so she had to interrupt Diego to ask him about the pricing. Each time, he gave a frustrated scowl, and seemed very unwilling to help. I tried asking about pricing without the underlayment since I felt like we were getting a good pricing on the flooring but ripped off with the underlayment since I got much better quotes at other places for that, and he basically told me he would not sell me the flooring without the underlayment. I went from being happy and excited, to frustrated and angry for the way I was treated. Diego was unwilling to help. He kept changing his pricing on every single item, delivery fee, and cash price vs credit card fee. And worst of all, he treated me like I was a child who didn't know anything, and rolled his eyes at me probably at least 5 times? I felt embarassed actually to be there, and as a paying customer, I have no idea why he would think it would be okay to treat a customer this way. I walked out, feeling defeated and mistreated. They might GIVE you a good initial quote but BEWARE... Avoid this place, and Diego, at all costs. read more

Incredible customer service and a wide selection of flooring! I know that I can be a somewhat difficult client because I'm very particular about what I like.. I am currently designing my first home which has been a difficult process and going to Simple Floors has been the only positive part about my project so far. Every single person who works here has been patient, friendly, and more than accommodating. I have been into the store twice and have had great experiences both times. It is easy to tell that this is a family-oriented company and the staff take great care about making sure that their customers are happy. Buyers beware!!! Once you are out the door, the customer service is in your rear view mirror. My husband and I bought over 3000sf of hardwood floors here and we loved Diego and his team - they helped us find exactly what we wanted, within our budget and tight schedule. Once the product was delivered we noticed that there were a lot of planks that were badly scraped up and discolored, but lucky for us we ordered overage and were okay. Six months after installing our hardwood floors, we noticed they were beginning to delaminate and corners were popping up in spots. Not what we had intended for band new floors in a higher end home. We contacted Diego who told us we needed to hire (on our own and at our own expense) a state certified hardwood floor inspector which would run about $500. Without any other choice and more areas coming up, we did and the STATE CERTIFIED INSPECTOR said we had bad material and had a claim. Two months had passed between my initial call to Diego and sending him the inspectors report and he never once checked in on us. The day I sent him the report, he called two minutes later acting like he was following up - convenient, but it was just hot air. Diego then had US fill out a claim with the manufacturer which we did (we later found out that it was his responsibility to fill it out) and we have received very little response from both the manufacture or Simple Floors... we are circling a year with terrible floors and have spent over $20K on our floors with product and labor. We have abandoned mission with Simple Floors and Heritage Woodcraft and are now interviewing attorneys. If you want good product and service, do not shop here! I had a very dismal experience with Simple Floors Orange. (I have an email from them with the subject line "From Simple Floors Orange" - so - proof that I did deal with this business.) Statements in parentheses are directed towards the business owner, in case he needs reminders of the facts of the matter. This is an update of my original review dated 4.19.14. My experience with this business is that when something goes wrong with their product or service, they avoid taking responsibility and they try to shift the blame onto the customer. I purchased flooring from Simple Floors Orange, specifically, from George in late January at the place they had then in Commerce. When I went to collect, I was faced with George handing me my 8-carton flooring purchase in surprising condition - several wet boxes, one set without a box, and there were wet and chipped planks. (The flooring cartons are 100% cardboard except for the strip of tape down the back. Simple Floors corporate told me 6 weeks ago that individual cartons do not ship with any plastic film wrapping. The fact that they were wet was documented later in emails to George. I spoke to business owner Diego about this on the phone in March. He also stated in voice mail to me that " .. George picked up your product for you as a courtesy and in turn wet the floor... eh it was... it might have been raining or something... and so the floor got wet...") I was then a naive first-time buyer of laminate flooring so I resigned myself to taking the product home and drying the wet planks. I also received a signed statement from George acknowledging that there were damaged planks and stating that they would order a new box for me at no charge if I needed it. I showed up a few weeks later to order the promised replacement box, as well as to pay for an additional box. Diego had the audacity to offer to SELL me the promised free-of-charge "replacement" box at a 6% discount (as relayed through Michael: $1.69 /sq foot, down from $1.79). After this, I got on the phone with Diego. Instead of any kind of apology for the wet and damaged product I received, he let me know that if he were me, he would not have accepted product in such condition. Diego eventually hassled me into partial payment for the "replacement box" even though, according to the statement George gave, I should have received a box free of charge. When the additional boxes arrived the following week, I expected to pick it up where I purchased, which was in Commerce. But then and only then was I told to collect it at a different, distant location- 20 miles away at a warehouse in Placentia. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, I received an email and a voice message from Diego, citing various implausible reasons as to why I was an unreasonable customer. Diego had different justifications; one was that the 'ship-to' address on my invoice for the purchase was the Placentia warehouse. But --so did the invoice for my first order, which I collected from the Commerce store. It would seem appropriate that they acknowledge that customers need to be informed of a change in pick-up location when they placed orders, rather than suggest it was not reasonable for me to complain. One of the other justifications from him was that if I had ordered enough flooring in the first place, none of this would be happening (!), and that it would cost him money to bring it to the Commerce store, and that I should not expect free services every time I ordered a box (stated in voicemail to me.) Diego said that my floor measurements could have been more accurate and if the "proper amount of product been ordered in the 1st place, we would have had all of it moved to the Commerce store & you would have been content." This makes absolutely no sense. If I had ordered the "proper amount" of product - but - subsequently - part of what his company gives me is damaged product -- would i STILL be getting the "proper amount" of product that I ordered? I have been meaning to write this review for months and finally found time. I hope this serves as an indication of how important is was for me to return and give my thoughts. I purchased a new/old home last April which included a 650 ft^2 guest house in the backyard. The front house has the original oak plank wood flooring throughout, but the back house was in need of updating. In my process of researching flooring options and suppliers, I paid a visit to Simple Floors. That's when I meet Joe and Diego. My initial contact and most of my communication went through Joe, but as a result of my repeated visits and questions, I also worked with and got to know Diego as well. As a "type A" Aerospace Engineer, you can imagine I put these guys through their paces. Joe was very patient and his sales approach and personality very much fit my needs; low pressure. slow steady. Diego is also a great guy with a slightly higher energy level for the customers that fits that style. These guys make a great team and are quite skilled at reading customers and adjusting to their needs. If you have been dealing with one of them and return to the store to find them absent, the other will gladly fill in to help out. The customer truly come first without any competitive vibe. I purchased approximately 500 ft^2 of Stranded Bamboo. This stuff is bulletproof. I had many questions regarding the installation. Following an initial installation estimate, I requested a second opinion from a second installer. Joe and Diego where once again very patient and obliging and sent out a second installer, David Light of Lightsource Flooring in Huntington Beach. He was a great fit for me. David did an excellent job with the install, which I have had zero issues with in almost a year now. He even recommended a contractor friend Sean O'rourke who did some dynamite work on the kitchen and trim throughout (when you find guys that are good, tap into their network!). Following the purchase and installation of the flooring, I found myself dropping in on occasion to Simple Floors just to visit with Joe and Diego. They are right across the street from Home Depot which I visit quite often. On one occasion Diego even loaned my his personal truck to pick up some lumber. Who does that? So, the bottom line is I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Simple Floors and Joe and Diego. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone considering a flooring purchase. I love everything about this place. Kali, Chelsea, Diego...this family run business knows how to connect with customers and are pros. We were in and out of this place for two months searching for the perfect kitchen floor and they were so helpful. I hope to use them again in the future if we ever decide to do our bathroom.
